Always love Dominoes, atmosphere of a pizza place is hard to argue, but for a pizza place it's goes with the best

I usually grab a pizza on my way home from work once a week. I use the app because it has great deals! You get a great pizza for the money spent!

I'd order more from Domino's Pizza's if it weren't for the ridiculous $6 delivery charge. Highest delivery charge in Orleans.

First time ever ordered a pizza and it came without cheese. Thought this was some sort of prank. They don’t seem fit to run a business if this is their standard.

This store always puts very few tiny bits of toppings. There are almost no toppings on my pizzas, especially chicken! This happened every single time until I am now convinced that they are reducing the amount of toppings on purpose. Same goes for the St. Joseph location.
I really suggest checking a different Domino's location outside of Orléans if you like Domino's.

Poor service. Unorganised. Left me waiting for my pizza for 45 minutes while they took orders and served others. This place is now boycotted by me.

Ordered a pizza and wings on line for 5 pm. When I arrived I asked for my order apparently my order was given to someone else. I had to wait while they remade my order. Not even a sorry.

Food was ordered at 5pm and delivered cold at 625pm. Did not include the dipping sauce. Made zero effort to rectify our concerns when we contacted the store. The quality of service and customer care has gone down. Last time we spend our hard earned money at this Domino's location.

Management is innapropriate. They broom up old food from the counter and reuse it. I don't eat at Domino's anymore I'll just make my own pizza from now on.

Despite a small glitch in their online ordering system, pizzas arrived a bit late but hot and delicious.

Its Domino's.btw you should arrive earlier than the app says. Also don't be impatient if ever you have to wait five minutes. They can get inundated with orders at the drop of a hat and you may have been the 15th order.

Burned and no toppings. I left this review sometime ago maybe in March of 2019. I still remember how bad this pizza was too this day. I eat alot of pizza from many locations and i still remember this one. I never had a call back or any response too my review. I just want to let the world know Orleans location is poorly managed and probly not run very well. Best Pizza is Millano's in Amont. Trust me i like pizza and i do drive from Orleans to Almont to get a good pizza. Also to top things from that night. The person working there was unloading a truck, working the cash and making my pizza. Also i don't recall her washing her hands. I didn't get sick but the pizza really sucked and I never went back.

Did a pre order earlyer in the noon for super time. When time arrive to.pick up waiting time was 20 minutes later that wat i had requestes

Love the pizza. They bring the pizza in a timely matter. The only thing I have a problem is their owner/manager. I bought a pizza from them previously and apparently they undercharged me. So the next time I ordered pizza they asked if I could pay the difference to which I answered no, it's not my fault you charged me wrong. The delivery guy was nice about it and left. Then an hour later, the manager came to my house demanding me to pay the difference and telling me that it's MY fault for not paying the correct price of the pizza. He showed me that I had payed the previous time and to which I said still not my fault or problem. He then threatened to bring me to court. So this is why I'm leaving 1 star.

This people doesn’t know how to talk and respect to people, 0 customer service
They send me my order with different toppings
When I called them and said what is the issue and it should be a misunderstanding and my order is wrong
They said there is nothing we can do

Hey I usually love ordering for here. Although last night, the underside of my pizza was caked up. Eating that pizza was unpleasant and felt raunchy. Dominos, do mind making me another one the right way for free? Kind regards.

I ordered 2 medium pizza. One hand pan and the other a regular hand tossed. The hand tossed one is thin crust instead and my breadsticks is also somehow extremely thin and crispy like a cracker which wasn't the thick and soft breadsticks I had before. I also ordered Roasted garlic sauce which I didn't get. I order at Domino's a lot since I like how they make their pan pizza and their chicken wings are delicious with the ranch sauce. I'm a good tipper and always tipped the driver even though I don't make a fortune. Why? Because I want the same good karma to happen to me but instead got bad karma today. Luckily though the person for customer service I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and was nice and had resolved the issue for me and the driver was nice and friendly too but unfortunately though, I don't think I will be ordering that much from Domino's anymore. Because not only do I want good pizza and service but I also want proper and presentable food I order.

MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! I have just ordered a pizza with my roommate and we found multiple hairs in the pizza crust. Please do not order from this dominos. Both of the workers was not wearing a hair net.

Ordered Garlic Bread was given something else. I went back and told them I that i got the wrong order, they brushed it off and blamed it on me. Ended up paying for both orders. I could give them zero stars!

Got the pizza thin crust. Was not happy called the manager. He rectified the situation immediately and replaced our pizzas. They followed their policy pf customer satisfaction.

Good work and very happy with the way the management took care of us
