I love using the Dominos app! I put my order in before I leave my destination and pick up the pizza on my way home! So easy!

This is the most consistent restaurant I’ve been too and ordered from. My orders usually here in under 20 minutes and it’s always hot.

An amazing Domino's. Staff are so courteous and helpful always. Food is hot, fast and tasty.

I ordered pizza for a hungry group of kids on a Friday night, during dinner rush. Pizza was at my place in 29 minutes. It was delicious, even the gluten free one! The ordering process was smooth and the driver was friendly and prompt.

Fast and friendly. App works well, let's you know when pizza is ready. Might want to order pick up if you want it faster. Delivery service is good. Just a little slow on fri-sun, due to volume of business.

Large pizza with extra drama.
Ordered a delivery and the order was wrong. Thought the driver was going back to get the rest but didn't return. Called to ask and, when I was calm and didn't get angry, the person at the store asked "What game are you playing!? " Then she yelled "This order is canceled! It's cancelled! This ord. " so I hung up. The good news is: Papa John's has good pizza, is fast, less expensive, and comes without drama. Seriously! 10 minutes and we were eating! 5stars for PJ's

They need to shut down every pizza place in ontario in genral because pizza is the worst this is the worst one yet no extra large 6 slices the dipping sauce is watry its the worst

Best Domino's in Barrie, when comparing this Domino's to the one on Big Bay point, id say its like comparing having actual food to garbage. The Big Bay point location has such terrible pizza that i drive past it 20 minutes to go to this location. Always cooked well and topped right. Cheese ratio is good and pizza is never under cooked. Again BEST DOMINO"S IN BARRIE HANDS DOWN!

Worst customer service ever! Rude employees and management didn’t care. Employee attitude is a direct reflection of management. Avoid this location.

I am Not sure what has happened to this store. Customer service has really gone down. Seems like they are listening not to understand but just to answer back what they want to answer. This location was really good a few years back now you can either expect burnt wings delivered to you or maybe an issue with your order which they cannot fix on the phone. What a terrible way to deal with customers on the phone. Thumbs down for this location.

I ordered garlic bread and medium pan pizza but the pizza was not fresh even garlic bread is in very bad shape and taste and also it was uncooked.

Recently ordered two medium pizzas and spinach bread. Bread was excellent, pizzas were severely over cooked. We have been a solid customer of Pizza Hut but thought we would try your pizzas. We likely won’t try you again.

Love Domino's its one of the best pizza restaurants in Barrie. Been getting pizza here for many years and will continue for many more.

Best chicken pizza I have ever tasted in Domino's. I am a pizza lover and can taste pizza to perfection and this is one of the best Domino's spot for pizza.

Placed an order by phone 2 hrs ago.
Tried to call back to check status & spent 20 minutes on hold before I gave up.
Still no pizza, but the grilled cheese sandwich I made was really good.

Edit- they finally called me after 2.5 hrs of placing my order, & offered to send me a free pizza, I told them I had already cooked my supper, ate it & finished the dishes, so no, I wasnt interested. Too little too late!

Loved the pizza there. The atmosphere is very calming as well. Could use some ketchup, though.

Worst location of dominos ever. Today I ordered one large pizza and one medium. They gave me both medium one in medium pizza box and other in large pizza box. When i told them that this is medium not large then they said that this is our large (it might be shrunk in oven). They refused me for remake. Terrible… customer service.

I ordered pizza around 12: 30 from my work. I went there to pick up my pizza they said they haven't make it. I waited for 20 mins they make the pizza but it was not well cooked and toppings were all over the place.associate told me he will give me credit of 10$ but I need to pay for my order now.but I did not receive any credit.worst place for pizza I have ever seen.here I am putting the photo of the pizza

Always having a problem with this store. Either they mess up our toppings or give us wrong pizza. Today we ordered parmesan bites and it was undercooked and dry. Probably they forgot to add butter/oil and directly kept it in oven. As you can see in pictures, the seasoning is all in box and nothing on the bites. Bites are not even separated. No seasoning, no oil/butter, tasteless and dry bites. How am I supposed to eat this? Service 3/10. Had to wait 10mins and noone was even giving me my order even though it was ready and boxed.

Placed an order via the app. I arrived at the ordered time and it was not ready. I had to wait for them to make the pizzas. This completely defeats the purpose of the pre order option in the app.

Dominoes makes great pizza, and they are really fast. I like their Android app, it makes it straightforward to order. We also like their wings.

2 orders in a row the pizzas were not cooked enough and still doughy near the middle (Bake instructions were well done). I like the pizzas you guys do but not this under cooked, please go back to your old way of doing things.

I love this place. Who doesn't like pizza. Variety of choices, made your way. Always make on time and the service is encr-eadible.

