The pizza makers here routinely make mistakes whenever I order from this branch and forget to follow the basic instructions I ask for how to have my pizza baked. They always manage to forget or mess something up. Ive never had a flawless experience here and believe me Ive eaten A-LOT of pizzas from different Dominos over the years.

This location also has overpriced and limited selection of in-store coupons compared to other locations I order from.

Every time I walk in for a pickup I have to wave someone from the kitchen to get their attention to pickup my pizza.

I would avoid this location if I were you.

Worst pizza ever, worst wings ever! Toppings looked old and withered. Everything was super cold, even though the pizza pick up was done 5-7 min prior to completion time as per the app. Both items were already ready in the hot case. I've has pizza earlier from this location and it was really good at the time, and today it was equally bad. No consistency of flavors.

To add to this had ordered honey garlic wings, to my surprise it was just sweet honey sauce and no sign of garlic. For the pizza, the toppings were not balanced to provide flavor

Nice amount of toppings. Good coupons. Tasty pizza. Good opening hours. Much better than pizza pizza.

Our experience was very good The pizza was very hot when we got it. It was fresh. The workers were very nice. We got our pizza very quickly and it was very fresh and good I had a very good experience.

I ordered two pizzas. One margarita or plain sauce and cheese pizza for my son and another one feast pizza. Both were tasting so delicious. I couldn't get over it. Thanks for serving the tastiest pizza. It made my day.

Dough didn't feel fresh and light. Other than that it was an average pizza nothing to remember.

This location makes the best tasting pizza from the half-dozen I've been to. I only wish they were closer to me so I could go more regularly.

Disappointed! Ordered a large pizza with 4 topping. It was tasteless. Almost no cheese although I requested good amount of cheese. Untrained staff. No courtesy/ lack of customer service. Won't go again at this location. Bad experience

Really bad experience. I placed an order and after more than one hour waiting I called them back and they told me that it was a misunderstanding with my order and they would give it for free, but a few seconds later the lady said it was not their fault and I have to call another store and place a new order then they hung up on me

I use to order from here on a weekly basis but lately the quality had decreased a lot. The pizza is dry and stale and often overcooked and not proper topping to sauce to cheese ratio. It just sucks now, looking for a new place to get tasty fresh pizza. Yesterday I requested my order be ready for 4: 15pm they made it early and had it sitting for over 1 hour, again it was stale and cold, overcooked and topping were dry, could barely see any cheese on the pizza. So disappointed in Dominoes.

On 14 October, evening time i call this store to ask about the domino’s Jacket and the girl speaks so rude from front and put on hold…said she will ask her manager and i waited for more than 16 minutes and no response was given. So disappointed.

Good pizza, stays warm for a long time. Only a couple of times the order was wrong, but fine establishment

Called in for a delivery, the order didn’t come for an hour so i called and found out they forgot my order. He called and said he will remake the pizza since it was cold and i told him i would pick it up instead. When i got there he insisted he made a new pizza but when i tried it and i was persistent and told him the pizza box and the pizza felt cold and questioned if he really did make a new one. This young indian guy kept lying to me and said he did make a new one himself. I took it home and tried it and it was cold.

Extremely disappointed you would make a mistake then lie to your customers because you can’t provide decent customer service.

Order a chicken pizza online when delivered got a vegetarian pizza, call the store say they will do a refund back to me and never did. Very disappointed about the service.

Good pizza, good price when there are deals, staff can work on their customer service skills

Something is wrong with the supervisor here. Today on September 25, I ordered a delivery that. I do quite a few times and the order arrived about 50 mins after. When I spoke to the Female supervisor she told me she can’t give me any credits as the pizza cannot get cold after 50 mins (only she can believe this in her head) and was rude to me hence I had to raise my voice and tell her that I am not begging for credits as I am a loyal customer and she banged the phone on me. Some students running dominos seems to be quite a thing lately and I insist the owner to look into this matter and raise the bars as I am surely going to stop ordering from this location going forward.

