This location never disappoints. Consistently great food for a good price that's always delivered fresh. The one time I did have a problem, the store made it right.

Classic Dominos location. They are very fast and reliable for their service. The food quality is pretty good, just sometimes need to do a better job of cutting the slices, otherwise for what you are getting it’s a solid 7.5/10.

Best Domino's location. Such a tasty pizza! Had a bit of an issue with my order, and got it resolved right away

I have been ordering from this location for over 3 years now and they have consistently maintained their quality and the service of the staff is wonderful. I have never had any issues with my order. Would definitely recommend ordering from this location!

Amazing pan pizza with pineapple and pepper, used Monday 40% off coupon. I would never go back to hand tossed pizza again. I ordered takeout and the pizza was ready when I got there in about 10 mins.

First of all, all the workers there are hella kind and helpful. I take long to pick what I want sometimes and they didn’t make me feel like I was pressured to order faster as some places do. I got their stuffed crazy bread and it was sooooo goood. Deffo coming here again.

I specifically ordered a pizza with credit car on the door just to see the driver not bring the payment option for credit card, he had the dominos pizza worker ASK ME FOR MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION through the phone. Highly unacceptable and when I said is there another way to do it without my credit card information being sent through the phone she gave me attitude. Watch when you order these guys want to scam you!

This location was my go to location, until about 6 to 8 months ago. The pizzas were really good, toppings were loaded, extra cheese was extra cheese.then it's like there was a change in management.

Now they are skimpy on toppings, especially the cheese.now the pizzas are over cooked.they dough not properly proofed. Uneven stretching of the dough, thin in the middle and thicker on the outside crust.
I use to order weekly sometimes twice a week, now I have switched to another location where the pizzas are almost perfect.
I wish there was a corporate line to complain to but there doesn't seem to be one.

I won’t even give 1 star. Today’s experience was so unexpected. I got my order delivered 1: 45 hr after my order was placed. The pizza was cold and I was starving by the time I received the order. This delay is unacceptable. You defended the purpose of ordering pizza. I would have cooked a whole meal in that time. I feel like I wasted my points in getting a cold pizza after 1: 45 hr.

My pizza was ultra thin, seems like they stretched the large into x-large. As a result it became soggy with too much tomato sauce
- Also, for last many times, even after the order shows as ready, I have been told to wait as it is still in the over/being cut/quality check etc. It seems they are managing their performance well by marking the order ready even when it is not. This has led to frustration with the customers who have to wait even when the board says that the order is ready. Sometimes the wait is well 5 to 6 minutes.

2555 Glen Erin Drive, they gave me raw pizza first and when I called store to complain.the guy who picked my call said he realized pizza was raw but missed to tell me anyway they offered me free pizza. Next week when I went to pick that free pizza.after waiting for almost 10 minutes after asking multiple times the girl on counter went to check in and they found that my order was missing and they have to make again

Worst service the person took the order intentionally miscommunicate.altough i ask him again and he again said the same thing but he so called mean something else.end up paying more. Never go this location

Worst Pizza ever, today I bought 3 topping medium pizza, they literally did joke on name of topping, 1 pieces of each topping found on one slice, some slice are just cheese no toppings. Never ever go back to this store.

The guy over charged me too miser on toppings and charged us for extra sauce too we already paid for alfredo sauce and I never knew thick crust is a charge at dominos I should have done online order thought to give more profit to store directly regret so much
so 12.99 large 4 topping pizza costs me 20.33 seriously? I did not had enough energy to argue with that guy

Everytime I order from here and I ask for steak as a topping, I get charged but never get the steak.really frustrating as it has happened 5 times now and I can't be bothered to argue over the topping.

Worst pizza ever. They put NO cheese! It was supposed to be a four topping pizza: green pepper (full), mushroom (full), olive (half), and onion (half). Cheese is always included. Instead, we got this cheeseless pizza with no green pepper or mushroom on the second half. What kind of joke is this.

Website says the pizza is ready until you show up and have to wait 20minutes. Writing this review because it happened multiple times

I haven't tried pizza from multiple places but like the Domino's pizza. It's not greasy. Tried the Pizza Hut pizza and it was sooooo greasy almost made me sick. The toppings are fine, a little less cheese though.

It's very hit and miss as a new customer. The online order system crashes alot on me too which is very frustrating. Not worth the hassle anymore.

Pizza took an hour & half to get to my place, without any notice of delays or such. Both driver and the girl on the phone got an attitude! Other than that, the pizza was good.

Ordered a large four topping pizza with pineapples, cook put onions on my pizza, I cannot eat onions. Called them and they said sorry here's your free pizza credit. Tried to use my credit later on call the lady put me on hold 4 mins and at the end banged the phone. Don't take your business to this store!

Me and my wife rotate what type of pizza we order to keep things fresh. Typically when dominoes comes around we truly enjoy some of other places we shop. We will order again.

Good pizza joint, they do lots of good offers especially Monday's buy one get one free. However, they have a problem with the quantity of toppings on their pizzas, I have been ordering from them for over a year and each time when there is a meat ingredients we will be lucky if a medium pizza slice has 4 chicken strips, mostly they make sure all medium slices to have 3 strips and few get 2 even. Complained few times but didn't see action nor was compensated. They are among the lowest topping quantity pizza joints in GTA despite the flavours are amazing but I don't feel I get value for my money.

