Domino's Pizza

Terrible customer service. My last order was a total screw up. The I get a call from someone pretending to be a customer service personal for dominoes. She was so apologetic and promise to do the right thing by offering a 30 Credit on my account. Well guess what, the store is not aware of this and no one knows who this personal is according to the supervisor Mr.sukginder.

The girl who answered the phone informed me the delay of my pizzas was due to the fact that the delivery guy delivered my pizzas to the wrong house and didn’t get payment for them. She agreed to remake my pizza and deliver it, but I still had to pay for part of it.

How is it that someone else is eating my pizzas for free, but I still have to pay despite getting the pizzas extremely late (after calling to check on the delivery 3 times) ?

I'm not sure if this location has changed staff/management in the last year or so, but going to this location for almost 7+ years now, I've noticed a huge improvement in every area. Excellent and friendly customer service - they'll even customize your order to your liking no problem, and they don't cheap-out on the toppings. Additionally, it's the only location that doesn't up-charge every little thing. This location has now become the best Domino's I've ever been to! I'm closer to the Kingsbridge Circle store (which has gone downhill very fast), but will make the extra drive to give this location all my business! You guys are the best, keep it up and thank you! Update: I had a small understandable human error, and the friendly staff quickly offered to remedy. I wish all stores had such great customer service.

This is 3 toppings pizza. Wow how can I eat these loads of toppings?

Late delivery, driver without tracking, app showing as if the order was delivered and customer service was rude and unhelpful. First and last time I ordered here.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a pizza combination that I always get and it tasted weirdly sour that day. Called to complain but they didn’t do anything. I felt sick after eating. Never ordering from this location again.

Get fooled by the marketing plan, i thought of $8 for 2 pizza. And when i asked the counter she double confirmed it!

Gave me pizza with wrong toppings. When I called, no apologies. They just want me to bring the pizza back to get the one that I ordered.or a store credit for cheese pizza. I went back returned the pizza. I highly recommend them for all pizza lovers in town.

Been a customer since 2016 but this is definitely coming to an end. This store has CONSISTENTLY been going downhill since the pandemic. Ordered 2 pizzas today both with extra cheese and nowhere near it; Feast veggie pizza with 4 toppings and I had lots fun with my 3yr old counting each ingredient as they are around just 15 pieces. FREAKING JOKES. Tasted dry and cold, too.

Order a 2 large pizza online but made a mistake on the crust selection within 1 minute I called the credit view location and ask to change the dough. I was told the pizza has already been made. Who makes 2 large pizzas in 30 seconds. Weak customer service and pretty sure I was lied to about the pizzas already being made. Not a good place to buy pizza. Worst customer service ever

Whenever I order here they always said we are not able to deliver. Very bad service I recommend everyone not to try this dominos… worst experience every time.please take this into your consideration Domino’s, it’s not good for your regular customers…

I used to love Domino’s but the quality of the pizza has gone down severely. I don’t know why I still order from here. My pizzas are always dry as hell. Not fresh and cheesy. Just burnt and dry.

Person on counter not helpful. He does not know, how to split 16 and 16 wings with different sauces. Asked me to pay 34 $ instead of $29.99. After I just outside. He and his colleague start laughing. I went to other store at heart land. Store was much cleaner and very helpful staff. Manner needs to teach staff and system training required.

Just ordered a pizza 10 minutes ago.gave me a medium instead of large.didnt even bothered to call and tell me

I went with the carside delivery option and waited outside Domino's for 15 minutes but no one came out with the delivery. I decided to go inside and they had me wait for another 10 minutes even though there was no one else in line and there were 2 people in the kitchen. Very unprofessional.

Took an hour to deliver a cold soggy pizza and the box was disformed. 5 other boxes must of been sitting on top.horrible pizza, only live 10 minutes from the store

I would like to inform whosoever is concerned that I have filed an official complaint of this particular franchise for not paying my vacation pay.

Pre-covid, one would say they have little space for dining but aside that, nothing much to say about the place.

Do not order from DOMINO'S, especially form this location. I was offered a complimentary medium pizza due to a late delivery I experienced previously. Tonight, I ordered this said pizza and let me tell you, this entire fiasco has been the most ridiculous experience ever. First, the person who took my order was unbelievably rude from the start. I confirmed my order and said that I would like to pay for the delivery and additional dipping sauce fee by my credit card because I did not have any cash on me. I was then hung up on without getting too select the type of dipping sauce I wanted. When the pizza finally arrived, I had my credit card in hand, when I was asked to pay cash for my order. I informed him that I was paying with credit card so he pulled out a debit machine to proceed. Unfortunately the machine was not working so he asked me to E-TRANSFER the money to his personal account. What an absolutely outrageous expectation. He then phoned his manager who also told me over the phone to E-TRANSFER the money to the driver as well.and If I refused to send the transfer, they would take away my pizza or FORCE the driver to pay my portion of the bill. I asked the manager why the fee would fall on him and she said because it was the drivers error and he is responsible. After much back and forth she then hung up on me. THIS IS NOT THE DRIVERS FAULT IT IS TECHNICAL ERROR. Absolutely ridiculous. This poor gentlemen became very upset and said to me " this is so unfair and not my fault, when I grabbed the machine it was working but for some reason it is not" Every time I order from Domino's I end up receiving a different negative experience. This was the final straw, never again.