Domino's always had fresh and delicious pizzas. Warm, fresh, cheesy, soft texture pizzas. The best for sure

I'm a little late writing my review, this Domino's has the best customer service in the game.
It's easy to mix up ingredients on a pizza, and one day they accidentally put on sausage instead of beef, and I was unable to eat it.
Without skipping a beat they offered me a coupon worth more than the pizza, and the pizza of course had the deliciousness I have come to love from dominos.
I highly recommend this location, they hardly ever make a mistake but if they do, they definitely make it better.
The service staff deserve lots of praise and tips.

This location has poor phone manners. Have to call twice before someone answers the phone. As well, they consistently have shortages of common products (I.e. Garlic dipping sauce)

Dominos never fails. They follow instructions properly and adequately in terms of toppings, preferences etc. The pizza is well done, and warm when it arrives to me, whether it’s a pick up or delivery.

Every time I order from them. I get the best pizza I could ever have. I try other pizza stores and the ones that are not even popular and so far I could say that dominos is the best at making pizza.

Brooklyn Pizza with extra sauce always a great choice, and done well at this location. Thanks for not over saucing!

The Italian Sausage penne pasta was 4/5 felt the sauce lacked seasoning. Not sure if the sauces are the same but we felt the Brooklyn sauce had a better flavour and would do well on the pasta.

I will never order from here again. I can order an entire grocery order through Instacart and have them bring all my groceries, including the 18L water jug to my door, but this store won't bring a pizza box to my door? They manipulate what is written on the Domino's website in regards to contactless delivery to suit their agenda. I called the store and when I read back to the manager exactly what the website said he then lied and made up an excuse! He said " it's because of the tickets. " Which made no sense what so ever. Honestly, what ever happened to good customer service? I even tipped the driver! Vote with your wallets people, that's all I have to say.

The taste was not good, seems the cheese was not fresh. This is the first time I ordered from this location, I always go to heartland center and I didn't had any complaints there.

Tested the carside delivery option. Reached 15 minutes after placing the order and tracker showed ready. I indicated I am here via the website as per the instructions. After waiting 15 minutes with my hazard lights on, I called the store and the person who picked up said it’s ready and will be out in 2 - 4 minutes to deliver it to the car. Took another 8 minutes to bring it to the car. I could have just gone inside to pick up and will do next time but wanted to see if the advertised feature works.

Order 2 pizzas last night. Had horrible experience. I made a modification saying less cheese. They loaded it up with extra. So disappointed. They ruin my appetite. I called them to let them know. No apologies no nothing as they don't care. Requested them to deliver the same one and ofcourse i m gonna pay for it but they say "no we don't deliver there. You can call other locations ". Seriously? We spend money just to throw the pizza away? I was a regular there but now I am not gonna them my business anymore.
Not recommend.

I usually order from this store, but my last experience on 6/16 was pathetic. The pizza looked like it was reheated from frozen, very hard and the cheese was like a paper coming out of the crust. Very bad.

Pizza was great. Fresh and fast made. Staff is nice, friendly always assisting to make the experience even better. A must try.

In my opinion, Domino's is the only Pizzeria to order from. From their dough, to their sauce, to their toppings.it cannot be beat! Give it a try I've been ordering from Domino's for the last 20 years. Thank you Domino's.

Domino’s pizza at Mississauga have an excellent customer service, but they have a heart when they give you a good quality pizza!

Disappointed with the way my pizza was made. I ordered the Pacific Veggie pizza from this store which I once tried from one of the store in Cambridge. This pizza is supposed to be a nice cheesy pizza with a good amount of toppings spread evenly but what I got from this store was a waste of my money. Toppings were literally dumped on the pizza and even vegetables were not cut properly. Amount of cheese was very less which in this pizza is supposed to be in a good amount. The same pizza which I ate from Cambridge was an ultimate pizza made perfectly. After eating the pizza from this store I decided I won't be ordering from this store anymore.

