It’s just a waiting room but I do pick up. After 6th order I get a free medium 2 topping pizza. Kids like it. Lots of coupons to chose from to save a bit of money

This location is the best! Staff are always friendly and respectful, especially Leon. Food is always hot and ready when I pick up. Once there was an error with my delivery order and I called them and they made it right! Great service and food!

The most disgusting place I visited in Canada, I don’t recommend it to anyone, they mixed up my order and hardly understood what I wanted to order.

They are always friendly and fast service. Clean and convenient off the main road and close to the bus stop. Pan pizza is the best.

They refused to deliver to my apartment and hung up the phone mid conversation after calling me a liar for informing them I've had deliveries to my door before.

I ordered pizza and pasta through uber eats application from this location. I am very much dissappointed. Neither the pizza nor the pasta turned out to be good. This is my second time bad experience with them. Pasta was completely dried and no creamy sauce and tasteless. And pizza even didn't taste any good and felt we are just eating bread. This location for sure takes zero efforts to make food taste delicious. By far this is the worst location I have come across for dominos and feels like never doing any uber orders from this location. Extremely dissatisfied.

The manager of the store seems to be the good uncle to make you fell right at home. Just by the way he speaks you can tell he cares deeply about the customers experience. Unlike some other locations he's not making your pizza thin crust or skimping on your toppings even though you paid for quality like other locations I've been. Its clean with plenty of staff to ensure your order is right.

Very fresh and hot exactly how it should be! Great customer service as well. Great deals and great pizza I highly recommend.

Ordered online and waited a full hour when no one showed up I called they said they havent started yet. Not the first time this happened with this store.

In my opinion, there is the middle line missing from my pizza.
I saw a tiktok video one times that the employees cut out the middle line and put the pizza together with the background sound “they”re gonna know, how are they gonna know”
That’s funny to watch not funny to get one.
Dominos should do something to prevent this things to happen in the future.
That’s disgusting.
I bought from 1906 Jane street store Sept 08,2021 around 5-6PM.

Worst pizza place ever. Poor management and rude attitudes from the staffs and driver's. The business is running like in a third world country.

Pizza was late, but they were incredibly busy. The staff was helpful and apologized for the delay. They showed me the pizza to make sure it was to our liking when it came out. I appreciated the extra effort after the long wait, and at the end of the day the pizza was excellent.

Not all Dominos are equal. I have my regular weekly Dominos in Mississauga, but decided to pick one up here since I was in the area. I was the only customer in the store when I arrived. Really substandard pizza with sparce toppings. Won't visit this particular Dominos again. Hopefully management can make an effort not to hurt the Dominos brand and try to improve the lacking quality of product.

I am personally obsessed with dominoes and this location is absolutely my favor. The man at the front is always making jokes and is super Duper funny and very lovely. I always enjoy going in speaking to all the employees are very nice and fast.

This review is not based on a one time occurrence. I live beside them and order almost once everyweek. They are the worst Dominos pizza branch in Toronto, I literally have the same order but each time it gets delivered the colour changes. They are so inconsistent with the pizza making. Their customer service and delivery is good but it makes no sense if the food is that bad.

One if THE best pizza delivery companies that push the standards on QUALITY, value, AND customer service! From the beginning of their ordering process to delivery, which is RIGHT to your door despite the current time, they far exceed expectation! 《《PIZZA NOVA》 is No. 1! (I know what I said!)

Not too happy about the delivery, driver couldn't get me on the phone but have the unit number and decide to call me once and left without delivering the pizza order from this location everytime.

Pizza not fresh enough. When I received my small gluten free pizza order the cheese was not fresh but rather dry.

Food is standard. But perhaps some training in customer service would be VERY beneficial. Until then, I strongly recommend you NOT order from this location. Save your money, time and nerves.

Love the little count down timer to let you know when your pizza will be ready. Not the best service or pizza in the world but you get what you pay for and it's the best pizza north of Lawrence along Jane.

Very rude delivery guy? /Pizza was decent for the location it came from. I believe his name is NAM, but he shoved the pizza in my hand abruptly and walk away because he did not receive a tip. This is just sad.welp Dominoes you have lost my business. Now on to another Pizza chain!

They offer a great variety of fresh food. I like eating here. Employees are always nice, pricing is reasonable and the spot is always neat.

My food was made timely. Only issue Is they forgot to give us the dipping sauce we baught. We had to go back and retrieve it.

Good pizza. The prices was different then what the menu said that I had, but I called back and spoke to a manager and he gave me a discount to make up the difference. Delivery was very fast.

