Domino's Pizza

I recently ordered a late-night pizza from Domino's, and it was a delightful experience! The taste of the pizza was exceptional, with a perfect blend of flavors that left me craving more. The service was impressive too—prompt delivery and a friendly staff. Domino's nailed both taste and service, making it a memorable pizza night. Highly recommend!

Never ever try Domino's guyzzzz. It's like a u r eating a plain dough. If u want to make ur day hell then u can go for it otherwise u regret. Had a very very bad experience.

I ordered on the app and the app said that my order would be ready by 6: 40-6: 50. I got to the store at 6: 45, the order was not ready but I asked to pay so I can just pick up my order when it is ready and leave. I paid and the waited for my name to be called, at 7: 05 I went up to the counter and asked where my order was it was at that moment they said that only half my order was ready and that they forgot to make the other half. I asked to just cancel my order and give me a refund as I did not have time to wait. Staff was very rude and argumentative at first refusing to cancel my order and give me a refund. Then after 10 minutes of them trying every way not to give me a refund they finally agreed, but refused to refund via my method of payment. The staff here did not once apologize for missing half my order, if they had simply apologized I would not have written a negative review as I use to come here often, but now never again.

Worst customer service ever. This is not what I expected from Dominos. This was my second visit and customer service was still the same and thats why Im adding this review. The girl in the front is very rude and arrogant. Never coming back again. Feeling bad for this franchise

The app was very user-friendly and had many options that included how you wanted your pizza cut (squares or triangles). I ordered it the night before and it came exactly the time I needed it the next day. The delivery person was friendly as well. The pizza was nice and hot as well. Their gluten free pizza is delicious.

I would say foundation is the main lead to keep taste as it is.

I had tried pizza from all other stores but dominos is God all of them as per my perspective. Love dominos pizza.

Update - Order a feast and regular cheese pizza via the app. Service was quick and pizza was great aside from finding some pieces of onion skin throughout my feast pizza.

Consistent service and quality. Customer service is great and it is a fairly clean location. Be sure to take advantage of their promos.

Have always liked this however that day the pizza crust was like a puffed up pillow work a thin coating of cheese we returned the pizza and asked the server the reason she said the quality is as such because they were very busy. Not a good excuse.

Very friendly staff, especially the lady working on night shift at the front on Saturday, she’s very nice, enthusiastic about work and explain the customer the best offers.

Dominos pizza is not top notch pizza, so if you’re ordering from here you are okay wit that already.

I have ordered from here on multiple occasions and the pizza never has issues but they always move it to delivery in like 10 mins and then it sits on that status in the app for 20-40 mins. I just called to get an update and was told it’s at the store and they are busy. I believe they are moving it to the delivery stage to make them look better but it’s poor service overall.

Well organized and great hospitality. Delivers orders placed with no imperfections.no issues at all. Great offers and Perfect taste. Keep up the good work!

I was there for pick up order around 12 am, they keep doors locked, for security purpose makes sense, but didn’t open the door, even they knew.the staff is super rude. Not recommending.

I should've ripped the sticker seal apart to look at the pizza before I brought it home. First time there, last time there.

You've said that you'd make it right but I had contacted you and haven't heard back from anyone. You can't say you'll take action and not follow through. Says a lot about how fake you are.

I'm regular customer here, but this time driver came without mask to hand over pizza, usually I pick drop off option, by mistake I hit pay at door instead of pay now. But it's not about me it's about everyone's safety to put mask on. Please give them training and instructions. Comes under health and safety protocols

Just need too know how to talk with customers rather than understanding the order, they showing lack of communication skills that is not good at all and the employee name was nikki.
So please next time i prefer to everyone do not order from here not good service and there delivery drive also don't know where to deliver because i say order for sidedoor and they are calling at front door not even try to call me first

Too much oil in parmesan bread bites and they didnt close the box properly. Oil got leaked in my car. Really bad experience.
Won't suggest this store at all!