Terrible place. INSANE AMOUNT OF FAKE REVIEWS IN PAST MONTH. THEY CANNOT RUN THIS BUSINESS AND BE CONCERNED FOR YOUR HEALTH.

I’ve had a very bad experience with this restaurant couple months ago. I gave it another try to see if anything has changed. I placed an order 20 min before closing for delivery. It was accepted and confirmed. I waited, and waited and it never showed up. No call from the restaurant. First time we ordered my family had to throw the whole meal out because there was no cheese on the pizza and extra burnt?

Please close down or new management

Not very crowded and the staff is friendly. We have had a couple of inferences when the interaction was less than ideal but overall, it has been good. The pizza is typical Domino's pizza.

So I order 2 large pizzas, regular with 2 toppings each, Both Pizzas are too spicy,
I call the store and explain that there are kids eating, the staff member asks me to bring the pizza as they can not be sure I am telling the truth, and talk to the manager, since I don't drive, which is why I paid for delivery in the first place.
I tell the person form this location that does not help.he hangs up with out any comment.this is definitely my last order from this place.

Just heads up, I was contacted by the manager, he was very nice and o have received a credit for my order!
I applied the credit to my next purchase!

I ordered few pizzas from this Domino's location for a party. The pizzas were spectacular. I got the Domino Specialty pizzas when they were 50% off and they were amazing. This location doesn't cheap out on toppings like some other pizza places. The bbq chicken pizza was a big hit. Overall, very happy with the orders and will order again. Keep up the good work.

Delivery man was very rude, there was a note on our account saying the buzzer takes a few times and he threatened to leave

Just bought a small pizza with three toppings and a soft drink.it would have been nice if the owner said for a dollar more I can get a med with four toppings and a 2ltr soft drink

The service from this location was AMAZING! They were able to accommodate me with last minute larger order for catering very quickly without sacrificing quality. I would definitely order from this location again and again. Many thanks.

This place has no hygiene standards or quality check.as i witnessed the employees at the pizza show counter using their bare hairy hands and no hair nets. All toppings are just thrown on with their bare hands. They even touch various objects and continue making our pizzas without washing their hands. Attitude is the worst like as if they are forced to take and make our orders. Will never ever order or ever visit this place again.

Delivery arrived 25 minutes and late driver was so rude.ordered it from kingsbridge garden.driver took the pizza back rudely.

Pretty sure they make the best dominos pizza, ever! It is always fresh and straight out of the oven. When you ask for extra cheese they don’t skimp out on it. We work in the area and we order pizza on what seems like a weekly basis. Definitely worth a try if you want your pizza made with love!

One of the most futuristic looking Domino's ever and it actually has seats to dine in. Wouldn't say the pizzas to die for but still good!

Our go to pizza delivery/ pickup spot. Pizzas are always good, however customer service can be greatly improved.
Have now been using the app regularly so as to avoid talking to the staff.

I don't think people who work there care much about what they do. Cheese still in crumbs, not cooked long enough, we ordered thin crust and got regular.definitely wouldn't order from this location again from Kingsbridge Mississauga location again.

Not sure why but staff seems to be lack luster and not paying attention to customers.having conversations in a foreign language when customer is facing you is a bit rude.

I purchased 20 wings yesterday. The restaurant is very clean as usual and you can actually sit and watch the entire pizza making process which is awesome. As well, the staff were very friendly. It felt homely. This was not my first visit. I gave only four stars however, mainly because I was very disappointed with the quality of the chicken wings. A couple of the chicken wings bones were broken and as such the meat turned black on the inside, which was not pleasant to look at as well as they were not edible and therefore had to be thrown out. As well the remaining wings contained a lot of bone fragments, therefore they were all thrown out. I was so disappointed that I wasn't able to enjoy my meal. Think it was a bad batch of wings, not sure why quality control did not discover them. Very unfortunate. C.

