Domino's Pizza

I ordered from dominos, amazing pizza with perfect toppings and staff is super friendly, store is always clean and excellent pizza delivered on time.

I had a very long day at work today and I was starving, it was late and Domino's was the only pizza place open so I called in an order I had a feeling and it wasn't going to be right and it wasn't but when I got there, Sachin was there at the cash register and he was the kindest most polite person I've ever met in customer service. He went above and beyond, made me exactly what I wanted. He just totally made my day. He was shift manager and did a great job, making me feel like I was the only customer that was important. And she made my food just like I wanted it. Sachin’s personality is the kind that you need in the food industry serving your customers. Domino’s at Main Street North Bay is excellent in it’s customer service.

I bought pizza here and it is great… The staff are friendly… good place to come back… Sazhin, the manager is very accomodating…

Overall great experience, staff was very friendly and helpful, provided the best service in all the ways, food was delicious and freshly made. Thank you to the strong team. Keep going:)

Since moving downtown, it's a more inviting place. Much more appealing design. Food is better as well. Lava cakes are a must have every time you order!

The pizza is horrible since the new management/owners. I used to get 100% of my pizzas from here.

I recommend not ordering from here or you will be disappointed. It’s like the recipe has completely changed and the pizza is always flat and burnt

I earned enough points for a free pizza and upgraded to a large yesterday. I ordered the delivery for 1pm so I could share with my family. The delivery driver showed up at the perfect time, when he presented me with my pizza I noticed there was two? He said the manager cooked me a pizza and didn't like how it looked so cooked another one and made it perfect. The pizza he wasn't happy with was perfectly fine in my eyes. They truly care about presentation. Bravo guys n gals great job.

I have never ordered Domino's until the 50% off sale. Both times it was very good in fact the best pie I have had in North Bay in a long time. The delivery was prompt and he was friendly.

It seems yo be hit and miss on the quality.
Customer service is non-existent.
Ordered a 4 topping large pizza and got a large pizza with cheese on almost raw dough.
We ordered online and had to pay in advance. Once we opened the box, that's when I called the store to report it.
I called to advise the store what happened and was basically told too bad in a very rude way.
Like I said, there is no customer service or edicate.
They should go to customer service school.
There is no point in complaining to corporate either.
The standard response is "We will look into it, " but they never respond or follow up on complaints, so don't waste your time.

I loved the veggie pizza from this store as it was well done and fresh moreover staff is very down to earth.

Ordered a pizza online, order wasn't delivered to me and dominos has made no effort to rectify the situation.

Unfortunately tonight we did not have the same experience with dominos as we once did. But like me first by saying that the cheesy stuffed cheese bread was amazing! But then we got to pizza! The first pizza with the two pieces pulled off was not cooked long enough. Their tracker stated they put the items in the oven at 9: 17 and at 9: 25 they were out the door. I don’t feel like that was long enough for a PAN pizza as there is more dough to be cooked. Second pizza came, I called at 9: 50 and it was there by 10: 10, and they said they cooked it well done, it don’t look any different from the first and the dough in the middle was still doughy and stretchy. When calling the store a second time, I would have believed it was the manager but I can be wrong. This person was rude and had the worst customer service phone attitude while on the phone. When offered a refund, this manager said that we have to come to the store for the refund and return the pizza; when said we don’t drive and it’s a 45 min walk, he said he don’t care. It’s after 10: 30pm and it’s windy chilly and raining outside. Unbelievable! Didn’t feel like cooking tonight and just wanted to enjoy a pan pizza from dominos as we think it’s awesome pizza but after this, not sure if it’s worth the money with this kinda attitude.

The food we ordered (pizza and cheese bread) stank like body odor, very strongly. Assuming it was the driver we called and got a second order sent. Stank again, slightly less pungent but still clearly there. The cheese bread and wings were fine - the pizza was bad. We couldn’t eat it either time. Called and asked for a refund and they told us nothing was wrong with it the second time and wouldn’t give us one. Maybe they just thought we were trying to get it free? But we could not eat it, I don't know if something is wrong with the dough or what but seriously the worst taste/smell. Waste of $50. Disgusting, don’t order from here as they do not care to address concerns and were not apologetic. Delivery driver was super nice though!

ive gotta say this is the best dominos ive ever ordered from!:) :) 10/10 and the food is ammaazzinggggg and im actually shocked of how fast the driver was under 15 mins for a city with alooot of people and alooot of highway lights.very impressed with your stores service today:) keep it up!

