Domino's Pizza

The pizza was dry, which was very disappointing. A real pizza should be gooey and loaded with cheese, which my pizza was not. I will not be going back to Domino's.

They made our order correct but the size of the jalapeño pepper boneless chicken were very small in size.

*UPDATE* Regardless of it closing at 11, they did not rush my order which i am VERY pleased about. I was there until 11: 10pm waiting and getting a very perfect pizza and everything else i ordered. Will be returning because of these men. * I placed my order at the wrong location. The gentlemen here were so freaking nice about it even though it was the last 15 min before they closed. They made my $70 order, regardless of closing in 15 min. I will definitely be back.

Just ordered a small mix and Mach pizza Hawaiian and Philly cheese steak
The Philly side it looked burned and even close

I don't understand what's wrong with them I payed same price

This location does not know how to make a pan pizza correctly. My order was made as a normal pizza just cooked in a pan; they remade it for me so that the cheese reached the edges but still was not made appropriately as other locations and according to the website description which states "Handmade Pan* Crispy golden crust and a buttery taste topped with provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese and your favourite toppings all the way to the edge. "

Hopefully the staff do better next time.

Not fresh vegetables on pizza. Sauce is not domino's sauce, does not taste normal like a domino's pizza. Very unimpressed.

I have ordered there very many times the managers and staff are super friendly and tonight the manager even put garlic sauce on instead of the pizza sauce because it would bother my stomachei would recommend this place

Terrible service. I could not place an order since individual taking order could not understand or speak English properly. Also they only wanted to make pizza nothing else. I did not buy from them I went to 241 pizza in orangeville instead. Way better service there.
One start is one too many for dominos shelburne store. Sad sad.

This is what you get when you order from this Domino’s location. The pictures that you see attached are from 2 different orders but you can see the pasta is super dry and burnt, whereas they condition of the pizza was also terrible when it was delivered to my front door. Never had such a bad experience at any other location!

If a no star option was available I would have chosen it. Ordered a chicken carbonara pasta and it had to be thrown away, sausage bits were under cooked the onions were raw and the mushrooms were just thrown on top raw. My expectations were low to begin with but I didn't think it was possible to screw up a frozen pasta with some added ingredients. Also had a very hard time understanding the cashier/host.

Easy to order online and it was ready 5 min early, food was great.
They had a very good promotion going but this location its always offering great offers.

The store doesn’t have ingredients list for the gluten free pizza, which is required by law. In addition, we only found out they were not sure about allergies after we almost placed an order.

My order is often made incorrectly. I dislike this location for making pizza because theres always so much crust. Thats burnt. The toppings are not usually generous in portion & the pizza at times has been undercooked. This location also does not offer great deals on coupons and charge so much extra for "speciality" items like garlic or alfredo base. Idk what is it w this location but i rather drive the extra 15 mins to orangeville dominos to get my pizza tasting amazing and fresh and they have far better deals. Far worth it. Example is my orders for those very reason costs me $50- for 2 pizzas- whereas i go to Orangeville and pay exactly what the coupon code price is or the most $30 for multiple pizzas w many toppings. Huge difference. Driving the extra 15 mins saves me no word of a lie $30-$40. Sorry. Not sorry‍️.

They took too long (30mins) to prepare a simple large pizza & a cheesy bread. However, the girl at the cashier told me it would take 10mins. The pizza also had a hair in it.so gross. Will never reccomend this pizza place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!

I regularly order here. This being one of the few pizza places in shelburne I never had an issue with my orders until recently. Not only is their app completely flawed by doing things like notifying me that my order is complete and then arriving and seeing that it hasn’t even been made but my order is also being made wrong on numerous occasions!

Random toppings (today’s case were onions which I definitely didn’t order because my brothers don’t eat onions) that I clearly did not order show up on my pizzas & today I was graced by a surprising strand of hair when my brother was taking a bite out of his pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. Even tried phoning the store and it sends me directly to “User Busy”.

EVERY single time I order, something is wrong.today i sat on the phone and ordered and it took about 5 minutes for me to get through and order which is fine but it’s the fact that when the girl who worked in the store told me it would be about 15 minutes, and i arrived on time to pick up my order, she told me that there was no order under my name and that there were only 2 people working since 8: 30 (one male, one female), so if that’s the case, SHE HAD TO BE THE ONE I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE! IF YOU FORGOT TO MAKE MY ORDER YOU COULD HAVE JUST SAID THAT rather than lying to my face and telling me i didn’t just speak to you on the phone less than 20 minutes ago! Ridiculous.

Delivery driver is always friendly! This used to be the best pizza in town within the last year it's gone down hill. The pizza is either cold, not cooked properly or our order is wrong. Customer Service at the store is horrible. If you're looking for decent pizza Johnny's pizza is fantastic

They do not pay attention to details of orders. Every single time I've ordered, my order is always wrong or they forget to bring items. I dont recommend. I'd rather order from Johnny's pizza it much better and you get more pizza for your buck!

The freshest pizza I've ever had in my life. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft inside. We got the chicken taco pizza. Really fresh. It was
incredibly delicious! The pizza was ready in 10 minutes. Great stop on our drive home. This will be our new stop on this route! My dog loves it too!

