Ordered veggie pizza and got barely baked, tasteless pizza. They added the toppings which weren’t asked for and omitted those requested. Not going back.
They double charge you, stay away from this dominos. I paid online and they made me pay again in store. I tried getting a refund and the manager gave me their personal email address and they have not refunded me for 2 weeks.
I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the food and the overall experience. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and was blown away by how delicious it was. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was gooey and melted just right. The pepperoni was plentiful and had a nice spicy kick to it.
The ordering process was incredibly easy and convenient, and the delivery was prompt and friendly. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, and the delivery driver was courteous and professional.
I also appreciated the value for money - the price was very reasonable for the quality of the pizza I received. I would definitely recommend Domino's Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient pizza experience. For the last six months, we have been enjoying delightful pizzas from this place. However, our experience last night was nothing short of a complete disaster. Instead of receiving the pizza we ordered, we were served a lump of bread with some pathetic excuse for cheese on top. The dough was undercooked and the toppings were scarce, with not even a hint of the chili flakes and oregano we specifically requested. To make matters worse, when we called to complain, we were met with nothing but indifference and no solution. It's clear that this establishment has no regard for its customers or their satisfaction.
If i can give a zero star for this store, it's still much for them. If you guys like to eat just plain dough and cheese then you should visit. I usually order from this store but everytime i got the worst service and rude answers from their employees. They are making joke by the name of pizza.
We ordered delivery- Philly steak, black olive, pepper for for toppings. All of toppings AAAALLLL together weren’t even 10grams. I mean. 3 slice of the pizza didn’t even have tiny piece of toppings. When I checked the other people complain, it’s exact same thing happened. Never again
Worst pizza I've ever had. It's been a while since I last had Domino's Pizza and now know why.it's terrible and over priced.
Not only was the pick up line horrendous and confusing due to what seems like delayed or messed up orders, but the pizza to me seem like someone slapped a large pita down dumped a wack of tomato sauce, threw some toppings in and shook the box before handing it over.
The base was like paper thin and soggy, falling apart when you tried to pick up a slice.
Way too much tomato sauce made it not only soggy and mushy, but heartburn and upset stomach as well.
Not sure how and why people still consider this good, but definitely not somewhere I'll be recommending or suggesting.
Bad food quality and extremely poor customer service. When I ordered Extra large, I received a large pizza inside an extra large box. When complained an employer named 'Tina' came on and hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation. When called back, she denied hanging up and hung up again on me. Friends, please read other reviews on this location and keep out of this place. I will be making a formal complaint with the cooperate office as well!
Worst Dominos I've ever visited. The staff are rude and I question the cleanliness of the place. Drivers come in without washing their hands and jump in the kitchen to box the pizza. I've tried this place a couple of times and it gets worse every time. Stay away!
This is the pizza place I visited the most, ordered at least 30 times from here and no complaints so far, food and service are all good, keep up the great work:)
Rude, and inconsiderate delivery driver! Blocked my condominium complex roadway when delivering to a neighbour. There was plenty of room, and could even park in the recipients driveway. Knew I was waiting yet wouldn’t move over. Nova Scotia plates.
It’s domino’s, my main complaint with this specific store is that no matter what I’ve tried, they can’t cut the pizza at all. Every time I order pizza I have to cut it myself when I get home.
I ordered a large pizza few days ago at night. I was pleased to be greeted by ishpreet kaur. She was so quick and sweet while talking. She made my ordered perfectly.
The night shift crew people made horrible pizza. Never ordering any pizza from here. The sauce was too much on the pizza and not evenly spread. The dip (creamy garlic) was way too sour, cannot even eat it. Really disappointed. Wasted money.
The driver obviously opened my pizza box as you can see, the seal is broken and then it looks like tried to peel it off, i’m not sure what his intentions were but it clearly isn’t anything positive.when i confronted him he was speechless and saw the guilt right in his face.unacceptable.
The staff (Deepak) is rude with no patience at all. While placing the order, he used words like "ohh god". Staff is more impatient than their customers. Bad customer service handling.
By far the worst dominoes in the tricity area. Do not deal with them. They are cheap with their toppings and customer service us Awful.if you can even understand them
Horrible experience just now! All I wanted was my pizza well done and Domino's just couldn't do it, and then lied about running the pizza thru again and gave it back to me. I told them I saw what they did and felt the pizza which was stone cold, instead of hot from just coming back out, they mumbled and lied some more. Unbelievable, what a joke! We are still starving
Ordered before store open, place opened at 11, delivery guy showed up at 11: 11. Great pizza, got the order right, extra dips. Was a large-ish order. Delivery guy was friendly. Very impressed.