Second time I've walked in and seen a guy making pizza without a mask on. We are in a pandemic and this is clearly management approved. This place is putting our community at risk.

It was horrible the mushrooms where clearly.notnwashed and dirt and mold was found bake into my Crust just an all around bad experience

I was a long time customer here and I will never buy from here again the customer service is absolutely horrible and the manager was the worst one to deal with I recommend you look else where for pizza

Always love the deals and great prices for awesome food! If you haven't tried the Parmesan bites I 100% recommend!

I ordered from here and received a cheese bread with a spider on it. When I called the store the person I spoke with didn’t really seemed to care and offered me a new cheese bread which I didn’t take because I was so grossed out by the first one. This place is so gross it should be checked out by a health inspector. Definitely will never be ordering from here again.

Had really been enjoying the food, but customer service is really important to us. Just had the worst customer service trying to be reimbursed for incorrect charges to my credit card. We ordered online, but called store to get some help or a contact number, Manager wasn't very pleasant. Emails with Domino's have also been disappointing! We can't be bothered by their double, triple transactions on your card to pay for 1 order for contactless delivery. There are much better pizza places in North Bay with one transaction to card.

Been trying to order a pizza online for 3 days now don't ever buy a gift card from dominoes it's completely useless just like it's employees it shouldn't be this hard to order a pizza ffs! Will not recommend to anyone

Long time customer who will never order from this restaurant again after my experience after being told it's perfectly fine to make a customer wait an hour and a half for their order getting lip from the guy on the phone getting told off by the delivery driver and then having a manager say that he doesn't care if these lost a long-term customer I guess they're doing such great business they don't care about their customers anymore

The most horrible place to order a pizza.

Do not redeem any of your online coupon at this store, just because you will get a call from a very rude manager who will ask you for a delivery charge even if you have already paid for a free deliver, i will attach the proof as well with this so everyone can know how they are treating their customers. As you can see in the picture, there is no delivery charge for the order i placed, i paid online and then store called me and asked for a 5 dollar delivery charge even if THERE ISN'T ANY ON THE BILL, i refused to pay any extra money, and the manager was so rude that he said either you can pick up or cancel the order but we wont deliver this pizza, and hung up. The most ridiculous pizza store in town. Never getting any business from me again. I have cancelled the order after calling the store again, it was 4.07 i don't want my money back, KEEP THE CHANGE.

Website easy to use, fast to your door, The tracker on the website is cool. The pizza was amazing

Have ordered alot from here. Always get exactly what I like and great service. I understand the things have changed due to covid and I've had no issue giving my Visa debit card over the phone numerous times over the past month to purchase my order I ordered tonight and the guy on the phone says he does not believe he can do that I said I've done it before he says he can't I asked for anyone more experienced he hang up the phone on me when I called back to get his first name for when I speak to a manager he said no then hung up. So my order is going to toppers tonight.

Worst pizza place in north bay got hung up on by the manager for asking simple toppings question most horrible experience ever I hope the owner does something about this. (This happened November 25 2020 at approximately 435 pm)

If i could give Domino's North Bay a -1 rating i would. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled that none of the staff at Domino's were wearing masks before or after I entered the store to pick up my pizzas. Might I add that it is MANDATORY to be wearing facial coverings in Ontario at any establishment. I will not be going back to buy pizza from them.

Delivery driver did not wear a mask when he came to my front door even when I specifically requested that he wear a mask. Pizza has very few toppings. Brownie is not fully cooked - it is still dough. Expensive.

I like the pasta's of the dominos in northbay, pizzas I ordered couple of times in this city but Its was not upto mark, sorry as I have a special pizza brand in city which I like and cant compare that with anyone until today.

Just another dominos. Best part they are following social distancing and sanitation practices very seriously.

Never been treated so poorly by a counter person in my life. Will make a point to go without pizza before I EVER even THINK about ordering from this location. Wow, so bad.
