I eat Domminos pizza in Florida ALL THE TIME THE PIZZA HERE IS NOT THE SAME ITS LIKE THEY ARE DIFFERENT FRANCHISES.

Moreover, they refused to exchange it or refunding money!

Absolute garbage service.order pizza online and hour later delivery not arrived, no updates, no one picks up phone

Not the greatest pizza in the world but I usually take advantage of their 50% off promos when they pop up

My 5 grandchildren enjoy Domino's pizza each Sunday that they visit me. No matter what I cook & prepare, their favourite time is when Domino's pizza arrives at the door

Ordered pizza for a meeting and the pizza came an hour later. I understand things happen but there was no communication whatsoever. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm and dry.

I don’t really like to leave negative reviews as I understand it can affect businesses, but it really bothered me when management attempted to remedy the situation with an invalid coupon.

When I communicated this to management, they explained the procedures on how to use the coupon, while still ignoring the fact that it was an invalid coupon and sent me a happy face.

I’m not sure what I am suppose to gather from that, but still thanked them anyways.

Definitely do not recommend getting food from here, or at least at this location.

Pizza was not fully cooked. Cheese was not even melted properly. Wouldn't go back. Shameful to send a pizza looking the way it did.

I've been here a couple of times since it's close for me, and every time I go into this location, the atmosphere from the staff (especially the women) doesn't give any kind of customer service. All they do is stare at you and hand your order, and when you ask for your receipt, they only give you the debit machine receipt. Don't even smile or answer your questions. Pizza is great thou

I always enjoy dominos pizza, I ask for a large pepperoni, well done. It comes out extremely crispy yet fluffy. Amazing food.

Took 1.5 hours to receive my order. Pizza was not correct so I called the store several times was put on hold and hung up on while waiting. Not impressed not ordering from this store again.

Such bad experience I've ever had, ordered a pizza and dessert 4.05 pm and waited for until 5.00 pm. And no delivery has came. Call to the location that order was placed on. Someone picked up phone and responded that very rude manner and no customer service skill. Saying that "we are busy wait for another 5 min" in my email confirmations Saying that my order will take 36 - 46 min. I have waited the time that they were given. Now the they Saying we are busy. CRAZY, RIDICULOUS, WORST experience, don't order anyone if you want your order to come on time.

It was the first time ordering from Domino's. Pizza arrived just over 30 minutes. Melissa was the delivery driver and was wearing a mask. The address was side door, the other pizza places always go to the front. Pizza and cheese bread came hot. Will order again.

I placed an order yesterday online and went to pick it up after I got home I was trying to eat but I couldn’t even finish one slice the pizza smelled so bad I had to throw it away same thing with the wings total waste of your money if you order here I always had issues with this location

The staff was very rude and unfriendly even the manager.

My pizza was ready by the time I got there but whe I picked up a slice to eat, there was so much grease the under was orange on half the pizza middle made it a bit soft and Soggy. So not the best.

I like the their thin crust with alfredo sause pizza very much. But they keep forgetting my garlic sauce when they deliver.

On hold for over 25 minutes trying to place an order. Online ordering for this location is not available. Poor customer service. Avoid and save yourself frustration.

The quality of pizza was same as other Dominos stores but the was a difference.
They serve people with the same smiling face at any time, even 11 at night.

Received a burnt pizza cold, I also ordered extra toppings and the toppings were scarcely spread on the pizza

Delicious but cold too delivery time one hour 25 min being 5 min from the store I think it is too much therefore I do not recommend it

The pizza tastes delicious and the delivery is on time so that’s great, but the only downside (and its a big downside) is that lately for the last several orders, they’ve been cheating the sizes of portions for the appetizers and the pizza dough. Hand tossed pizzas are becoming thinner and thinner every time I order, and the appetizers like cheese breads or the chicken pieces are waaayy too small, they’re cut by less than half of the original size. We’ve ordered from a friends house at a different location and the portion size is significantly larger than those at this location, and the pizza was the proper thickness for what we ordered.

I think I’d get my money’s worth (in portion size) at a different location. I won’t purchase from this location again.

Ordered two pizzas tonight for the first time. Delivery took an hour and 20 minutes. Pizza was cold upon delivery. Order specifics mixed up between the two pies ordered. Toppings very sparse. Will not order again.

They changed me extra and I asked for$7.99 pizza and including 2 taping they changed me $10.75
And very rude staff I never visit again

I'm not sure how this place can exist in Woodbridge. Pizza is small, toppings are miserly, and dough is a rubbery revolting concoction. They try to mask it with sweet sauce. I haven't eaten Domino's in years, so I don't know if this is across the board, but I assume size and sauce are.

So many people raved about Dominos so I caved and gave them a try. I've always been loyal to another chain pizza place but I've been converted. The staff are nice, my pizza is always hot, the prices are good and the pizza is always cooked just how I like it!

The place has one of the best customer service in the area, and the food is fantastic. I mean I tried once as a recommendation from my friend but now every other week I see myself ordering every other week.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a brownie for the 5 of us. 3 being children. We were driving and just grabbed it on the go. I looked at the one, it looked good so I just grabbed all 3 boxes and left. Upon opening the other boxes, while now on the road, we notice the one pizza isnt cut, not one single slice and the brownie looked as if it had been dropped on the floor, it was in pieces. Anyway, we kinda laughed and I called the store to tell them what happened and asked them to fix it. They said they would send us a couple coupons for our situation. It's been 2 months lol nothing has came! I've called twice again and spoke to the manager.still nothing. It's very poor customer service and myself or my family will not visit this store again.

This is a decent location. It's definitely on the smaller side with not much of a waiting area and barely a dining area with probably two tables. Anyway, I doubt anyone plans to dine in here. I had a quick glance at the kitchen and it seemed clean. The staff member I met was friendly and efficient.

The pizzas itself was good and exactly as ordered, no complaints.

This is outside of their control but for now it's a bit difficult to access the location due to the YRT road work on Highway 7. Also the plaza only seems to have one entrance, so it may be necessary to make a U-turn. Depending on the time of day and traffic it can be a pain. However to make up for this there is a 50% off online coupon code, which is great.

Firstly I don’t even want to give them 1 star either because I ordered my pizza through call for delivery and after 40 minutes they call me back and said that they don’t deliver pizza at your location her name is SUZI, I mean I never experienced this kind of this before in my whole life. The world worst pizza store i ever seen. I don’t even want to call them Domino’s. And I mean all this what I wrote.

I placed an order for delivery and I didn't receive my order. The guy never came to drop is off. He probably take it home for himself.
