Domino's Pizza

Great shop and friendly crew.

Located in the north west corner of Avenue Road and Wilson in the Ridley Plaza.

There is a small lot for parking. The shop is a nice size with a few 2-4 top tables to enjoy the goods. There is also a step up for the little ones to watch the craftsmanship of their soon to be goodies made infront of them.

They use the speed oven (conveyor belt) but the pies still have a nice undercarriage to bite into

Worst store ever! We ordered 3 large pizza at 1 am for pick up and the pizzas were pathetic. No sauce, barely any toppings and worst dough ever. I will never now go Dominos

I just pick up my order from there, I added chicken to my pizza and when I opened my order I never find this chicken
The funny thing that when I called back to inform the guy about this mistake, he told me that the chicken is there under the cheese haha

Having some pizza while making Christmas cookies and watch the Bills game during a heavy snowfall. What could be better.

I always get good, hot pizza when my friend's order from here. The service is always good and friendly.

When they had the $3.99 medium pizza deal, they were swamped but they still allowed the deal to be valid up to 10pm while others stopped at 6pm.

They also gave out an extra coupon to us and the other customers who were in line and patiently awaiting our orders.

There seems to be a lot of rude and very impatient customers that live in the area. Always trying to jump the lineups or start yelling how the place is always slow. Maybe order at a different time if you're so fussy. You don't order at 6: 30pm and expect it in 5 minutes, you're just a complainer.

I was just dining at dominos at this location. I had the best pizza and experience surprisingly.
The employee I believe his name is Hasib a very hard working extroverted young kid with bright future was very courteous and willing to answer all my order placement swiftly.
Definately that is one of my best experience and will go back for sure

Rude gentlemen without a name tag said “Dominos no longer carry plastic cutlery” when they clearly offered me cutlery the last time for the pastas I ordered. Not to mention the strands of hairs found in both bowls of pastas I ordered. Disgusting service, never going back.

This location makes there pizza with very little sauce you can barely tell that there is any sauce, what's a pizza without sauce!? Not to mention all the dipping sauces should be refrigerated which there not at this location

This store has got some amazing customer service. They also make really great pizzas. I wanted to thank Gurav (hope I'm spelling his name right) for taking care of an error for us tonight. He made sure we will be returning to this location in specific for all future dominos orders!

This location does not honour most of dominoes best discount coupons while most other locations in the area do.

On October 15,2021, we order 2 large pizzas one with meat one without and were charge for it but never received the proper order, we reached out to this location upon noticing an item was missing the manager refused to refund the difference. Imagine how many customers they are doing this to and never reported and pocking the funds at the end of their shift.the staff members at this location are arrogant ignorance individuals. I strongly advise do not order from this location

If u need a place to just park ur car and chill the dominos parking lot is perfect for you. Lots of space, lots of in and out traffic and u can also get pizza. Mmmmm dominos

Help Manager, convenient staff, they use all precautions and store always well maintained. As a regular customer, always get their best service.

I ordered a pizza with 4 ingredients and it felt like it barely had 2. Barely any cheese in it too. First and last time.

I always order to this location, as per the fact that is near where I live. The staff are nice people and very friendly. Never had an issue with my order.

I ordered 4 pizzas for takeout on my way home.
One of the pizzas was a Pacific Veggie Pizza. Upon opening the pizza at home I found that it was missing some of the toppings (Roasted red peppers and Provolone cheese to be precise). Also the pizza was too dry. I called the store to inform them about this. Coincidentally the guy who had made my pizza picked up the call and started telling me that he put all the toppings. To which I said that I actually have a picture that I can send you (see attached) which shows the toppings are missing. He still kept on insisting that he put all the toppings. So to clarify that I've attached the picture here that's clearly missing the toppings. Also, later during the conversation he started telling me that he can credit me for the pizza next time when I return to the store. I of course don't want the food for free but just wanted to highlight the issue here and let the guy know that it's not wrong to make mistakes but it's at least good to accept them.

Absolutely LOVE this Domino's location. The best branch in North York. I will always keep coming back.

Location is difficult to access by car and the parking lot may be full at times. I understand the quality of pizza may change depending on who is working but usually the toppings/consistency of the pizza is good compared to other locations

Well run, simple franchise location. The manager (owner?) Was friendly. This location is only a short walk from my work an is a convenient pick when I'm smsll on time but but big on appetite with a pizza craving.

Our favorite go to place for pizzas.friendly staff and clean place. Always offer discounts to regular customers.

5 star customer service. I ordered a pan pizza 2 days ago and they gave me a regular (non-pan) one by accident.

Today I came in and told them about this little mistake and the gentleman behind the counter made me a new pan pizza for free on the spot. Food is always quick, hot, and fresh. Will definitely be coming back!

This location had amazing service! The staff was amazing and handled me to the best degree. The manager was helpful and answered any questions i had.

I recently received a flyer offering me a small pepperoni pizza at my local on Wilson Ave. I took them up on their offer and the pizza was delicious. They also gave me a coupon for a large pizza at $9.95 which is a great deal. What impressed me the most about the pizza was the taste. It reminds me of the old pizzerias that I used to frequent back in the sixties like vesuvio's. I plan on ordering from these people on a continuous basis since they make good food and I would recommend it highly to anyone in the neighborhood. Since it is a chain I can only assume that the food is the same at every location but I wouldn't count on that and sampling might be in order.