A month or two ago, I ordered a few pizzas from this Domino's. I got home and realized they got the order wrong, and they put mushroom and olives on the pizza (not like it was just pepperoni or something like that). Well I called them back and they said they would put a medium pizza on my account so when I called next time, it would be free. Well, I called a few nights ago for a few pizza's, and mentioned what they had promised. Miraculously there was no pizza on my account for the pizza. Like I would lie about something like that. The person on the phone said there was nothing they could do, and the manager said the same thing. I have ordered lots of pizza's there in the past, but will never do so again. It is the principle behind it, it would have cost them a few bucks to make a pizza and satisfy a customer. They could not do anything! Come on, I will never give my business to this place again
Ordered online as usual went to pick up in about 30min since 21 min was minimum wait time. But this time I was told my pizza was thrown because they kept it for too long. Wait you have no problem making pizza and storing them on the shelf for hours but less than an hour is too long? They could have notified the customer so I don’t waste my time.
We ordered a lot of pizzas and sides and the delivery guy forgot the drink. This is a very human common mistake. Not taking it personal. But im upset that when I called the supervisor. I was told he can't do anything and he aggressively asked me WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT? Once again, these things happen and no pressure when they do. But they did not handle this responsibly. Absolutely apprehended.
I have ordered >50 pizzas from this Dominos branch over the 5 years I've lived nearby.
Generally I've received good pizzas but I'd say there is a 25% chance something goes wrong. Normally they forget a dipping sauce or provide the wrong dipping sauce. For example I typically swap out the default marinara sauce that comes with the cheesy bread for garlic sauce. They often just give me marinara anyways. They've also delivered a cold pizza more often than I'd like. I think I'd give them 4/5 if you do pickup and verify order at checkout.
Orders from this location. Pizza was uncooked cold and tasted like cheap pizza pizza. Asked for coke got diet coke. What ever happened to people that care for there job. This domino's location should be closed for how embarrassing it is. Thanks for taking a dump on my pizza and calling it quality.
I always order pizza from this branch during COVID-19 situation. They make pizza ready so quickly and make my pizza exactly similar to what I order through "make your own pizza" online.
Very disappointed. I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Ordered my free pizza and they forgot BOTH toppings. Called the store back, said they would credit my account and 9 months later still nothing. Ordered another pizza, and like other reviews posted here the pizza wasn't cut! Clearly quality control isn't something they care about.
If you order from this location, make sure you're order is correct BEFORE you leave and tip them!
I had ordered some pizzas billed upto $80 bucks, but I didn’t get any dippings and the pizza was cold af. Couldn’t expect such service and also the staff was rude.
Dominos serves good pizza but this store is the worst. The staff especially delivery personnel is so rude "are you coming down or not" says it all. And forget the dip if you ordered it with your pizza. It happened to me at least 4 times. I pay for it every time and it is not there.
Done with this place. Hour wait times, no explanation, not getting my sides/dipping sauces every other time. Used to be great, won't be getting any more money from me.
Best pizza i ever had! These guys always have it ready on time, and perfect. I grab a couple pies for lunch to bring back to the office every Friday. Never disappoints.
What is wrong with this location? You’d think their priority would be to have someone answer the phone. Nobody picked up so I couldn’t even order. That’s an awful way to run a business.
Horrible customer service. Took half an hour to change the order from prep to bake. We tried to call them at least 5 times and no one ever picked up. Do not recommend. Order from Dominos at 65 University instead!
I have never had so many problems at one location before.
One time - they literally lost my order. I was 5 minutes early, and waited about 20 minutes for them to redo my order. The worker said. If we find the other order you can have both! As if he was doing me a favour. Though I didnt take it, the man in the back did offer me a free bottle of pop for the wait, which was appreciated.
If I get delivery we are normally short one or two dips.
The online coupons for this store are not as good as the Kitchener locations. (Highland)
Another time we went to pick up our order and they never even got it.that is likely an issue bigger than the store.
But one thing I can't complain about is the food quality, it has been consistently very good.
Awful customer service, just order 2 veggie pizzas, first the sent only one when i talked over the phone she wanted me to pay another $30 without being sorry to their loyal customers.
This place has always been pretty good for pizza. Lots of people working so your pizza is done quickly. If you order double items you actually get double items!
I just Called to place an order and the employee that answered the phone had zero knowledge about any of their products or prices or deals. Couldn’t make a sale if he tried. Very disappointed. I was Looking forward to having dominos pizza today.it’s been years!
Ordered a Pizza online and waited an hour for it to arrive. I was never called and the status on my phone was updated to delivered even though I never recieved it. I called Domino's and was told by an employee that they would call the driver and call me back. I was never called back. I called multiple times over the next hour. Each time the employee told me that my pizza would be arriving in 10 or 15 minutes. After 2 hours I lost my patience and demanded to know what was going on. It seemed like no one had any idea about my pizza and just kept telling me it was coming to get me off the phone. I spoke to the manager and was told they would send a new order to my house, with priority, ensuring it would arrive in half an hour. After an hour without my pizza delivered I called back and was surprised to have the manager ask me if I wanted to place another order. I will never buy pizza from Domino's again and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
