Domino's Pizza

First time I’ve ordered from this location. Two great things came out of ordering from the Keswick location. Both pizzas were amazing. Hand tossed and a hand tossed thin. Both were perfect. But the thing I’ll remember the most is the way I was greeted as I walked in the store. Most of the many staff members had acknowledged as I entered. Great customer service.

Pizza was great. Ready when promised and handed across the counter like I mattered.
Store facade could be improved with reasonable customer access, instead of several delivery cars using every available spot near the front of the store. This meant parking down lot on the other side. Perhaps a back door could be used when the front of house is busy.

Staff are always friendly, even when super busy. Been going long enough that some know me to see me. The Brooklyn pepperoni is awesome. Our favorite place for pizza in town!

Owner was so helpful and kind. I was having trouble accessing my free coupon on the app and he was very patient assisting me. Staff are very friendly also

Crust was overcooked, a bit dry. I’ve been to other locations so I know Domino’s can do better pizzas. Domino’s Keswick, you need to be more generous with your toppings! I don’t care if you’re trying to be economic. You’ll get more customers if you make a good product! Ours was very sparse like the desert. Had to stop by Walmart, spend some more money on a magnifying glass to see the toppings. Isn’t this why you have “quality checks” after each bake? Thanks.

The barbeque chicken and Pacific veggie pizzas were great. Satisfied about the taste and quantity. No complaints at all.

I live closer to Sutton and I have had nothing but terrible experiences with the Domino’s in Sutton, I was on my way home from work on Friday evening and hesitantly decided to order from the Domino’s in Keswick. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the stuffed cheesy bread. I will tell you that the stuffed cheesy bread was absolutely delicious! Not only that the customer service was impeccable but my food was hot and ready. Just amazing! I will now be ordering from the Keswick Domino’s even if that means I have to pick it up. Thank you Keswick Domino’s for knowing what is real customer service and product quality!

Delivery drivers are rude and dominos doesn't claim responsibility for their drivers. (straight out of the managers mouth) Sauce is over sweet and pizza's are under cooked so I wouldn't be ordering there again anyways.

The pizza is good and delivery is always quick. I havent had any complaints with the keswick location.

Ordered from here a few times since moving to town. Always had a great experience. Pizza was hot, fresh, and the toppings were generous. Order to pick up in 15 mins usually, which is awesome.

I choose this location over one that is closer to my home as they do a spectacular job every time.

Consistently an excellent Domino's franchise. Our go-to for chain pizza in Keswick. Always order through the app and do pickup so can't comment on delivery.

Worst delivery service possible. Order never arrived, store couldn’t give me a straight answer and I never got my order. -points if I could.

Really good customer service and always had fresh hot pizza, never had a mistake with placing an order or having someone mess up a order!

Ordered 2 pizzas over the weekend and the crust was so thin the toppings were literally resting on the cardboard. I called and complained and was offered credit for both, which was perfectly fine.

I just called to claim my credited pizza and was told that they wouldn't honor it unless I spent 10 bucks. HORSESH*T!

I've been ordering from this location for 3 years just about every weekend, and I'm done.
The quality of pizza has hit rock bottom anyway, and there are way to many other pizza joints.

The pizza at dominos is always the same and I'm a fan, its my go to out of town. The behaviour I saw today in this location was absolutely disgusting. When I walked in no one acknowledged me for a few minutes, instead the manager saw me, looked back at his staff and then called one of the workers over. He proceeded to then loudly talk about the girl making the pizza (the only one in the establishment actually working while I'm standing here) stating that she was a "stupid girl" multiple times to her coworker and repeatedly threatened to fire her. All while this girl kept working looking more and more embarrassed. After I made a coughing noise the manager finally acknowledged me and served me my pizza, before leaving I told him that was extremely unprofessional

To the young lady working, if you decide to quit and go to the labour board for harassment I got your back. This supervisor doesn't deserve the power he has over people.