I saw a review relating to this and thought about the same thing, I used get lunch at this location on a frequent basis in the summer and it has always been amazing the presentation, taste, and service was fantastic but recently I noticed that the pizzas haven’t been as good it just looks sad and empty maybe I should order at different store

I’ve been ordering lunch from this location for a while now, but recently the quality has been going down there used to be a young man that serves me all the time and he made the pizzas quick and tasty need more staff like him

WORST pizza place in all of Barrie! Have messed up the order 5 times, and do nothing about it. All incompetent people in this place. Have give them to many chances already. Just got a pizza with sauce and no toppings! Never again.what a joke! Call another dominoes.stay away from dominoes on cundles! Sad sad performance here.

I am a pure vegetarian and ordered a veggie pizza. Guess what ……pizza arrived after 1 hour 20 min and also with bacon on Christmas Eve.

Haven't ordered a Domino's pizza in years. The first one I had was in Sudbury and it was so disappointing we never went back. Well I have to say the Barrie Cundles restaurant is freaking awesome, the meat lovers pizza was amazing. Thanks for changing my mind. Great service!

Came into the location to order a pizza and they didn't even have a menu it'd be nice to look at a menu to know what you can order

Best Pizza, always a pleasure to deal with this location, we order like 2x a week. Also so easy to order with the Domino's App on my phone, I never talk to anyone anymore & it always works 100% perfectly, I love that I can add & remove toppings, see the difference in prices VS. Sizes, add promo codes. It's great & you can see the progress of your order & who's making it, prepping it, cooking it & delivering it. It's fun.

Recently I love going to pick it up on the way home or when I'm in the area. Such a streamlined, efficient process, everything contactless! It's a pleasure to do business!

The place was packed. The door said 10 people at a time. It wasn't until a customer pointed out that there were more than 10 that someone went to the door to monitor.
My email said 12-22 minutes before it's ready. I went in at the 25 minute point. The screen said that my order was ready.it wasnt ready until almost an hour after it was supposed to be. When I asked the manager why the screen said it was ready a long time ago he was ride and said "technology can be wrong you know"

They made the wrong pizza for us and the staff was not ready to change the pizza or give us refund. Pizza tastes frozen and cheap. Never going there back.

I got the wrong pizza and after a conversation with the clerk was told this what I ordered. Even after paying for it before it was ready and confirming it. The place is too busy to do sales controls. Time to support the independents. They care!

This location has never let us down! One of our favourite pizza spots. Big location too and very updated. Looks like it would be a fun spot to bring the family or a little pizza date when not in quarantine.lol

Still standing here waiting 105 minutes later. When I ordered they said 25 minutes. Not one manager will even look you in the eyes. They are standing at the back making boxes.

The poor young kids at the front are doing their best.

When I finally received my pizzas, nearly 2 hours later, they were really good. They gave me my order for free and provided a credit for next time.

I spoke with the store manager and told him that mistakes happen. I also mentioned that he should have his managers helping customers that were waiting to long and at least making eye contact with people instead of walking around with their heads down.

The pizza is fine obviously, like always.but man, why do they always forget the dip? It’s an extra what $2? I could spend that on something else instead of giving it to the Domino’s Charity of taking your money without giving you your dip.

I had a huge laugh at a few of the nasty customer service reviews for this location. Someone actually took pictures of how unhappy they were with their almost half eaten pizza? Who eats half a pizza and then takes pictures of the rest to complain about how disappointed they were. If you just contacted the restaurant they would have replaced the order but that's kinda hard to do after its half eaten.lol Refund Kings.maybe? All I know that's not normal behavior just saying.lol

It's one busy place. They have it down to a science! Food is always good and the pizza preference of my teens. Again, patience. It's very busy.

Product quality is up and down! Somedays you get a great pizza, other days, like today at 2pm (Dec 28/20) the pizzas are poor quality, scanty toppings, and poorly spread. Some pieces are 15 % covered! My kids ended up fighting! Wish Dominoes could improve on their quality, and train their staffs better. Greatly disappointed!

Food is definitely hit or miss, it’s no where near as consistent as other Dominos restaurants in Barrie. The times for pickup or delivery are also always 10 to even 40 minutes past the max estimate, sometimes even longer. I understand this has become a very busy location, but unfortunately the service has become very poor because of it.

3rd time my order is wrong, phoned and they resent a new pizza and that one wrong also! Calling management tomorrow.now it's December, didn't make the 2nd pizza! Reason? Drugs? Can't read? Or just lazy? Or combo of all reasons?

What a rude and disrespectful manager there. He never listens customers and keep speaking him self. Keep arguing no matter what, I showed him receipt and I had delivery driver waiting for 15min. My pizza was getting cold because of arguing with manager on phone. At the end he hang-off the phone. This should never happen to anybody. I am reaching out to head office. Please if happens to you, you do so too.

Staff very professional and know what they are doing. So many staff at this location and very busy place, great teamwork there. Great food

Love the food from this place delivery is always quick and the food is great only complaint I have is when I order wings why isn't the sauce on the wings? You have to put in on yourself is that simply a request I can make?

I love Domino's, but this particular location is frustrating. It will say on both the tracker in the app AND on the screens in the restaurant that my pizza is ready but I end up having to stand there for another 15-20 minutes because it's not ready, this has happened to me on 4 occasions now. Also, the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be driving out of my way to another Domino's location from now on.
