Pizza is always great and the service is always excellent! The delivery driver was great, always super quick! Give that guy a raise!

I'm lowering my rating to zero because last week I was very badly approached by an employee on the phone when I called to place an order, she hung up twice without bothering to listen to me or announce that she couldn't hear me or anything, in case that was the case. She sounded really terrible on the other end of the phone, and seemed angry. Once there, I explained to them what had happened and asked why it happened that way and then an old man quickly intruded on the conversation I was having with a quiet employee and introduced himself as the father of the young lady who had disrespected me, he was very impartial, and openly ridiculed us and did so with pride. I find their behavior really very inappropriate and contemptuous, and besides that their repetitive not at all clean way of handling food with their cigarettes over their ears, touching their phones and everything and then touching the food without even washing their hands first. I don't think they belong to this place that I have been going to for about 5 years. It was my favorite place and very close. But this old man that many people clicked should be called to order for his obnoxious behavior. I plan to file a complaint with the Supervisor of this service point for improvement. I thank you for this. Other than that, my deepest respect for the rest of the staff who behave well and respect people including visible minorities, Indians and everyone else in particular without any exception of who they are or where they seem to come from.

We order here a couple times a month and its always great friendly service. Order is always right. Thanks guys

I ordered a pizza last week from this Domino's. I am usually happy with the quality from dominos but as I was waiting at this one they messed up 2 other people's orders and they forgot to cut my pizza.

This was annoying as I was only staying in Ottawa for the afternoon and had no way to cut the pizza myself. Should definitely check your pizza before leaving.

The staff was nice though and they helped the people with the problems that arose. It might have been that they had a new trainee and in that case they should be monitoring more closely.

I’ve been to a lot of dominos in my day, had a lot of good experiences and bad, but this location really stood out to me, in a very good way!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly man behind the counter (Jason I believe was the name), as I was quite indecisive while ordering Jason gave me a few recommendations as to what his favourite pizza was, I gladly took the advice of the seasoned pro and the end result was the best pizza I’ve ever had! From now on I will order Oregano on every pizza. Thanks Jason!

Ordered a pizza and wings. Not what they advertise as ingredients were missing on the pizza and wings. Ordered a 4 ingredient pizza, only received 3 ingredients, notice no peppers on one the pictures and bbq wings and they did not come with bbq sauce. Have posted pictures of what they claim your food will look like and I took pictures of what I got, don't be fooled save your money and go somewhere else and get what you pay for.

Pizza had a lot of oil on it and was very stretchy when i bite into it and it is very hard to chew never going to order from the place

Although extremely busy today the customer service from this location was great as was the pizza!

Ordered 3 items. They forgot the dressing for the wings and icing for the cinnastix. I had pizza from an earlier trip there that was undercooked. Never ordering from there again.

I've had this location come twice and both times they have not shown up with my whole order. Then I have to pay delivery, tip and to cover interact.

I ordered 3 pizza from this location the other night I was disappointed all the pizza's were of poor quality. They hardly had any cheese on them. When I complained to head office, I received a call from the supposedly store manager, the owner could be bother to address the issues.

The manager proceeds to tell me if I want to see Cheese on my pizza, in the future, I should order extra cheese. I was also told he had over 200 customers and I was the only one who complained. I was offered a store credit, however in the end they sent me cash via a driver My recommendation is don't order from this location. I am also trying to find out what other locations this franchise ow

Horrible service. Ordered on the phone and went to pick up and was missing half my order. No big deal. I asked again for the food and was met with attitude by the woman about how she never heard me on the phone. I asked if I could get what was missing from my order again made while I wait. Employee then goes to the back and comes out again talking about how I never ordered it on the phone. Apparently it's to much it make a side of bread since I was already there. Lazyness at it's finest.

Save your money and go somewhere else - not worth it at all.

Save your money and never order from this location, ordered a pizza and tipped only to find all the toppings on my pizza all on one side of it, it looked unappealing and unappetizing.

If I could I'd put no stars this dominos has rude workers and is unsanitary they don't look like they clean they're equipment properly I ordered a pizza last night and instead of them cancelling the order they said they were coming so went and waited in my lobby for 30 mins no show so I called and you can hear them eating my pizza and they said noone was home and told me I was frauding them clearly those workers need to go back high school

Sorry but this domino, it has a very bad service.

So I ordered a extra large pizza. I waited for 1h and called them to see what up. Tells me it on it way. 20min later, nothing. Called again, puts me on hold for 15min. I hang up and called again. And they tell me that they never received that order.

End of the story, don't order from this domino.

Good pizza, delivery is always a hassle. They either forget the dipping sauces or the drinks, every single time.

Not very impressed with the service tonight. I watched the worker make my pizza with his bare hands. He then proceeded to blow his nose, then go serve a customer at the cash (handling money). He didn’t wash his hands after this. I can only assume he went back to touching other people’s food with germy hands.

This location has added so many additional fees on top of a delivery that after all the fees I can no longer justify a tip for the driver. $4.00 for delivery $1.50 to pay by machine and then the tip. This location used to allow you to pay online with card until they shut off the service. Nickel and dime.

My most recent experience here was excellent. The pizza was cooked, topped and packaged perfectly.

They gave me what I was hoping for, which is more than I can say about the Campeau Kanata location that skimped on the toppings and cheese and sauce.

Best dominos I've ever been to. Great staff. Fresh pies. Speedy delivery. What else is there to say? Try the deep dish:)

This was absolutely the worst pizza we have ever tried. Not only did Dominos mix up the order and forget items, the pizza tasted like we were eating the cardboard box!

We were so disappointed after each of us eating 1 slice each that the the rest of the first pizza and the complete 2nd pizza went out to the compost bin.

We will never order pizza or recommend this pizza franchise again. Very disappointing!