They keep messing my order and forgetting my dipping sauce I can’t order from here again I’ve been waiting 30 min for just my dipping sauce and my pizza is cold. Do not ask for delivery from here

I love dominos and their pizza. This location is only a 10 minute drive from my house, but it always takes forever because the delivery drivers get lost and cant seem to read a map to find my house? Because of this I've received cold pizza. That is your only job to deliver pizzas, it's not that hard to follow directions.

Local parlour where I get walkin specials. Parking is tight coming right off Jane Street. There are a couple other spots around back (around the block). Staff are friendly and courteous. I just wish their update screen was always working. I love seeing "Star Lord" as my pickup name.

Just order pizza from this location not even a hour ago. This place sent us pizza that had ROTTEN vegetables. We requested a fresh pizza that had the same rotten vegetables but with HAIR on it. We called back and asked for the refund the manager said he does not care and we should call headquarters. We did. We also mentioned that they told us that the drinks we ordered didn’t show up. We called and asked for the managers name and was put on hold 3 times before they heard we called headquarters and was given the name Aiden Aaganadh.

LITERALLY THE WORST DOMINOS PIZZA I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE.

I got a Handmade pan pizza with extra cheese, that's it. Simple right? ! Not for this location, they literally just brushed like 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on the pizza and slapped on so much cheese on the pizza, they did not cut it out, nothing like that. And that's fine, no ones perfect but its the Customer service omg, the absolutely horrible customer service that got to me.

FEMALE EMPLOYEE: I called to complain and I spoke to a really rude employee who kept saying "that's how much sauce they always put on the pizza and no one ever complains" and I'm trying to tell her that I have ordered this exact pizza from several other Dominos locations and it has NEVER been like this but of course "SHE KNEW BETTER", I requested a new pizza and she told me I'd have to wait a whole hour to get it and we went back and forth about that again and I was finally over it and decided I wanted a refund, she said that would take an hour and a half and I said that's cool. 10mins later I get a call from DOMINOS.

THE FEMALE MANAGER: I picked up the call and the RUDEST female voice jumped straight into questions with NO COURTESY at all just straight throwing questions at me "who did you talk to right now", "you just ordered a pizza now right? ", "what did you want? ", "what's your issue" she wouldn't even let me say anything and she would jump right into the next question, she sounded so irritated and agitated for absolutely no reason, I was trying SO HARD not to snap at her because it just wasn't worth it. She basically called to "make sure i didn't think I was getting a full refund" she let me know that I will not be getting a refund on my delivery or drink (which I honestly had no problems with paying for) and she said "we can send you a new pizza and get you a new one it makes no difference to us", the phone kept breaking up and she said RUDELY AS EVER "hurry up and decide what you want", and I'm just there like I already said I am not waiting an hour for pizza that would probably not even be any better. So I told her I would like a credit please and she give me the total and hung up.

I have NEVER experience such horrible customer service from a pizza place before and I'm absolutely shocked. It's like the Employees at that location were trained TO BE RUDE and ARGUE with customers.
The pizza looked so bad and tasted even worse (see pictures below, from this location and other location for comparison). And I have gotten refunds from food places before and they NEVER ask me to pay for the delivery fee they give FULL REFUNDS.

Just ordered pizza a few minutes ago and I found hair. When I call the store who ever I spoke to told me it’s impossible and that my building is full of people who complain a lot. I’m talking about hair here how dirty is that. I’m talking about my situation not anyone else’s you can’t tell me what other people did or didn’t do.

This is the wackest dominos in Toronto, it needs to shut down. Management is mad when you call to ask about the credit that was suppose to be on your account after them messing up my order TWICE. If you don’t like your job get a new one dominos manager! Don’t get rude with me because you can’t run your place properly. Your employees are rude and miserable like youuuuu. They can’t even read much less make pizza that’s why my order is always wrong. You should be apologizing too. The funny thing is you need to watch who you disrespect because I’m the type to go all measures to make sure the things I took my money up and payed for will be done properly, so you will be hearing from me again. I made sure to ask if I was talking to a manager before I hung up my phone because I know exactly what I’m doing next. Don’t order from here, your food will be cold, sloppy with no toping and with things missing or incorrect. Making poor dominos look bad

Amazing place. I continue coming to this location because the pizza is done really well and the customer service is really good. Always greeted with a smile!

Made me wait an hour for the pizza to arrive and when I would call to check for an update the person would just say coming in 10 min and hang up on me really rude. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this pizza place.
