Ordered for delivery within the open hours and was called asking if I could I could pick the order up. It wasn't possible to pick up and they cancelled our order.

Ordered on friday. Pizza was ok, the extra sauce and cheese i ordered wasnt nearly as abundant as other locations I've been to. Not the worst but it could be better. Well done was done well enough.

I'm used to Dominos India. There is no comparison with taste. But I still enjoy their pizza more than others.

Taste is not good. Toppings are not arranged properly.most of the slices doesn't have toppings at all.this is not a free pizza, we are paying a lot and product we get is not upto the mark.

Pizzas are usually expensive, but if you go on their site, you can find the special coupons. For example a medium 4 topping special pizza (meatzza meatlovers) would be 16-18 dollars but in the coupons you may find a Large pizza 4 toppings for 12.99 so do check the coupons and pick from there, you will save a lot of money.

Ordered pizza and clearly asked to well done…. What i got, a half baked pizza…worst service ever

Order 3 pizza in person first the order taker was distracted not taking order properly, I told him order I will pickup in an hour when after hour I pickup it was.not at all fresh he must have made it same time I order and pizzas were veryyyyyy bad cold tasteless I don't recommend this place to any one basically it don't even deserve review or

We ordered large pizza on this monday and got medium one, even we paid for the large one.we mostly come to this place but the customer service is not too good.

I ordered for pickup online for 9: 15 but since I had an emergency, I called this store to change the order to delivery for 9 pm. Firstly, the order itself came at 9: 28 pm. Then, the delivery person gave me a note that had $6.50 as a delivery charge, all for a distance of 2 kms. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, the person said they don't have any manager working. When I asked the person her name, she told me I don't have the right to know her name and not to call again and hung up on me. I tried calling again and the person picked up and hung up again.

So, not only I was charged $6.50 for a 2 km delivery in the name of "admin charge" (that's what the delivery person said) but also the representative in this store was very rude and yelled at me. This is ABSOLUTELY the LAST time I will order Dominos ever. There are many pizza stores who don't rip off a customer in the name of admin charges and are not rude.

I’ve ordered 2 medium pizza, it was delicious and hot.
They were both cut in perfect shape and cut all the way.
I loved it with my family, good job guys!

Order delivery with online coupon. Worst pizza I have ever had in life. The box it came in would of tasted better. Jus because I used a coupon doesn't give you the right.

Frequent customer. Plenty of specials making it as great value. Great location with courteous staff. They have never messed up my order here.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I ordered a pizza with Herb and Garlic seasoning and there was no seasoning on the pizza. I also ordered some plates with the pizza since it was for few people. I didn’t get any plates either. When I called to complain the Store “Sugandha” answered the call and she claimed that she did put the seasoning by herself and asked me to send the picture to her email. When I sent her the picture in the email, she decided to offer me a discount on my next order after getting the proof. I was treated like I was lying, when she lied to me and as a Customer I had to spend more than 15 mins in calling and sending emails back and forth which is ridiculous. Still No Resolution! Will not recommend this store to anyone! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Been ordering from here for the past 5 years and since last year I've noticed the quality decline.

Dry, tasteless pizza, same with the parmesan bites that don't taste the same and are super oily. The pizza lacks toppings and cheese.

I selected curbside pick up in the app and clicked on "here" to let them know when I arrived but no one came out. Eventually I called the store to let them know I was waiting. What's the point of offering curbside pick up if the system doesn't let the staff know you're here to pick up?

Worst Customer service ever experienced with dominos, Domino's should take the store back from these guys. Doing no good at all.

Messy choco lava cakes, ordered with pizza yesterday. Felt bad infront of guests because of their presentation and the way food was served in that unorganized box.

Terrible service, cheap, they charge you HST, but won't provide a receipt, you actually have to fight for it, be aware of their scams

I always have a good experience at this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an issue today with an error on my online order. They took the time to help me out and correct it and made sure my pizza was fresh.