Ordered around 9pm one night. The tracker said my order left the store at 9: 19. Waited till 9: 52 before the guy showed and tried to deliver me cold pizza. I called to complain and the lady on the phone argued with me that this is standard practice, and wouldn’t issue a refund if I wanted the pizza, so was left without dinner and had to order from someone else and wait another 40 minutes for delivery.

I’ve never complained to this store about their late orders before and the pizza was cold. It would have been better business for them to apologize, issue my refund and let me keep the cold pizza. Instead they choose to argue with me and can now enjoy the lousy review.

Been to many other locations of Domino’s but really impressed with the quick service of this location’s staff.

They serve the worst cheesy bread there no cheese on the cheesy bread.corner sticks is without cheese

Great customer service and also their food is ready on time. Tried their new Chicken taco pizza. It was delicious and their service is best. Would recommend everyone to visit here. Best pizza in B-Town.

The staff is unprofessional I ordered pizza from this location ever week and I call tonight to place my order I was put on hold for half hour then someone came on and ask how can I help you? As I was about to ordered she place me on hold again. I then drove to the location and park in the parking lot and place my call again and Harjit answered the phone said it’s really busy and there were only one person in the store. The staff should know it’s the customers are the one that keep the business fruitful and they should be treated properly because the store wasn’t busy.

I usually order pizza from here, but my last pizza was rubbish. Was supposed to be a premium "pepperoni feast" with double pepperoni & extra cheese on a crispy thin crust. Got a soggy millimeter thin crust with 1/2 cheese and very few pepperoni slices and over baked. For a premium price. Will never order from here again!

This Domino's location is very efficient and the pizzas are good! Have ordered quite a few times - last time was for my kid's birthday party. Ordered 3 large, 2 topping pizzas. Price per pizza was reasonable, pizzas tasted great, and I was able to order online and pick up on time. Also got reward points towards a free 2 topping pizza.

It was really good at this location but took awhile to get the order. Everyone was following the covid19 procedure mask social distance

I ordered my pizza at 11: 50am and received the pizza at 1: 05pm.that is ridiculous! The pizza was cold and my brownie cookie was hard. Worst dominos location I've ordered from. I normally order from the Williams parkway one, i love and prefer their services.

I called the manager Rafat and he had nothing good to tell me. Not even an apology for the delay. Instead he said "there are other people in front of you and others waiting for their pizza so everyone will get their pizza late". Thats not how a manager should be responding to a customer. I ordered this pizza so my kids could have their lunch at 1230pm as they always do. But instead they are eating lunch 35 mins later. Ridiculous!

Very nice veg pizzas. Staff is very friendly and respectful. This place have enough parking space. Never faced difficulty to find parking space. I recommend this place. They also accept online orders, so sometimes I order online and go there and pick. No waiting.

Girl named JAGDEEP KAUR. Bruh! She got worst attitude among whole staff. She cant listen customers thats her biggest problem. She use abusive word’s against customers. Thats how these people were raised since childhood. Too bad for dominos to having these kind of low level people in their crew. Hope someone will look into this.

Always out of napkins. Pizza quality is way less than other dominos mostly the cheese is so less you can see the crust and sauce. Big edges of bread at corners. South asian music blasting when you go in. I order from here twice a week i hope they get better soon

Did not had the best experience with the staff. First miscommunication in the order when asked for thick crust, got the thin crust (not even regular).
When described, in under 5 minutes of returning to the location, that we asked for thick crust and got a thin crust instead. I was returning the pizza, they asked to dump the pizza in the chute. I dumped it and then we were asked to pay extra for the regular crust pizza.
Literally had to argue that the representative you asked me to dump the pizza and I even dumped it. Finally after a few minutes of arguing, got the replacement, but it was not a great experience.

Issa fat vibe. Pizza on 10. That dippy sauce on 10. When reviewing fast food restaurants you gotta take into consideration clutch factor. Considering I’ve gained 10lbs during quarantine based solely on pizza I gotta give clutch factor a 10. That tracker too? !?