The pizza is always half cooked and the employees cant speak English properly. I stopped ordering from this location

Dozen employees were working in the kitchen, yet they took 30 minutes to complete my order of 1 box of specialty chicken that I ordered on the app in advance. Over half of my lunch break time from work was wasted because of this. Oh, and they forgot to give me my ranch dipping sauce. This is unacceptable. Never coming here again.

So we placed an order which we received after 1.5 hours.and when I called the store after 35 minutes the store Manager named Deepinder said they came and called me thrice. (I never received any call) when I asked them as why the driver didn’t knock she said he was waiting outside.then she said that the pizza will be delivered in the next 15-20 minutes. I made sure to give her an alternate number just in case if they ever really tried to reach me before.after another half an hour of waiting when I called them again the same manager gave me the same excuse that they called me thrice.again none of the numbers got any call or any voicemail.plus we waited for 10 minutes outside our house just in case if the driver doesn’t know to ring the bell or knock the door. Now she says that we will get the pizza in another 15 minutes. I just want to let you know that you had been utterly unprofessional and pathetic service.you didn’t had the simple courtesy of apologizing even once.forget offering anything complimentary for the worst service. I WISH I COULD RATE THIS SERVICE AS ZERO STAR!

Had to call in so that they know I want extra cheese and paid extra for it. Still got dry pizza with barely any cheese. N definitely cheap on toppings. Doesn’t matter whatever you say n how much you pay extra, they are just gonna give you their regular cheap and dry pizza. I am not ordering from here again.

Horrible pizza ordered pan pizza with garlic sauce the base was flowing and pizza was not cut we drove back and everyone was looking at us like aliens.

Cheap on toppings. Ordered veggie large and seriously I could count the mushrooms and olive pieces.

Easily one of the worst pizzas we had in 2 decades! Very dry base with hardly any cheese or toppings! Dominoes corporate should do something about quality checks! We will never order again from this location!

Everyone who works there is cheap when it comes to toppings. Even if you order extra cheese or sauce, they never put any. Just give you dough with some veggies or meat sprinkled over it. This has happened twice now. I’m never ordering from this store again.

This is the 5th time I have had this experience with this branch. They skimp out on all of the toppings, including the cheese. My order had barely three tiny pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. Never going here again.

Ordered online, order was quick and easy. Service was great. However when I'm paying $30+ for a large that used to be a medium (I'm old but not a boomer) I expect toppings. I ordered extra cheese and double pepperoni. I had gaps on the pie with just sauce and dough showing. The hot peppers and mushrooms I was lucky to get more than one piece on a slice. Unfortunately I've noticed the slip in quality since they moved from old location. Maybe a new franchisee or rent is to high.

Ordered from here many times the employees are nice and the pizza is usually ready on time or even before plus it's open a little late only downside is there is sometimes no parking or little when it's crowded

Worst customer service I've had in years! Girl was rude and made me feel like I was putting her out by asking for a bag to carry dips in. Pizza wasn't cut or cooked all the way through. Save your time and money and find another Domino's

Called to order a pizza and they said they do not deliver to my area which is 1.5 km away. I called the second closest one and they said they don't deliver and that I should call the first place I called. Yea ill just stick with 241 Pizza thanks bye.

Used to be good a place but not anymore. Pizza was not cooked + slices were not cut. I reported this twice.no action.

I usually order once a week, My profile has not changed. Info to the drivers has been the same for a year. Back entrance side door right side of the house. The driver didnt read his notes and woke up my Landlord. This will be the last time i Order from this Location

Why do they hold the dough with their hands without wearing gloves this drives me crazy wear gloves people are eating the pizza after you guys prepare it

Loved the thin crust! This location was very timely and accurate with the online order and in-person pick up.

The app is fantastic. I order from hpme and when i see that my pizza is going into the oven is when i leave home. I am normally there just before my pizza is ready. I pay and then get my pizza, i am out of there in a matter minutes and heading home with HOT pizza. PERFECT.

A miscommunication occurred when the order was placed. The error was realized once we got home. Called the store and the guy who answered was very helpful - did not hesitate to remake the order, and was actually nice about it.

My favourite Dominos location. I rarely get delivery as I haven’t had the best experience with quality control on delivery orders from any pizza store. The delivery man paid attention to my delivery instructions and called when he arrived and was very polite. My food was amazing and exactly what I ordered!

Horrible to deal with, Said online that the guy left the store 45 mins ago and still didn't arrive when my house is 5 mins away from the restaurant. The guy who delivered had no shame that he came late but just gave the pizza and rushed back without explaining anything. Was dealing with low quality because of the only pizza place around open till midnight. Probably my last time.

This is my go-to Domino's place, because it is the closest and always tastes fresh. But after what I witnessed today, I dont think I'll be ordering from here again. Plain and simple, the people who are making your food with their hands are also touching the restaurant phones and their cellphones. I watched 3 different people do this over the span of 5 minutes and go straight back to making pizzas without washing their hands. 1 girl rinsed, and I mean rinsed her hands, there was no soap and no more than 3 seconds involved in the rinse. Only reason it didnt get 1 star is because of past experiences.

I ordered two pizzas first was Brooklyn, and Hawaiian got it nice and hot tasted really good ;while waiting watch staff making all kinds of pizzas great job

Kids really like Domino’s. I think it is their crust that is unique. The fairly new location is busy and spotlessly clean. There a couple chairs to sit and enjoy your fresh pizza, however it is a bit noisy.

The service is really quick and efficient. The staff pleasant to deal with. The food is good. Picked up a cheese sticks order and it was quick and delicious. Kids loved it.

Too bad they still don’t have non dairy cheese.
