Domino's Pizza

Dominos is always our go to pizza. The pan crust is so crispy and delicious. We always get the cheesy garlic bread with it.

We have been getting pizza from this dominos location for several years and always had a good experience. Good service and no issues at all.

I've been a customer of this certain store at Yonge and Regatta (Richmond Hill, Oak Ridges) for more than 7 years now. The quality of the food is always good and the staff are really welcoming and friendly. I also enjoy the store deals.

I ordered to pick up
After 30 min nothing is done yet and I have to wait for another 15 min.

When everything was ready for pick up time was 2.24 pm
The is 54 minutes after the order was placed on line.
What makes it worse is while I was there a customer was picking his order, out of curiosity I asked him what time he placed his order, he replied at 1 40 pm and he picked it up at 155 pm.

This is the 2nd Consecutive time they did this type of practice by ignoring my order, though my phone is on their data base since 1997.

Previous time when I went to pick up, he has not even start to make the order.

Daniel the manager on duty in the evening Friday 3/10 had really great customer service. Thanks very much! I wish more people would empathize with customers as daniel did.

I was there to pick up my order yesterday. I was shocked to witness they handle the toppings with bare hands! No gloves. She was working on the pizza dough, stopped and came to computer to check the price on some item and went straight back to the dough.no hand washing in between either. I was so disgusted and asked them “why you don’t wear gloves? ” She said “we never do as gloves are expensive”! My discussion with them about “the Covid is not over” didn’t go anywhere. They simply said they don’t care if they lose my business.
I will never order in this location ever again.

I really enjoy ordering pizza and pasta from this location. I recommend ordering their chicken Alfredo it is really good. The pizza is pretty decent as well. They also have many coupons available for people on a budget.

Been ordering from this place for about 3 years - recently, its gone so down hill. Lower quality, no care for what they're making - their toppings are all over the place. Our last order had so much green pepper, and it was all loose - obvious that they threw it on after cooking the pizza already a little.

Ordering from other dominoes moving ourselves forward. With the increasing costs of food and the mountain of competition, I'm not sure why these people think now is a good time to do a terrible job. Enjoy closing down within a year or two I guess?

Ordered a Brooklyn pizza and they made the total opposite (see the pic). I asked for a refund and they laughed at me on the phone. The next day i get a message for a free cheese bread. Are you guys serious?

My pizza was so good had to call the store and ask who made it. JUSTIN! Best pizza maker ever. Idk what made it so good but make sure you don’t stop

I very rarely write reviews, but my customer experience was so disappointed that i find myself writing this. I had this locations delivery driver refuse to do contact delivery because he was pressuring us into tipping. He refused to drop off the pizza AFTER WE PAID FOR IT.owner has tried to contact us but will not refund us for the pizza THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. Absolutely disgusting management.

Pepperoni pizza with black olives was great!
Also Justin provided the best customer service. Definitely would recommend!

We ordered from this location, two pizzas, drinks and sides. When the driver showed up to the house some random guy walked over to him and gave him our food. The random guy walke off with the food and the driver left. When i called the location they were less than helpful. Will never order from this location or Domino's in general.

For some reason it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. For 2 large Pizzas. I have visited multiple Domino's and for some reason this locations pizza sauce is spicier than the others. My kids don't like the pizza from this place because sauce is too spicy.

We just ordered at this location for the first time. The toppings were very generous. Looking forward to ordering for a bday party next month!

The best dominos spot ever! Pepperoni is super crispy and cheese melts in your mouth! Really recommend this place.

Ordered pizza combo, with garlic sticks and cinnamon sticks, was fantastic! Used the app to order, was incredibly easy to use, with option for no touch pickup. Staff in the store were friendly and fast service, all items were exactly as we ordered, the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, great location, price is a bit higher then other pizza places, but worth it, for what you get! Highly recommend domino's Pizza.

I ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas with 3 sauces for delivery. 1 of the pizzas was extra cheese, pepperoni, half ground beef, half provolone. What I got was, pepperoni, half sausage, half jalapeño, and they missed one of the sauces. I called them back and told them they messed up and they said they would make one right away and bring it to me. It took 45 minutes to get where when I live maybe 5 minutes away and have had faster service from locations further away from me. When I get the pizza I look in the box and I what do I see. Pepperoni, extra cheese, provolone, and sausage.again with the sausage? It seems like your employees can’t tell the difference between sausage and ground beef.

IDK but I always seem to have extra random ingredients throughout my pizza. Like why is there random pieces of mushrooms, or pineapple when I order a pepperoni.

I wished I listened to Pouya. Was exactly like he described. Old. How is the pizza that old? Are they making all of them on Monday with just cheese then adding toppings after? The dough was like cardboard. Won’t be ordering there anytime soon.

I liked this place at first, but the most recent pizza I ordered was old and made me sick. I don't blame the staff, but the company since I've heard about them being treated poorly. Maybe if they paid their workers more instead of spending money on pointless promotions they'd be more willing to go out of their way. I do tip, and had last time as well, but there's only so far me as an individual can go.

Saloni at the Yonge st Richmond hill location is a gem! She has great customer service and is an awesome lady!

I love Domino's pizza, not as oily or as thick as some other pizza places. Good portion of crust and toppings. The thought makes me crave it!

Excellent service for walk - in customers. Sloni prepared a pizza for us and it was ready in 12 min. Quick and delicious.

Saw a sign in the window for a pizza deal, but after we turned around and went in they said the sign was up in error and wouldn't honor the deal. Very disappointed