Ordered pizza from this location last night. The pizza was so cold when it got delivered. Called the store and was told that because I was too far away from them it got cold. I did let them know that it wasn’t even warm but actually plain cold. Ordered at 12.40am. Pizza received at 1.35am.
I called the store to let them know however they couldn’t do anything about it. No resolution offered. I would’ve expected better customer service after waiting for 1 hour+ and also tipping the driver 30%.

Pizza is very dry and I guess cheese pizza is called three topings pizza at this location. I went there after a year and thought they would have improved the quality and toppings. But very disappointed. I have tried other Dominos locations and they are excellent. Unfortunately this is the closest location. Do not go to this location unless you want to eat dough and sauce.

There was hair baked into the food I spent $40.00 on. I called to inform the location however the lady I initially spoke to kept putting me on hold and coming back to the phone, pretending to be different people when I asked to speak to the manager. I asked if I could get a refund for the 3/5 items I found hair BAKED INTO, but her response was she could not do that. I will never purchase food from this location again. DOMINOS IS CANCELED.

Ordered during covid-19 outbreak. They have plastic wrap separating the patrons from the workers. It was a no contact experience and I was very pleased with the effort they took. The pizza was great also.

They dont know the difference between a regular pizza and the handmade pan pizza. Im lucky to get what i ordered done correctly.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza.the crust was terrible and pizza taste bland. There is no point to make pizza fast for customer if u don’t make it tasty and presentable.will never go there again. Worst experience.

Worst experience ever. I ordered pizza for delivery and they sent me with wrong toppings and i called them, then they delivered another pizza but then it was burnt. I do not recommend anybody to visit this location even my friends also had worst experience with them.

I don’t recommend anyone to go there. I just hd worst experience ever. So I ordered a medium pizza and it came with wrong toppings. And it was burnt. When I tried to call the store.they din even answer.

Always a great pizza when I need my quick fix. I typically order in advance and do take out. This location has minimal seating, but they do have stools and ledges for enjoying your meal. The plaza also has a Hasty Market and a south Asian grocery store too for additional options. Thanks Dominos!

Classic domino's pizza. Lots of deals and specials online and in print, dont go in empty handed. If have you any problems management is good and will fix it, they care about the customer which is greatly appreciated.

The food and service are both really good, with great deals available all the time. The dining area is quite small, so it's probably better to have the food for take-out instead of eating in store. Overall, a really great domino's location

As a foodie I would love to recommend this place to everyone. The place is spectacular and services are really great. Employee's here are very friendly and helpful and the food here tastes wonderful.one of the best food joints I have ever been.

Ordered a medium veggie pizza green peppers onions mushroom olives and other half with banana peppers asked for it to be well done and the doub from the bottom was not even cooked properly the toppings aren’t even evenly spread out, also we got Marinara sauce pasta was so bad the pasta is not even cooked proper the sauce is dumped on top
Only thing good was the hot wings

I order frequently from this place. I ordered extravaganza pizza without red meat on one half. They gave me red meat on whole pizza. I went to the store and they started arguing that THEY CAN'T SEE WHAT IS BENEATH CHEESE. WOW. I showed them picture and they said take out those meat pieces and eat. Rather than correcting their mistake and they argued. I got another pizza but with 30min extra drive back to store and no apology. They lost a frequent customer. I wish I can post the picture from mobile.

Pizza delivered to us was cold.no dips were given to us even though we ordered 3 of them. Instead we were told we are going to get a free dip next time. Why would we need it next time for free when I actually needed it at the time being to eat with my cold pizza?

Also asked to put chilli flakes on the pizza because that is something I have done before from the SAME domino's, and they told me they cant do it and that customer (aka me) was only allowed one time? No clue what was meant there. Not coming back, not even for my free dip.

Side note, delivery driver was very friendly! 5/5 stars for him.