I've had my issues with this location before, they have addressed my issues and I've become a regular customer. However lately they have been missing the mark, whether it being with delivery drivers or missing stuff from my orders. Today my pizza was delivered with my dipping sauces squished into my pizza (how many hands have touched those dipping sauces).

I never had such an experience at Pizza Pizza or any Other Pizza place or Food Outlets in the last 18 years.

Since this location opened, i have been their pretty much every month.

Since this location Opened, business may be good but the Behaviour of some of the Male staff is Awkward & Rude. The Staff at this Domino's is Discouraging eating in the Store.

They close down their Dining area 4+ hours ago giving variety of excuses & simply lying. It takes 10 minutes to clean that area. No food outlets closes there Dining Area 4+ hours before actual closing time.

It's not a place to go with friends and family and sit down to enjoy a meal any more. This location avoid social gathering to enjoy pizza in their dining area completely.

Mostly South Asian/Indian Staff who behaviour was different when they opened this location and since then it's a place best to avoid if going with few friends.

They simply don't want people sit and eat when they have Dining Area and they barricade the same giving false excuses.

One of the male staff became so rude and aggressive and told, it's up to them what they want to keep open & close and when.

Last name ***JIT, something like that.

Staff does not have good personal hygiene and long hair and beard and the same hand they are delivering pizza and the same hand they have brooms.

They broom on your face while you are eating pizza is a common behaviour of the staff here & still they are keeping such an staff.

Usually it's some of the Punjabi staff, who conduct themselves in this fashion.

They are unable to dedicate a staff towards timely cleaning and hence close down dining area. If you have to just pick-up a pizza, then go elsewhere as well.

Due to high delivery orders they loose track of how to properly fill toppings for customers who have ordered to pick-up via On-line or who have ordered on the counter to eat-in.

Any body and every body call themselves Supervisor and Manager, when asked. They don't provide the Name of the real Supervisor or Manager or Owner of this domino's franchisee location.

Please go else where if you simply wish to enjoy a pizza without avoiding above environment & behaviour.

After speaking with Navanjot - the manager of this location about my concerns. She informed me that she would resend my order at a later date. Which I thought was fair and reasonable. However upon trying to arrange the reordering, I have now been informed that I have received a $25 credit instead. That is unacceptable as my orders have always been $40- 50 including the one from Saturday. I am not willing to spend another $25 so that I can gamble yet again and hope the order is correct and well made. Nor am I only spending a $25 credit as that would not be enough to satisfy my family.

Not impressed with this location at all! We used to order from Dominos two - three times a month when our Delivery Order was coming from the Creditview location. I honestly cannot recall having not one issue from that location.
Every single time I order now which is very seldom due to all the issues.
Even the most basic thing like ordering a bottle of pop but receiving Gingerale because upon delivery we were told they were out of Coke. Paying $3+ for a drink that noone likes in my house and still having to go buy a coke AFTER the pizza arrives is not a good experience.

My family genuinely preferred Dominos but I would rather order elsewhere and be confident I am receiving what I ordered.

I ordered last night which was a Saturday around 6 pm. Online said it would take 21 - 30 minutes. Arrived around the 30 minute mark. Delivery driver was super pleasant. The order did arrive hot.
I ordered a crispy thin pizza which should have came with Oregano but it did have any.
I also ordered a hand tossed pizza which was somehow thinner in the middle half than my thin crust. Pizzas were also not cut all the way through.and a little burnt in sections.
Confused as to why there was such a large quantity of crumbs on an untouched pizza. Are the boxes being reused somehow?

A nice lady explained to me that they have 50% off online orders on Monday’s. First time hearing this after many years of being a customer. Their pizza’s are always my favourite. Although they are a bit pricy and the “Who’s up next” screen is never accurate. But I believe they shouldn’t loose more than a star for that.

Hi.visited sunday with my kids ordered an extra large pizza and was feeling difficulty to keep that pizza so one of the girl named nisha came forward with a big smile she kept my pizza walked with me and placed it on my car seat and helped me alot.great customer service.very pleased to see this kind of gesture.
