Great customer service; the team consistently delivers top-notch assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, much like the delicious pizzas they create with dedication and skill.
If you like a cold pie, this is definitely the place to go. I seem to be a fool because I always give it another chance just to be disappointed over and over.
Due to a mishap with a wrong item being delivered I found out that food that sat around in my house for an hour is getting collected for re-sale at this store.
While I am sure the pizza must be great, the service is not. Last night I ordered a 2 pizzas for carry out. I ordered through the website and received a confirmation. Prior to leaving home, there was no update to the app but it showed that the order was in progress. My boyfriend and I walked 20mins to pick up the pizza and upon arrival (about 8pm) the worker explained that our order was cancelled. When inquiring why it was cancelled he said it was because there was a technical difficulty and they are closing early. I have worked in food service and understand that technical difficulties and mistakes happen, but that is not an excuse for not alerting your customers. The worker claimed that they sent a cancellation email, however, I never received any cancellation email. This could be related to the technical glitch and I don’t blame the workers for that. But I ask- considering you had my contact information, why would you not call to ensure that the message was received?
Upon arrival, the workers did not show any remorse or even demonstrated that they cared about the inconvenience when we told them that we did not receive the email. Mistakes happen, but it should have been handled appropriately.
At the VERY LEAST, upon arrival we should have received an apology and some form of compensation (giftcard).
We will not be visiting this location again and recommend that you don’t either.
Ordered pacific veggie. It was tasting terrible with barely any toppings or cheese on it. I ordered the same pizza at every other dominos location in Toronto and never had a problem. This place needs a quality check from Dominos corporate.
Whenever I order this location the pizza is usually great, but It was the 50% off week and this time the pizza came cool. However, they made things right by offering a free pizza. I will definitely be ordering from this location again
I order from this Dominos all the time. At least once a week, I’ll never order again. The pizza I ordered was swimming in sauce, it oozed out of every bite. I called to explain that this pizza was made much differently than what I’m use to, that they used way more sauce than normal. They put me on hold - When he returned he told me that no, they used the same amount of sauce and it was made right. Terrible customer service - If you work at a franchise there should be a level of consistency. I’d suggest for anyone to walk right past this location as the quality is terrible and the customer service is worse.
Used my free pizza reward, added a breadsticks and snack to activate the delivery and was promptly disappointed when I had to pay for everything but only got me the pizza. While the driver offered to go and return with it, I'd already been annoyed when they didn't follow the delivery instructions and woke up my upstairs neighbours.
Also, they don't offer contactless delivery (not to mention, this entire incident actually happened to me last fall on another points redemption as well). No word back from anyone at the store or head office.
This location cheaps out on toppings. Whats the point of ordering a pizza with 8 toppings when they skimp out and only gives you 3 toppings worth? Wont be going back
First they won't give a cooked pizza and then they are teaching me on the phone how a pizza is made. Do you guys even do quality check or is it namesake. Worst pizza experience ever. Pizza is love, this is unacceptable. AVOID THIS LOCATION***
I called them and asked"are you the king and Bathurst location? ". They said yes. I asked again to confirm. Turns out they're north of bloor street on Bathurst. Added 35 minutes to my commute to pick up my cold pizza. But they gave me 2$off my 20$order!
Didn't follow delivery instructions and after we called to find out where our pizza was, they lied to us on the phone (said the delivery man knocked when I heard him in the background say he did not), said it wasn't their problem, refused to confirm our pizza would be warm when they could try to receiver over 1.25hrs after order placed, spoke aggressively and were just plain rude. I have been ordering from here for months but after how I was spoken to today I will never order from here again. Will happily pick up from the Dupont store or order delivery from Big Slice.
The worst Dominos location ever. I’ve given them multiple chances and every time they forget something in my order, screw it up, or they’re just plain rude and condescending.
They also do not accept online orders AND don’t have tap for delivery even though I requested it. This is unacceptable during a pandemic.