Just got told their closed due to power outage over the landline phone they have at their restaurant.was it a power outage or lazy kitchen staff? Guess we’ll never know.

Not sure if children or monkeys run the topping station. Either way, a great place to go if you want 90% of your pizza to be crust.

This location has really gone downhill, i mean i order the same pizza everytime its always wrong and clearly double cheese meansno cheese at all with this location. If i wanted under cooked pizza dough with no cheese when asking for double cheese how hard is it. They used to be good but now its awful

Not from the area, I called for the first time to place a delivery order, I was blown away how friendly and helpful Lindsay and Jordan both were! I worked with both when I called for information and then called back to order. They took my order, offered coupon savings went above and beyond to answer my questions and assist me. I ordered for a client that was moving today. Moving can be very stressful especially with young children. Lindsay and Jordan helped make this families day so much better with hot food delivered to their new home. Thank you, Thank you, you guys are THE BEST!

I had made an error in my order, I meant to order it for a later time pick-up. When I got there they had disposed of the pizza because it was too old. The manager remade my order at no charge. My thanks to the Shelburne store and their management. Their pizza has always been good, and their service has always been good, but this was beyond what they had to do. My many thanks. They corrected my mistake at no cost to me.

This place has gone down hill.so bad.zero customer service. I really don't think they care at all.

My son loves, loves Domino's. Pepperoni with extra cheese hand toast.you can't go wrong! I, too, love deep dish kind. Appetizer, chicken breast bites, garlic bread and more.so good! If you like pizza and want to be adventurous, give it a try

Both pizzas are supposed to be the same, pepperoni, onion and double sausage!?
Unfortunately double doesn’t account for anything but an extra item and the sauce is in puddles in some spots and non- existent on other spots on the pizza.
Never consistent!

This pizza place is a hit or miss in my opinion I do love it when the pizza comes cooked right cut properly and no giant bubbles but there are off days. The delivery staff is great but there is one driver the lovely lady that goes above and beyond making sure it arrives fresh and helped my husband that has use of one arm take the pizza in when he was home alone she really is a angel! The other drive usually goes to the farthest house first and we get cold or look warm pizza that could be the hit or miss the girl 10/5 the other driver well might be why we have a 3 star review.

In Shelburne for the weekend and kids wanted pizza. Decided to stop by and pick up some for the kids. The location is very clean and well maintained, perhaps because it was fairly new built. The cashier was prompt and took our orders. Provided a time for the pizza to be ready but was ready a few minutes earlier than that.

The pizzas were baked perfectly and topped sufficiently. Wish they had non-dairy crust and cheese available

Yesterday i went to this store with my wife. Their service was soo good and their food was awesome. Keep it up guys. Every weekend i wanna go to this dominos just because of their staff. They r soo friendly.

I find that the Shelburne outlet are very skimpy on the toppings compaired to the Orangeville Domino's pizza restaurant. The latest was that I paid for double cheese and it didn't even look like an extra cheese portion! I plan to take my business elsewhere.

A short story, by me:
So once upon a time I decided to order 2 pizzas from Dominos Pizza, Shelburne. I spoke with a young lady on the phone and gave her my address. She typed it into the computer incorrectly and told me that I live 20km away and they do not deliver, when I only live 5km away (well within their delivery radius). I tried to explain that we have been living here for several years and have been continually having their pizzas delivered, but to no avail. A story was then created that they were short staffed and actually they could not send a delivery man out irrespective of distance. I was forced to cut my losses and go drive my 5km to the store to pick up my 2 pizzas. First world problems.
Upon arrival to the store I tried to explain my address once again, but with no success of comprehension. Still much confusion. I pick up my pizza boxes with my head in my hands and get into my car. The pizzas felt light, but seeing as each pizza only had 2 toppings instead of our regular fully loaded pizzas that we often order, I thought no further of it. I get home after my gruelling 5km drive, sit on the couch, open up a nice cold beer, proceed to open my two pizza boxes to realize that they had given me 1 of my pizzas, and simply just 1 empty box.
When I called the store back, my correct address was magically discovered and they can now find a delivery person to delivery my missing pizza. Fairy tales DO come true!
Ordering pizza should be one of the easiest things in the world to do. Clearly not in Shelburne. Ps. The missing pizza was then as if Elsa, the ice queen herself, had created it. Ice. Cold.

Well Shelburne Domino's Pizza ripped me off for $3 and then put me on hold and then they hung up on me and when I called back and asked why they hung they said they didn't. Wow what customer service especially when I ordered for delivery.i won't be ordering from them and I will be calling head office in the morning over the $3 when I even gave a tip after delivery charges.

I have ordered pizza along with chicken wing and ALWAYS and I mean I have never gotten the correct order of wings sent to my home having to have my family wait until they correct the order and delived the correct wings. I finally spoke with the manager Deena Patrick at the shelburne location where she told me that she could not do anything to help. When a customer calls the store over and over to comlplain about wrong orders you are nothing but brushed off the phone and left with no resolution because the Dominoes chain is a massive company and they do not care to lose customers because they know they will always have other customers. I really hope Richi (franchise owner) would hire real customer service focused employees.

I mean how hard is it to read and get the order right? Countless times they have forgotten the sauce.then have the nerve to say you didn’t order it. Smh
