Pizza Delivery Scam

Delivery was a kind of Scam. The app shows in due time that pizza was delivered outside the door. However the Pizza didn’t arrived.

When I called the store (after trying for 20 min). They told, Pizza will be delivered eventually, since the delivery guy is busy he would have clicked delivered as he has a lot of orders.

Eventually the cold stale pizza arrived and I threw the soggy dough bread in the trash.

NEVER ordering form this Domino’s store. Domino’s management should review this scam.

Much better experience with tonight's order. The pizza was good, just like last time, but the service was noticeably improved.

Missing toppings and preference that were requested. Called store and was dismissed as a liar. Received credit for pizza but still disappointed. Was a loyal customer.

This is one of our favorite locations. The have good customer service and the store is always clean

Ordered 3 pizzas today but soooooooooooooo dissapointed. My pizza dough wasn't cooked and did not have all the topings I paid for. I asked for the handmade pan pizza but got thin crust. Been calling your location ever since but no one is responding.

Will Come back tomorrow and make sure you guys fix this

Staff is nice and they do their best. It's just domino's recipe sucks. Ask yourself are you dying of hunger? If no then order somewhere else. Pizza fiama is good in Brampton. Worth the trip for their desi style chicken wings and butter chicken pizza.

This pizza was not as per expected. It’s not baked properly and I didn’t like to eat the way they prepared. 3/5.

Friendly staff. Pizza is always ready at or before the indicated time. I am very happy with their services and would highly recommend this location.

Pizza is good, but there is huge line on the store for picking, ordering pizza. They guys try there best to done there job, but guys hire more helping hands in the store for manage the store. Front desk, SIMRAN is a good example of Patience.

My go to place for quick grab, it has been great experience so far:) Nice and clean place, friendly staff, timely takout/delivery and pizza tastes great everytime!

Pizza was hot and fresh, but just wished they didn't open the box up without a mask. But otherwise the pizza was hot and fresh

Location at 11240 Credit View. Driver couldn't find my address. He called me, but didn't speak any speak English. I tried to give him the neatest intersection and where to go from there. He kept talking back to me in some Indian language. I cancelled my order. Terrible service. After this we got two pick up orders and both myself and my wife got very sick. We don't want anything other than to not eat there agian.

So, funny story. Customer service has to 10/10 for the employees at this amazing establishment. Went to grab a Pizza on a Sunday night. I go and pick it up and tapped my card to pay for it, from my understanding it went through. The screen said wait time was 2 minutes so I was about to step out cause of whole covid situation but the amazing cashier ladies told me my pizza was ready. Perfect. Grabbed it, and on my way out dropped my receipt but i was handful with the important goodies. So like the ignorant person i am, I walked away. Drive home, blasting music, phones on silent. Reach home and as I am sitting down to eat the pizza. I see missed calls 5 of them. With VMs. 5 VM ranging from 10 seconds to 5 minutes. I sat down and start listening to it but there were all blank. And Mr.perfect rep for a service industry calls me. Confirms my name and starts yelling at me right off the bat without telling me about the situation properly. Tells me that “i had not paid for the pizza, and when i was called about it; i picked up the phone and yelled and used foul languages and If i did not want to pay for the pizza that was fine, but yelling at screaming over the employee wasnt warranted”. I try to tell him about the situation and how i hadnt picked up the phone but buddy wanted to flex over the phone and goes on to tell me that he has recording and he would calls cops on me. I ask him to send me the audio clip where i cursed at his fellow employee. But buddy was still going off over the phone for no reason. Idk how your hiring process are but you really need to check it. Idk what happened but i would like the copy of that audio where I somehow yelled at his fellow employee. Also to the management if you could review the call that was made from your store at 10.03 PM that might be ideal for how you are assess as to how you are represented in this part of the town.

2nd time now the tracker has said my order was ready for pickup, but when I get there they need 8 minutes more. Very polite, great food still, but maybe some better attention when updating the order tracker is needed.

Update took 15 minutes after it was ready for pickup.

I called to order a pick up and was asked if I could hold for a minute. Post waiting for 14 minutes, I drove to this place (4 mins drive) while waiting on the call. After reaching the place, I asked if they are not answering calls anymore and then the guys picks up and asks me “what would I like to order” and I had to say “it’s me waiting in front you”.
No apology or discount offered

**** Changed my rating. Management was contacted and told to issue a CREDIT for the entire purchase. This was done and hopefully moving forward there won’t be any issues with the quality of the food and service at this location!

Ordered a few times from this location. Pizza has always been good. This last time both pizzas were extremely salty.like they sprinkled salt on them after they were cooked. Unfortunately we didn’t get home to eat the pizza right away. However when we did all we tasted was SALT. Only one slice eaten from each pizza. Called them and was shocked at the POOR response from management at this location. Most reputable establishments would honour a customer’s complaint by offering to exchange the order, not them. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I wanted it replaced with 2 edible pizzas! Will not be ordering from this location again.

Pizza here is good, when made correctly. More times than not, the pizza is over cooked. You can tell because the pizza is dark, cheese is all bubbled and doesn't look like cheese anymore. And for your employees to just go ahead and put it in a box and give it to the customer is insulting. Consistency is missing. If I cannot confidently order a pizza and expect it to be made well, I might as well drive a few minutes more to the Wexford location where I've never had any issues. How hard is it to establish some sort of quality control?

Ordered from this location and didn't get the pizza delivered. Called the delivery guy as I saw missed calls on my phone, who stated that he had come to my address and rang the door bell multiple times and no one answered which is a lie. He then asked me to call the store so that they could make a fresh one. Called the store and spoke to Gagan who claimed to be the store manager. He put me on hold in between our conversation for over a minute and then started to state that the delivery person had come to my address and left as no one answered the door bell which is a lie. I have placed orders from this location previously and have not had any issues. The store manager was really rude in addressing my concerns and on asking him to re deliver a fresh pizza as it was over an hour he stated they he would be cancelling my order.

Great professional service and always correct order and on time. Everytime we order from this domino's location, we get our perfect pizza order with professional and very polite customer Oriented service including delivery drivers. Fantastic domino's pizza location. Thank you!

Ordered right at location, waiting from 25 mins n when I asked for my order.they start looking here n there n then the answer is " sorry we forgot to put the order somebody removed from the screen". Wow wat a service.

I had the best pizza at the right price, Rhamen gave the best service however our pizza once we got home was not half cheese as promised.the pizza was not made half as ordered. The server was great nonetheless.

The front counter lady was not the friendliest today, but may have just been busy. The same person taking orders on phone is also cooking a minute later. Wish gloves would be worn. I hope hands were washed. Last time I went there was a guy there who was more friendly. He does deliveries in a black vw. Overall, the service is quick, the place is clean and tidy and the people working there are nice.

Ordered from this location but when the order didn’t come in an hour we called and were accused of placing a fake order and they had cancelled it on us without notifying us. They claimed to call us and leave a voicemail however we had the phone with us watching the tracker and never did they call. Since it was late in the night they likely just didn’t want to fill a large order. Luckily Pizza Pizza was open and accommodated us. Would rate 0/5 for customer service.