Ordered 2 pizzas from this location yesterday. We ordered the Taco Chicken pizza and Chicken Alfredo. Both pizzas were not that tasty. Especially the Chicken Taco pizza - it was very dry and had no sauce. Usually we like Domino's pizza but this location's pizza was not great at all. The delivery was timely but they need to improve taste of the pizzas.

Kid wanted pizza for lunch and I was on road running errands and ordered a medium mushrooms pizza over the app. I came in the parking lot a few minutes early and waited for the app to tell me that the pizza was ready.

When I entered the store, the pizza still in the oven. No major issues. A few minutes later the pizza ready.

The pizza came with proper amount of mushrooms which kids loves and baked perfectly. Kid prefers the crust, sauce and the cheese from Domino’s.

One time i ordered the pizza, driver showed up with a cold pizza almost after an hour even though i live 2 block away. I didn't even call in, didn't want to make it a big deal.today i ordered a pizza and a cheesy bread.both of them raw.bro i ordered WELL DONE.please check inside the cheesy bread that i got. Welcome to new domino's pizza rawy bread.i had to order burgers for our dinner, thanks for the store credit but this is ridiculous. You are a pizza shop you had only 1 job.

Worst Domino's store of all!
1) Ordered online, app notifies you completed and ready for pick up, and you will wait for another 20min because it is still not.
2) One lady just doesnt care about Covid, mask not covering mouth and nose
3) Random service, a total mess that ruines to reputation of the brand.
Will definitely look for another location

Terrible delivery and customer service. I called the store once because it said my food was delivered on the tracking site but it wasn't. The woman said it was on way and hung out immediately. The courier arrived 20 minutes after. Another time one of my courier wasn't wearing a mask while handing it off. I felt unsafe. Everytime I order something it's either undercooked, cold and had a chemical taste.the last time I had to put my pizza and breadsticks in the oven because it was underbaked when I specified for it to be made well done. I don't know if they rush it and got some cleaning spray on my pizza but I ended up throwing out the whole pizza.

Good food but the store is crowded.
Employees don't care about Social distance.
I asked them about due to many people inside the store in a very small but they just ignored me.

The good - delivered quite fast as mentioned.
Most of the times they have so many coupons or promotions going on. But can't really expect a high quality pizza. It's just basic, average pizza and nothing outstanding given the price. They can improve quality for sure. The most recent we ordered was hand toast thin with hearty marinara sauce and some toppings. Did not like the sauce and cannot really differentiate between the thin crust and hand toast expect for the way the pizza is cut. Just average

One of the worst experience with Domino's. My second time ordering from this location and second time pizza arrives cold and in 1.5 hour after placing the order. Even the website tracker said that order was delivered I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Pizza and wings were cold, wings also leaked out and made a mess.

Would not come back to this location and definitely recommend to think twice before ordering from here.

Disgusting pizza. Like wet cement. Nowhere near enough sauce, so much cheese it sticks to your mouth, with little to no seasoning. Never ordering here again

I use to eat at other chains. It was a waste of money there Dominos was literally a life change. Super good and they are very clean. I even saw them dusting and wiping TV screens. The best pizza flavour and prices. Would very much recommend. They also have the friendliest staff very attending.

Domino’s normally has good pizza but this location not so much, once got it delivered and didn’t get dipping sauces, other times food is cold and not made properly. One guy confirmed my order 4 times on the phone and still managed to still screw it’s up.rather go to the one on Erin Centre

Ordered from this location on New Years eve.ordered large 4 topping.showed up cold.barely 1 of each topping per slice.was THE worst pizza I have ever had!
When I called to complain.the female employee hung up on me!

We order from this location on a weekly basis. For the most part, the pizza is good quality and value. I ordered a double cheese, pepperoni and mushroom pizzas only to find that the cheese was not doubled but put on top of the topping to make it look like it was double. This makes all the topping slide off the crust because of the tomato sauce. This is very dishonest as a customer pays extra for double cheese. Disappointed.

The guys shows up with a box that looked like it was dropped on the floor.with a puddle of water on the top of the box where it was crushed right through the pizza.the person on the phone was extremely rude.if I could I would give this place
