Domino's Pizza

I am editing my previous review since I have to really thank the person who bought this store back to its glory. In my previous review i mentioned I was too sad to see this store turned bad due a poor team and now I notice the team got changed and once again they bake awesome pizza and not awful pizza. I am trying here for last 2-3 months and all the pizzas are really tasty. For the first time I tried the Pacific veggie pizza during the Bogo offer and it was extraordinary, I can’t believe a pizza without meat could be so delicious. The perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings on a well made hand tossed crust made every bite memorable and even the felt over slices was yummy on the next day. This guy got a magical hand. Kudos to the guy who crafted my Order #: 95 Date: 10/14/2023 7: 40PM. Once again a big thank you to the store ppl for respecting our reviews and brought the changes. Every time we order pizza you guys not just bake us a pizza but a feast and make our pizza night memorable. (: •>

Missed toppings on order and added their own and then denied their mistake, Pizza was raw and dry with no taste. Looked like the pizza was made yesterday. Told us that we won’t get any refunds and wanted to provide 20% off on the next order. Why would someone come here again if the first experience was horrible. Really bad customer service. Don’t recommend at all

Their staff is just incompetent. Driver couldn't find the building and forgot the sauce. Domino's is dropping its quality standard

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. All was well until it took the driver 35 minutes to get to our house which is literally 2 minutes away, no exaggeration. Pizza was room temperature by the time it arrived. Apparently the driver has no idea how to use basic GPS, something that a 12 year old could do. What's the point of ordering for delivery if we could have walked there and back in half the time? In case you're wondering why we didn't just order for pickup, it was raining.

Very efficient and quick service for take out. There is bench to sit and eat quick bite but no big place for dine in. The staff is very helpful, smiling and prompt service. They also deliver if one needs. The pizza was delicious and good size (large) for two. The toppings were enough while cheese was spread nicely. The base was good as requested. Overall this pizza place is very good to take out or request delivery.

Domino's does the best double pepperoni pizza we really like our pepperoni cooked well done and they make the meat well done, without making the crust well hard and crispy, try it the best

I ordered a pizza from them and the delivery driver didn't update his app to let me know it had arrived. It sat in the cold until animals ate it while I waited patiently and starving looking at my phone for updates. I called the store and the manager told me there is nothing he can do and that I should complain online.

Do not order from this dominos at all costs order from a different location. Poor management and poor staff.

The worst service, ordered online and called to change my order immediately, the guy told me my pizza was already made so I hung up on him cause he was just clearly lying, I worked at dominos for 3 years I’m aware I’d the system you can easily change it. Moral of the story is they took my original small pizza that I ordered and instead of giving me a medium dough ball they stretched the small one to a medium making it a thin which is just less food and unless asked you’re not supposed to do that. Very chinsy thing to do just to save a nickel it’s quite sad what this country’s come to, so disappointing.

Worst dominos I've ever seen. I had a issue with my order and Manager Aman or Amal hangs up on me and tells me to come to the store. I come to the store and explain myself he's even more rude in person! Why is a place like this even open to serve the public? Don't come here and waste your money.

First time at this location, the wings were of great quality and time to make my order was great, will come again

I have ordered from here before and didn’t have an issue but now, I will NEVER order from here again. My pizza was brought to me in very poor condition and the driver still thought it was right to ask for a tip. When I called them, they didn’t seem so happy that had to bring me a new pizza. When I told them that my pizza looked like it had been dropped and the tamper sticker was scratched and almost off, they put me on hold for 17 MINUTES just to get in touch with the driver. I hung up at that point and called back but of course, no one answered my call. Horrible service and would like my money back

Staff aren’t friendly, but not terribly rude either. There is usually always something forgotten with my order. Food usually made right though.

The pizza was okay. A little skimpy on the toppings but overall ok. Would have given 4/5, but the circular pizza was cut into small square pieces.was a difficult way to eat. The circular pizza usually is cut into triangles, but maybe that’s some new trend these days? Anyways, not the worst place to have a pizza in Toronto.

I’ve placed in store order at 6: 30pm medium pizza toppings broccoli and mushrooms
They gave me pepperoni and mushrooms
Then I called store they said no order placed on my number. Make sure before you leave the store you get right food you ordered.

