I came here on a Christmas day (today, December 25), it seems like the store is not so busy today. I ordered a custom pizza for my husband and I, we enjoyed the pizza, it was crispy and tasted great.

There was only one employee at the store (her name is Talwinderjit), she was nice and helpful. I will come back in the future.

The worst pizza is cooked here. Anmol is the cook's name. The best way to waste your hard-earned money.

Overall Chicken pizza is ok. But don't buy if you are expecting something like in India. Here major emphasis was on mozzarella.

Ordered pizza and wings from here. I Order the same thing everytime. Person on the phones first language is not English and has comprehension problem. I show up and see my pizza order is wrong toppings. I explain that my pizza is incorrect and will just be taking my wings calmly. The lady tells me I am the one wrong and demands I pay for both. I tell her maybe if English is too difficult to understand perhaps she should not be the one on the phone taking orders. She says they will take down my number and I'm banned, jokes on her I had no plans to return. I had been coming for years but no more and I've told anyone I can.

Sign in window says one price girl behind counter almost double the price as i went to pay 1st. I asked why she couldn't explain so I left before she made pizza. Its not first time others have same problem with prices at this location.

DO NOT ORDER! As you can read the other reviews. Your pizza is going to arrive cold. I also live very close to this pizza place. Order placed at 12: 05 pm and I had to call the place at 1: 00 pm to cancel the order. It’s better not to order than have cold pizza.

After 25 minutes of waiting i went to pick up and the lady said, i couldn't start making as i have other orders and i have to wait for another 20 min. Very poor customer service

Ordered at pizza online from this store. It's 12: 46 AM at the time of writing this review. Order tracker shows that the delivery guy left the store at 12: 18 AM with my order. I live 800m away from this store. Almost 30 minutes now, my order is not delivered.

Live less than 3 mins away.took them almost 50 mins to deliver, pizza was cold. Hopefully you have better luck.

They made heart shaped pizza for me and was ready when I got there with friendly staff, just not the greatest taste for the pizza

I orderd first time from them for delivery my order total is 38.40 and accendtally given the delivery person 60 dollars.the guy name is karain he came back in 1 minute he was saying you given me extra money such a honest person. Really appreciate his honesty

Regularly purchased from the old location on Sheppard (was good). First time purchasing at the Kennedy location since the move. The pizzas had less cheese and sauce; it lacked flavor. The is the second Domino's I have had this issue. I will never buy pizza from Domino's again.

Just received my order completely incorrect! Lady on the phone barely spoke any English and was unable to understand me! In stead of Fanta I got coke, pizza with no onion came in fully loaded with it! Terrible customer service and waste of my time! Wouldn’t order from them again unless they start hiring efficient employees!

Absolute horrible service, I called placed an order 45 min later i call to check on my order and the guy tells me he tried to dilever it amd called me so many times.i didint get one call amd the guy had the nerve to give me attitude.not cool man.

Domino's is always good no matter which location you go to. I prefer carry out myself, there's nothing like a fresh slice of Domino's Pizza hot out the oven.

We asked to leave pizza at door like Uber eats and skip the dishes offer (no contact)
They charge delivery but expect you to pick up pizza in the lobby refusing to drop it at door cause they are protecting their drivers.

Picking my pizza up in lobby is coming in contact with your delivery guys so I don’t see how you are protecting your drivers.
So inconvenient when my 2 month old baby was sleeping to go down in lobby.

Always pizzas at its best here. Have been ordering to this location since a couple of years and they never failed to cook best that too within time. All of the members present good customer service.

I have a business location close to this location I always buy pizza from this location nowadays the pizza are terrible I can say it's garbage because of this location every other location going to lose their reputation also Monday special 50% off when you order online the store trick you they always send you less item and very very thin crust even though you don't ask for thin crust this happened twice once they did it I talked to the head office then the manager called me offer me medium Pizza free this happening again I don't want your medium Pizza free I will pay whatever I am buying for so please make sure put everything properly at the measurement don't cheat the customers

This is a pickup only location for dominos. They do have seating for customers to sit while they wait for their order, but table service or other wise seating are is not available. The online order details are displayed on large tv and are served for pickup as soon as ready.

Location is great, close to Agincourt Go Station and off the Sheppard-Kennedy intersection. Home delivery is fast and reliable from here, so are the pickups. Great staff, serving with a smile.

Ordered with the Dominos app. The process was quick.

However the pickup experience was different.

The app indicated that my pizza was ready, so I entered the store to pick it up. Much to my chagrin, I find out that the pizza is already boxed and ready, but the staff are too busy to cash me out (there was 4 staff on hand, 2along pizzas, 1 standing around doing nothing, and another just looking confused as the ready pizzas were coming out of the oven and he didn't know what to do with it.) So i was made to wait while my pizza cooled down.

When cashing out my medium fest pizza (the cost is $10.99+hst), which the app correctly calculated to be $12.42. Some how ballooned to be $14.28. It appears that the staff without my consent, tacked on a 15% surcharge. Needless to say, I was not happy.

And I have been a customer at this location for numerous years, and this happens.

I always order from this location. Never had an issue or disappointment.

I would highly suggest the gluten free pizza with marinara pizza sauce and just cheese. That is always yummy!

I love their online web portal and the tracker. Very convenient and informative. They recently revised some changes and made the website even more user friendly.
