Had an awful experience tonight. I ordered a chicken carbonara pasta with extra alfredo sauce and a coke zero, they messed up my order and gave me a chicken carbonara pasta with a light or normal amount of alfredo and at first a regular coke until I told the driver "I'm sorry I didn't order this. " So he went back to the store and gave me yet again something else I didn't order which was a diet coke. Then he had the audacity to ask me if I was a diabetic.

One of the most consistently good pizza places in town. Must recommend the Brooklyn pizza. Thin slice with larger Pepperoni and a small kick. Fantastic.

Had pizza delivered as quickly as it could arrive a cheerful and hard working man named Robert dropped off some great pizza and it was enjoyed very much thank you!

It's been 4 years, they still claim I am too far for delivery, despite being on the same street, the competitor in the same mini-mall delivering with no issues at all, and one of Domino's delivery drivers living in the same building as me.

Quality customer service right there.

They mess up your order on pick up then say they can't find your order in the system make you drive back to wait another 20mins for another pizza yea right, worker was also snobby, thank you I'll never be back,

Fast. Good greasy pizza. Never had any issues with this location. Lava cakes are to die for.

Ordered there bbq wings and it had no sauce and was very soggy, and garlic bites were cold and terrible. Normally have good service with there food but last nights meal was awful

Ordered three pies a week or so ago, all looked great and tasted great. Quick delivery time.

Love the pizza, and the staff. The app is easy and shows every steps of the process from ordering to receiving the order.

Love the deep pan pizza, with steak, Alfredo sauce, butter crust, green peppers, onions, mushrooms.

We love the crust, but the toppings could be better. We ordered peppers and mushrooms and they were hard to find and very thinly sliced.

When and purchased 2 items for $8.99 (was a deal they had) got the medium pizza with pepperoni and bacon and 8 wings with BBQ sauce. I have gone to dominos before and although its been a while I remember liking their crust and remembering it was good. This time however, the sauce for the pizza was terrible and the pepperoni that was used also just tasted off. The bacon was "ok" but it was nothing to write home about. The wings which appeared "ok" tasted bland and the sauce that was supposed to be BBQ didn't taste anything like it. As for the wings themselves they tasted meatless and fatty. They also didn't have much structural integrity as they felt "rubbery" (the same experience can be have when heating them up in the microwave, not saying that they were but they definitely tasted as if they were even when they wernt. I'm an advocate pizza liver but I will not choose dominos again. If your want a better pizza deal, you can get a pizza and 8 boneless bites from Pizza Hut that tastes way better and costs less than half the price, $11.30. And you can even get THREE toppings instead of 2. You can also get a pepperoni and back pizza from toppers with garlic crust for like $8.30 or a pepperoni and bacon pizza from little ceasers for like $7.99 plus tax. If your looking for good pizza, I highly recommend these places. I personally don't feel it was anything to do with the staff, but rather the quality and management of items used in their products. Trust me, go to pizza hut. I truly believe dominos will not survive in canada, and will suffer the same fate as target where more is offered, better products are offered, and its overall cheaper at their competitors. If dominos reply to this review with an automated cookie cutter response (only subbing out their name) and asking me to "follow-up by emailing them, I will be sure to be an anti-brandambasador, and stear as many people away from your organization as I can.

I ordered 2 pasta. Both of them were burnt. I could barely pick the pasta up with the fork. When i called to complain about it, the costumer service was horrible, the guy who picked the call sounded annoyed, wouldn’t answer well and had a super rude tone. So disappointed!

Ordered 2 pizza's. One X-large and One large. The crust on the X-large was very thin and could not hold its form. No problems with the large. The slices were evenly cut and topping were consistent. Pizza tasted great

Great place to eat and work that worked there for a while number of years a while back excellent management at the time.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and everything that they do is very fairly priced.

I absolutely will be returning!

Decent pies, order here 2 to 3 times a month. Ive never had any problems delivery drivers are always polite and friendly.

Terrible customer service. Drivers are dangerous and risky on roads. Call.centre worker short and.abrupt.

Not very happy with the service I received. On the app there was new instruction on curbside pickup. When I arrived I followed the website. After watching customers come and go with their pizza I finally called. The man that came out with my pizza told me to follow the window instruction. I told him they have new instruction on the app. He basically told me that I was WRONG. I asked him how he could see me sitting there for that length of time and not question why I was there. Maybe ask? Maybe go above and beyond? Maybe excel? No. He had to tell his customer that they were WRONG!

Delivery driver is saying that you cannot come here for choco lawa cake only he pretend himself to be owner of dominos franchise that illiterate guy.

Never again worst service ever Kierra is the worst manager ever, waited in the cold my order was ready for 10+ minutes employee running from car to car ask customers serval times for there order eventually realized I was never getting my food and left

Truly disappointed. I ordered my usual order but from this location instead of the south location. Food was no near as good quality nor did it taste similar at all. Will not order again. I advice all to go to the south location.

Was a good experience. But a friend and I ordered at same time and her order did not show up on register.

Wouldn't let my 2yr old, who is potty training, use their washroom after we ordered food. Then they put all the wrong toppings on our pizza where the sticker on the box clearly had the toppings we chose labeled. Horrible location and staff.

This location is a joke. I called and ordered a pizza for pickup and when I got there 20 minutes later they hadn't even started making it. I'll never order Domino's again. Domino's lost a customer today.

I ordered from this place once about 1 hour before they were closing, I didn't even eat the food. It smelled like someone spilled vinegar all over the sides, and the pizza wasn't any better.

Where to begin ; showed them the coupon on line and they took my order but I wanted alfredo sauce, well that's extra
Then my order comes but it's wrong and they apologize. I get home and find out they didn't give me my sauce with my chicken pieces, then I open the box and yep they didnt even cut the pizza.

Great food. Went in got a small chicken pizza and drink for little under a 20$ only waited about 10 minutes after walking in. Decently reliable on delivery