All three employes had their face masks half on. The second I walked in the one guy on the cash fixes his. What's the point of wearing it at all! I've been here 4 times this month and everytime their masks don't cover their nose. Customer for over 5 years and my 5-star is now a 1 due to Health and safety concerns. If you are wary of covid avoid this place it isn't safe.

We order very frequently and lately the service and the has been very poor, today it reached a new low. Not only for the delivery we had to wait an hour but the quality very pathetic, we ordered garlic base sauce for two pizza and regular pizza sauce base but there was absolutely no base sauce in all three pizzas we ordered at all. We have the photos and videos to back it up. For late delivery we were given store credit which was good service but we won’t likely be ordering after trying to eat the so called “pizza”.

I ordered two 4 topping pizza tonight for $9.99 & got a 3 topping pizza. I ordered extra cheese on both pizzas & only got it on 1. Very poor service. The worker said extra cheese is considered 2 topping. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. There was no offer.

Pizza is so-so. Never had order issues, but this time driver forgot the drink. Had to wait, very inconvenient.

Next time the driver forgot about my order.

At this location I come in to look at the menu wich there is none the guy at the front instead of saying how may I help all he says is you picking up I say no and he walks away when I'm ready to order he walks back and forth on his phone sits down at the computer and I'm just there staring at him by the time he came up to just look at me and say nothing I walked out to go to pizza pizza never coming back.

Meh. I'd say most of the time the pizza is 'ok' but service is pretty bad. My last order took 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive. I called to find out what was happening and was told the rain and the high volume was the cause. 1-i live 5 minutes away and there was no rain. 2- it was 10: 45 pm night, I doubt there was a lot of people placing calls. I was told to wait. Driver finally showed up with a cold pizza and never said sorry or gave an excuse. Complained to head office, never heard from them. Last time this happened I was given a 'free' pizza. When I went to use the. Ode I was given it didn't work.so no pizza. Will never order from them again.

Good quality food, as always. Dropped in, ordered 2 pizzas, was out in under 15 mins. Quick service

Literally, out of all the pizza joints like pizza pizza, pizza nova etc, Domino's by far has to be the best. Hot pizza, good crust, and not burnt on the bottom! Especially at this exact location, I was taking a pretty long time with my order and they were very patient and kind. They're doing everything right. Keep it up Domino's:)

We’ve been ordering from our local Domions for a about a year now. Pizza is affordable and always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and professional.

Terrible experience. I ordered a pizza and some cheesy bread, and when it gets here, the cheesy bread is a lump of bread, not cut, with scarcely any cheese on it. I call the store to inquire about it, and the manager goes on to tell me that they never cut the cheesy bread, never have.lies.and then proceeds to tell me to go order PizzaPizza. I will NEVER be ordering from here again.

They accidentally delivered my pizza to another person than Sent me a pizza that was Raw.called for a replacement and the second one was just as raw and I asked for it well done the second time. I could still pull the dough apart it was disgusting. I will no longer be ordering from them again.

First of all, ignore the rubbish some awful folk below mention when they talk about staff not understanding English, they all do - some are clearly newcomers/students, but their English is solid. The food usually comes quickly, it is of the Dominos standard you would expect. They’ve run out of things before when I’ve ordered and not told me until they got to me.

This location keeps cutting round pizzas in a grid instead of triangles. They always blame new drivers for the error. After asking for a refund, they mess up a simple transaction and call me back to ask for the money because they are going to refund it differently. How did you mess up a refund and why are the drivers cutting the pizza? If you really want Domino's, go to another location. Otherwise, every other pizza place in Etobicoke offers better service. 0/5

On the second time that they got my order wrong, even after being asked to read it back to me twice for confirmation. They refused to deliver a corrected pizza. The order was simple; half pepperoni and half green olives on a medium. This location is run and operated by simpletons, keep your orders to one toping maximum, or pick up your order and validate everything.

They got my order wrong and then when I called them to have it fixed I got yelled at and got hung up on even though I was being polite about it when I called back the "gentleman" if you could call him that refused to give me his name and when I asked to speak to the manager his reply was I am the manager and hung up on me not impressed with his refusal to take responsibility or even be a decent human being with proper manners when I called to say my order was wrong. It's good to know you guys are on your A game when hiring people with costumer service skills. I used to order from you all the time done with that now good luck with your business if this is how you treat all your customers
