Domino's Pizza

Our pizza was great! We've been ordering regularly from this oocation for seven years. We've always been very happy with the quality and service. Thank you so much!

I order from here often and I have had bread that looks like it's fallen on the floor and been walked on. Tonight they sent me pizza with no toppings bread that's barely cooked. Chicken wings minus the dip. The driver seemed disappointed in his tip. I regret the fact that i didn't check the order. I have also been in the store more than once and there were issues with the order. I am not sure i will be using this location again.

Order a pizza last night and cinnamon bites. The pizza was over 50 minutes. By the time I received the pizza it was cold. The pizza was not fresh and it looked like it was reheated or something. I called the store to complain but they didn't care. The person who answered the phone didn't seem to understand and kept telling me my pizza was on the way. I already had the pizza so clearly she was making stuff up. When you order from here you may get a good order but be prepared to be ripped off at some point. I forgot to add the cinnamon bites were not mixed properly and many didn't have any cinnamon on them at all. This place is a huge waste of money and the quality of the food is terrible.

Had a really bad experience at this location. Ordered for the new Cheesy Bread item which they launched recently. Realized the the item was not cooked well and it was doughy and I took it back and asked them to bake it more. The cashier initially said we can’t rebake it and if u want I can make a new one and then the other guy who was cooking the bread comes up and says this is how cheesy bread is supposed to be and if u want it to be baked more you should have informed us before. How will I know that they would undercook an item. Anyways I asked them to trash the remaining cheesy bread as it wasn’t edible. I’m not going to visit this store again. Worst customer service

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Whitby and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The pizza was hot and arrived in a timely manner. The toppings were tasty, and I appreciated the variety of options available.

Overall, Domino's Pizza in Whitby provided a decent experience. While it may not have been the best pizza I've ever had, it was still enjoyable and I would consider ordering from them again in the future.

My wife ordered a pizza on line tonight. She was really looking forward to a good Pie. It showed up1.5 hours later cold and no dipping sauce.
Driver told me he was busy. I tried to give him the pizza back and he ran back to his car and left.
Don’t pre pay for pizza from this location.
Terrible.

Food was burnt and next to no topping cost 30 bucks and wasn't worth it however I called and spoke to a manager 2 days later and he was very concerned and gave me a 25 credit so will try them once more and if its good then will continue with them

Amazing fast courteous staff. I don’t normally like Dominoes pizza but the Whitby store (Dundas st) was delicious. You could taste the freshness in every bite.

Pizza arrived 1.5 hours after delivery time cold and didn’t include dipping sauce that I ordered. Asked driver where the sauce was and he said he forgot.

Quick, Efficient, Affordable and Quality service as always from Domino's. Never a dissatisfied customer.

This place always makes the Worst Pizzas with Barely any Toppings compared to every other company. Always a rip off Do Not Waste Your Money.

I’ve ordered from this dominos a handful of times now as they’re the only ones that will deliver to me. Every single time they overcook/burn the pizza. I even add “lightly done” knowing that they overdo it, yet it still comes basically burnt I love dominos but any other location is way better than this one.at least they’re consistent

I order here about once a week and I've only had a few mistakes. On those few occasions the staff have always made sure I was compensated to my satisfaction.

Place my order online for pickup, got to the store, staff was friendly and courteous, and my order was ready, I didn't have to wait.
I will definitely be using them again!

Went to pick up my pizza, notices the delivery guy put it In his bag so I asked him if he grabbed my pizza by chance because no one else could figure out where it went and the delivery guy said yes laughed and walked out, so another employee chased him through the parking lot and got him to actually check his bag and guess what, he did in fact take the pizza.

I think Dominoes has stepped up in the last few years. The quality of pizza is very good. The pizza in the photo is their pan pizza with pineapple and bacon and in my opinion it tasted like the deep dish pizza from their competitor but without the grease. Will order this style again! I ordered the sheet of brownies with it as a deal and those were just okay.

Always friendly and fast service. They actually care about your pizza and take pride in making a meal for you. Thank you dominos whitby for always making our editing nights a blast!