DO NOT order from this outlet. The delivery is really bad and will not understand even after repeating the same twice. They will tell u they will deliver at your doorstep but will make you come downstairs to pick it up even after store telling you its a door delivery.

These guys who make pizza (add toppings) are wearing masks on their chins and chatting away. No coming back knowing how my pizza is made. Wear your marks properly over the nose guys!

Just terrible customer service. We usually always order Dominos, but this time our food has been out for delivery for 15 minutes, when I receive a call from the driver. He tells me he needs another 15 minutes, and I asked why as it never takes that long. I heard a bunch of laugher in the back, and he refused to give me a reason. I told him that I don't want the pizza if its going to be cold (out of the oven for at least 30 minutes), and he goes "yayayaya whatever". Just terrible.

Had medium pizza yesterday. Was perfect well done pizza i ever had. Thanks and will be back. Highly recommended

Just want to share a bad customer service from Dominos. I placed an order# 125 on Monday 17 Aug. Pizza was delivered@ 8: 30pm and was missing non-veg toppings on it. Called store for a replacement, Rep advised replacement delivery will be in 20-30. Since i didn't get any call till 9: 30 pm. Called the store again, this time another representative who didn't have any concern about the mistake from them and rather providing an ETA of delivery, he wanted a commitment from me in returning the original delivery for quality check and just hung up saying delivery is on the way (By the way my home is just 5 mins drive from Dominos). Finally order was delivered at 9: 50pm and the delivery boy left without even a sorry. This time again, you know by looking at the pizza, they have just rushed to make it, whatever, but made another mistake with the crust i ordered. Which was not what i have asked for. I left it at that, coz didn't want to go through the whole experience again and wait for another hour or so. Very rude and bad customer experience this time from Dominos.

Update: After 2 days on me registering complaint, got a call from Dominos local store. Apologized for what happened and said it was a mistake from their end and will make sure this never happen. In fact, they did offer complimentary lava cake for my next order and assured this will be noted in my account. This gesture which i greatly appreciated. So, i ordered another pizza today Order 157 dated 23rd August. I went to store to pick up, well i got my pizza that i ordered, but they didn't have any idea about the offer or the note mentioned previously. Anyways, just wanted to post an update.

Very bed experience. When I order pizza and want to add some topping they say ok but didn’t tell me I can’t use the offer anymore.

Too hard to eat for my son.my grandmother broke a tooth.did not enjoy, never coming back.going to antarctica.

Very very disappointing experience. The pizza was the worst I ever ate. Dough was very uneven. Pizza was dry from the top the dough itself was uncooked. Toppings were not distributed properly and sauce was also unevenly spread. I spent a lot of my hard earned money on this and it was a total waste. Highly recommended. Do not waste your money at this Dominos location.

Extremely disappointing with service.tried calling the store for an inquiring on ordering. Person refused to help me and hung up on me!

Bought pizza here and it was very delicious.
One very important detail i noticed is that the people who were prepping the pizza were wearing no gloves. Can this be looked in to for hygeine purposes.

I ordered online and when i got there, the pizza was ready already. Although it was busy bcos of their 50% off, they got the order right.smells soo good and taste fresh and yummy. The place is clean and staff are really nice.

Pizza at this location is always great. Order online to get coupons and deals. They are a busy location but I haven't had any bad experiences, my order is always correct and made on time.

Big team so order is always on time. Did not screw up my gluten free pizza. Nothing burned or sloppy looking. Happy with my pizza.

Just incase, if your planning to buy dipping sauce from the no frills across. They close at 8pm.

Amazing service. I asked for a rush order on a Sunday morning and these guys were on it. Bless their crew. Kumar is a great help and the rest of the team too!

The staff are always friendly. The pizza here, especially the pan pizza, is always amazing. And the deals they offer online are great too!

Decent Domino's pizza. If you order online for pick up, call ahead to make sure your order is done even if it says it is on the website, or you might end up waiting an extra 30 minutes.

They are good. Enough parking and helpful staffs. New location with lots of parking too. Pizza taste good too
