Domino's Pizza

My orders are always ready on time and the food is delicious. Also, this is one of the few Domino's locations that knows how to properly make the Chocolate Lava cakes.

Dominos never fails. Always been happy with the food and service. App is easy to use and incorporates coupons. This time around we were provided with 3 Large 3 Toppings pizzas. No complaints, app told us when to pick it up, was still steaming when we were eating it. Thanks again!

We were coming back from a lovely road-trip and we decided to check out Domino’s in Cobourg. While traveling along the 401, I went online and placed the order. The store called back to confirm the order and time of arrival. When we pulled in, our pizza was just coming out of the oven. We were on our way home to Ennismore eating a delicious pizza made to perfection.

This is the best location I’ve been to by far. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, and the food is always properly made.

Ordered a pizza tonight for delivery was the wrong order. Called them, instead of accepting the mistake they blame us for not saying the correct item.we did.
Tell us they will replace it but we must pay.
After eating the pizza we did receive instead of the one we actually ordered we are so dissapointed. Terrible customer service.

Pizza cheese was a little over cooked. Crust was a little crunchy. But still good. Always good.

Ordered a pizza. Went to pick it up at the assigned time. Pizza was ready for me. Once home I devoured it! What a great night of eating pizza and watching Silent Hill with my girlfriend.

The pizza isn't really good at all. The dough is soft and flavourless. Thankfully it was half off.

Attempted to order a pizza on the phone but was told that they no longer deliver to our area. I have lived here for 5 yrs and have never had a problem getting them to deliver. Suddenly they say no more then 10km and we are apparently 12km. We tip well each delivery. Will not longer be providing them with our business unfortunately. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I like their pizza. It’s lighter and this location opens late. When everywhere else is closed, they’re open. The girl who helped us there was nice

Best chain pizza in Cobourg. Shop is clean, staff is well trained and provide great customer service. Lots of deals, great value.

On a very busy Friday, Pizza delivery to house was delayed. I phoned the store on Saturday morning, explained to the manager what happened. He apologized and made amends. Very pleased with manager's response.

Man! They are fast. Godspeed. It's truly amazing the way they make Pizzas so faster. Their Pizzas are delicious as well. I really appreciate their efforts in handling the customers and maintaining the speed they have in finishing orders.

My husband and I have been ordering from the Cobourg location for years. Always arrives on time and hot. Delivery drivers are always nice. Great job:)

Usually ready when you order ahead, and the are quick accurate and friendly and pizza is great too!

They made the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life, no jokes. Like it was just a simple deluxe pizza, but it was so cheesy and not skimpy on the toppings at all. They got the extra sauce perfect, and my girlfriend loved the specialty chicken (I think it was call bbq bacon? Really yummy!) and it made our dinner date so much better. Got pizza and went to the waterfront, and then went to the library. Truly and amazing day, and the cheap yet perfect pizza really just was the cherry on top of my first outing with my girlfriend since she got back from uni. Thank you Dominos, great staff, pricing, and portioning. I will be coming back thats for sure

I had the best experience at this Dominos Location. The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding me the best coupons for this large order I was placing for my son’s birthday party. All pizzas I ordered came out very nice, and totally worth the money. I really enjoyed the spinach and feta pizza, it’s become my new favourite pizza. No other pizza place in cobourg makes a pizza like this Dominos. I normally don’t write reviews but the service and quality was so exceptional, I just had too! I highly recommend

I've never enjoyed a pizza more. My kids adored this, the sauce wasn't too sweet or too spicy like some places. I find they use a good amount of cheese, and they don't cheap out on toppings. Definitely my go-to pizza place now

We moved to the area recently and I am an avid dominoes fan but this location has ruined dominoes for me.

We are 5 mins away from the store (that is generous) it's actually less than a KM. Our last five delivery orders have taken over 25 mins from the time they are sent for delivery to the time they actually arrive

My most recent order showed it had been delivered on the app while I was standing outside waiting for it. I called the store to confirm they didn't send it somewhere else and explained that they are delivery me cold pizza every time because of how long it's sitting in the drivers car. I order the crubchy thin crust so it doesn't stay hot like regular pizza. Although the girl was pleasant she offered me 15 dollars as a sorry. My order was 24 and still had not arrived. She and I were on the phone an additional 15 mins so my pizza finished baking at 9: 09 and wasn't delivered until 9: 49. Forty minutes! I placed the order at 854. The kicker to this is that my cold pizza was actually burnt (this was a first for being burnt) and it wasn't just visually burnt it was all I could taste except for the piece dead centre.

I was told I would get a call back the following day from the manager. It has now been three days and no call, no concern to correct the situation, nothing.

I will never eat from this store again. Not only do you make one of the worst pizzas I have had from a dominoes, but you wait til it's cold to deliver it and then burn it so bad it's inedible.

I enjoy ordering my dominos pizza online. Be sure to checkout many of their online promotions with some amazing deals on pizza, cheesy bread and drinks. If you join their rewards program when your order 6 times you get a free medium pizza. I also like the tracker that lets me know when my pizza is ready for pick up. This location is very efficient and my pizza has always been on time and quick to pay and go.

Worst location ever i had an employee tell me my pizza was free because it was late by 30 mins just to have a manager come back to my house 15 mins later to collect the 25$ pizza and have him yell at my girlfriend and rip her credit card from her hands. Never ordering from here again i suggest you dont either.

Excellent Pizza, lots of specials and also offer free pizza points when you order on line. They offer great Pizza, good service and friendly staff.

Had a very bad pizza I ordered a 4 topping pizza and it was looking like that they have used left overs from previous orders. The quantity they have used for pizza was not equivalent to 2 toppings. I also ordered a cheesy bread they gave me whole loaf of over cooked bread I checked it when I reached my home. I paid for taxi to pick up my pizza and they asked me to come back with that pizza and pay for taxi twice.
Manager put me on hold and never got any call back.
Worst dominos location.

Nothing cool about this store. Wont be back. Has gone downhill. I used to be regular customer. Guy sounds like the undead answering the phone. Dont want him making my pizza. Had a problem on 2 for price of 1 Tuesday. Ordered 2 XL peperoni pizza and got price. Thought it was high. Called same order at other Dominoes in Peterborough and Bowmanville and it was cheaper out the door. I complained to office. Got bogus answer. Wont be back. Will buy from Bowmanville which is awesome pizza. Buy from 2 for 1 Cobourg across the street instead.