I wish I could choose a different location to deliver cuz I usually like dominos. But I won’t be buying any until I can change the location that delivers to me.
The store refuses to allow for online payment for delivery. Good god, Covid is rampant in our city yet you are forcing your driver's and customers to interact for payment. So much for zero contact delivery.
Be aware of dishonest employees. The delivery guy forgot one of my items ordered online and he never came back for the delivery - as himself promised. I called the store who recognized the problem but they never did anything. My money was lost but the worst is these "kids" having no regards for their customers.
I actually dont like their pizza. I am a Neopolitain gurl. However I was with someone who does like Dominos and they where buying some.there person at the register was really nice.
I asked for a hand made thin crust pizza and a cheesy bread. They don't make hand made thin crust so they made me some kind of thin crust which was too thin and tasted like plastic sheet. The cheesy bread is suppose to have some cheese (thats why the name is cheesy bread) but there was literally no cheese. They should re-name it as roasted doughy bread (btw you guys forgot to cut it into 8 pieces). This is a 1* rating place but I give them a 2** only because the reception guy was very humble.
One of the worst experience i ever had. I asked the guy who was working at the closing time to make thin crust. I don’t know what he made. The taste was really bad. Disappointed from the service of Dominos.
Ordered 2 pizzas then my car broke down.at the beginning he was chill, then when i told him i couldn't pick it up he spoke to me loudly and with profanity.please manager speak to your employees. I've been a customer for domino's for 4 years and i dont have to deal with this. Im done.
I'm a fan of the chicken bacon alfredo thin crust pizza. I ordered it at this location and got tomato sauce instead of alfredo, pretty disappointing. I also got a mysterious round bacon flavoured substance instead of real bacon, borderline sickening. Never coming here again.
Ordered a 4 topping pizza. Had peperoni okay but i had 6 slices of olive and 8 green peppers and 4 banana pepper rings on an xl pizza.pay for more toppings but you are not going to get them here.
I hadn't had Domino's for a very long time. My last visit, surprised me to the point that I will now consider them as a first fast food pizza option in Toronto. I wouldn't call it gourmet pizza, but it is certainly up there in the fast food category.
This is what #dominospizza at 936 Bathurst St in Toronto sent me tonight. I called the store and told them about it, the manager refused to give me his name and said he doesn't care if I call head office to report it, then he asked why did I order pizza if I don't want it, and why I did this and that. How rude. I can't feed this to anyone, not even my pet would eat this. I'm so mad right now. His name is Omar and he was very rude. My husband had to take the phone and tell him to take it back and give us a refund.
Who the hell can eat? #dominospizza this is utterly unacceptable product and service. If your store manager Omar at Bathurst and Bloor can talk to paying customers about products that's beyond acceptable in this manner then you need to address this problem immediately. I will never order from you guys again, and I've been ordering for a long time now.
This location is great! There's not much seating, but the space is clean and the staff are super friendly. Ordered via mobile and was able to pick up in time without any delays. The pizza was fresh and tasty, and the daily specials are a welcome treat as well. Definitely worth checking out for lunch or dinner if you're in the area!
I will never again order from this location. I had my order ready for pickup but I had to wait 10 mins cause the delivery guy took my pizza by mistake. My hand pan pepperoni was dried out once I got home. Also people behind the counter don't use gloves.
I got a large pizza delivered last night for the first time from this location, or just Domino's in general because I rarely have pizza. I had a promo code so the price wasn't bad even though I had to pay delivery fee, which I had no problem with. However, the pizza tasted not as satisfying as I had expected. I remember getting domino's a while back but it was okay. As well, I got a stomachache today and I can't accuse of anything else but the pizza I had from this place because it was the only food I had yesterday. Given that I have no dietary issues at all, I just needed to mention it. Besides that, the gentleman who delivered the pizza to my door was kind. It's just this suspicion that the pizza most likely got me a stomach problem has lost points of my rating.
