Domino's Pizza

The bread sticks and pepperoni pizza were delicious. I always receive quality pizza from this location. The staff are friendly and polite.

Strait from the oven. Pizza and breadsticks always arrive piping hot and ready to eat. Service was fast and friendly:) fav dominos in Nepean.

The veg pizza we ordered was good but they forgot to add the creamy garlic dip. And without the dip, there is no fun eating pizzaaaa. But yes i was hungry so I compromised. This was the veg pizza with customizations. First time had pizza from this location of domino’s and they for to put the dip. So first impression is the last impression.now if they give me this same pizza with dip for free then I will be happier.

Such a waste place.the staff is very rude.they don't know how to speak to customers They were loud and used faulty language.we were denied Pizza after taking orders. When we were with the family for more than 20 minutes
they forgot that we made the payment and told us to make a new order.

I recently ordered a pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni, green peppers and double mushrooms. I was expecting just a bit more sauce like I would get at the location near my work (and any other I have been to where I've requested this), but the pizza was nearly all sauce, next to no cheese, minimal mushrooms and a regular amount of the other toppings.
When it arrived, all of the toppings had slid right off the pizza (all to one side of the box) because it was SO loaded with sauce. Very disappointing.

Mediocre pizza, they didn't follow my special requests what so ever. Overall bad experi3nce with this location

Stay away from it. I tried second time test was ok we harley able to eat it as we were hungry.surprisingly They don't give you ketchup which is big minus for me as my kid doesn't eat pizza without it so I have bought another pizza from pizza pizza

Very fast paced busy location friendly staff very organized sign up for they're pizza point so eventually you get free products

I like the service and the pizza definitely
But there are unstable price, every day you get deferent price. For example, I order small pizzas with green pal peppers and tomatoes they charge me $9.40, and the next day another guy tries to charge me $12.50 for the same pizza.that’s happened three times

I ordered a large pizza and they provided very less toppings and the pizza was too salty. Moreover the toppings were unevenly distributed.

We recently moved away from Bayshore, and I miss this location so much.

They always have great deals, the staff are super nice, and the is food consistently fresh and well prepared.

The guys here are a class act, always welcoming and greet you even when they are too busy to come over right away. Food always hits the spot when you need a decent pizza with good value, can’t complain

Low quality ingredients were used. Me and my wife both did not feel well after eating that pizza. It even smelled strange when we opened the box. May be because of old ingredients. I think its a franchise and not a corporate chain. Most of franchise Dominos have the same issue.

We received our order 2 hours after we ordered and we didnt get our wings.turns out the driver ate them.which is probably why he was outside our place for 20 min before leaving. Horrible service, they refused to give us a refund. Dont go here, go to the way better one on Merivale. These people are ruining Dominos name brand.

If I could give zero stars I would. Even one star is too good for this location. Lastnight I ordered pizza, wings, and drinks for my moving party. Total came up to $61. I ordered at 6: 55 pm and recieved my food at 8: 20 pm. When i called to inquire about my food i was told the driver was already on his way and it would be 10-15 minutes. Person on the phone was very rude. After still almost 30 minutes I got my order and lo and behold my wings are missing. I called the location again and told them I didnt get the wings. They assured me that they would send out another batch right away and then didnt. My boyfriend went to the location to be told that the delivery driver ate our wings and they had no one to take our other order to our location. So he wanted the money back that he spent on the wings to be told that they couldn't refund him and that they could only offer him free wings on our next order. Awful customer service. I will not be ordering from this location again. Even if they give me free wings.

Heard there were new owners at the location so we gave it a try. Absolutely amazing. Staff was quick and polite. 100% will return.

Do not order from this location. They provided me an expired dipping sauce that I immediately through in the trash. They mess with the tracking to make it seem like they delivered to you in the time window advertised. They use expired ingredients, very dry vegetables. Totally disgusting.

Parking at this mall is always horrible. Always lines of people backing up onto Carling waiting to park for the grocery store and the mall next door.

Do not recommend pickup.haven't tried delivery here.

Avoid this location! Staff are very rude. Won't prepare your free pizza (redeemed points) until you come into the restaurant with your confirmation email, even though app says pizza is being prepared. Person on the phone was very rude too. I've tried this location twice and both times were a horrible experience. Never again!

Worse place to buy pizza. I asked for bbq sauce on top which is a free topping everywhere else but this dominos replaced the tomato paste with bbq sauce.
The cook was rude as well

Saw the bad reviews about the customer service level at this location but thought that i wanna try myself, and yes; the guy could not smile at all and when i asked him about something in the menu he just said "this is all what we have! ".

Pizza and cheese bread was cold when it finally arrived over 1 hour after they finished making it. Will never order from here again

Tracker is basically just for show. Multiple franchise owners have been fudging the tracker to keep their metrics up.

We won't be back.

We've had a few dozen pizzas from this location (good sample size) and about half the time it is undercooked and the other times it's cold.

At the end of the day, even with the coupons, I would buy from another pizza joint in the area. We hoped for the best, but poor quality/performance are hard to overlook.

Took close to 30 minutes to deliver and i live 7 minutes away. I called and they said it would be another 5-10 minutes. Pizza got here and it was room temperature like not even hot. You could tell it was just sitting around for a while before getting to mine. This is the first time that I've gotten bad service and I've ordered a lot of times.

Simple order but was very surprised by the rude behaviour from the staff. My wife ordered a medium pizza and asked for red peppers. Staff put roasted red peppers instead.when she told him that wasn't what she ordered the response was "What do you want me to do about it? We don't have red peppers. " Would have been nice to have heard this when the order was placed so something else could have been substituted. Clearly Domino's so called "Carry-out Insurance" is optional and not provided at all locations. Back to Gabriel's and Colonnade Pizza.better pizza and much better customer service.

We ordered pizza but we did not get much satisfaction from their service. We had to come twice because our pizza's were not well done.

Every time I call here they say it's very busy and the wait time is over an hour. Then they get rude on the phone when u complain. Worst dominos in the city! If I could find 0 stars I would.

Pizza seems to be good and fresh about half the time in my experience.

This location in particular is awful. They refused my delivery order at 11pm on a Monday because they were too busy and when I called to complain I was hung up on.

My family and I ordered a single, plain cheese pizza at 10pm on a Tuesday night. The confirmation email came in literally at 10: 00 PM exactly. It’s currently 11pm and it still hasn’t arrived. I called over ten minutes ago to figure out what was going on and if anything could be done for us. The response I got was “we’re busy” but the tracker had it in perfection check over half an hour ago. Not impressed. Won’t be ordering again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, these people have no class whatsoever… Plus it doesn’t help when the pizza is really bad at this location specifically

Holds up to Domino’s standards. I really like their thin-crust pizza. Seasoning can really be a hit or miss.

Ordered online. Arrived at the place when the app showed the pizza was ready. It was not. I had to wait for a while before I could pick it up.

Better than PIZZA PIZZA. The price chart is nearly similar to that of PIZZA PIZZA!

Fast delivery, friendly drivers (be nice to those guys) a little stingy with the cheese though.