Misleading advertising

This place has terrible management and is very rude to customers. They have many internal issues and they don't seem to know what they're doing. They constantly prepare overcooked pasta and undercooked pizza. The place is dirty and unsanity and the employees are not welcoming. The managers seem to mean to other employees and it makes me not want to eat here.

Order a large deluxe pizza and man were they cheap on ingredients 6 pepperonis and bits and pieces of tomatoes some mushroom, ample onions and green peppers. Never will go back to this location again.

1 1/2 hours for a pizza from 2 kilometers away! I used to order from this location all the time. They (as well as Domino's) have lost my business. Waited more than hour for the order to come, which was promised between 25 - 35 minutes. I called the store, only to be told that it will be another 30 minutes! Maybe! All without even the courtesy to call and let me know, or even apologize for that matter.
Ridiculous!

This is by far the worst Dominos I've been to in the 11 years that I've been a customer with this company. This location is run primarily by teenagers and it shows. Everytime I'm in here, I just see the staff goofing around playing on their phones and sitting on the same tables that they use to put the dough on. The food quality is very poor too as a result. More often than not, the pizza and cinnamon sticks are not cooked properly and there's no quality assurance at all. I dont understand why the owner of this location runs the place like this. I'm done buying from this place.

Always get the order right and quick delivery. Docking one star because they closed at 1am when they were supposed to close at 3. Ended up getting pizza pizza but that was so disappointing. Feel like I can’t trust the hours posted.

Got the 3 large pizzas for 32.99 deal. Was lot of pizza for the price. Wasn't the best pizza I have had but was good for the price. A word of warning, we ordered pepperoni for the kids and some would not eat it as the pepperoni was spicy. It's not hot but has a bit of a kick to it. Otherwise food was really good and well prepared.

Tonight my debit card fell through the top of my porch right infront of mine and the young delivery man's eyes. I was shocked as so was he lol. Never has that happened to me before. This young man proceed to give me my order for nothing ️. Definitely not expecting that. Such an amazing young man. This has made me realize I need to carry cash on hand at all times and Definitely pay if forward ️

Pretty average pizza place. I do like the prices and customer service though. They tend to have pretty good deals on pizza if you check their online coupons.

The pizza is consistent (you know what you’re going to get) and is always delivered on time and fresh. I would put it above well above Pizza Pizza, but below Toppers and Pizza Nova in terms of quality. The wings are pretty mediocre.

Had a COLD pizza delivered. The store won't answer their phone. Dominos doesn't respond to emails. Box warns the contents is hot - no worries about that. They also say their guarantee will make it right. How are they going to do that if they won't answer their phone or their email?

I love Domino's Pizza, its always great, well prepared, a good value for your money, and SOOOO Fast, I don't know how they do it so well (Knowledge, Practice and a great Team of Employees I guess)

This location is run almost entirely by teenagers and it shows. I've smelt marijuana twice coming in here on weekends and the staff are always making mistakes. It's very common to come in and just see the teenage staff just all goofing around and not working. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to and it's a shame, because every other Domino's I've gone to has been top notch. It's sad that this one is so poorly run.

Pretty quick for pick up and delivery. Kids are friendly at front counter.would be better if they acknowledge customers when they come in the door, even if they are behind working on orders. Overall very happy with the service and pizza is great, not greasy and good toppings. If they make a mistake they fix it right away.

We order an extra large pizza today, the pizza was delicious except we ordered double cheese and did not get double cheese on our pizza.

If you like pizza that's been sitting in the store for 29-39 mins before being delivered, chronically broken debit machines, incorrect app data being transmitted and generally just a disappointing dominoes experience. Then look no farther this is YOUR spot. And don't even bother calling the store for any assistance, they'll just say whatever it is you're thinking you wanna hear. 20 mins after the app said my pizza was delivered. The guy finally phoned to say he was ALMOST here. Pathetic. Getting a new store. F these guys HARD

Dont bother using the app, got there wrong pizza.remade while I waited and repeated wrong pizza offered me free pizza but late to get to work and have food ready for the kids. And 3 X before last week.same store. Time to correct the staff

First time doing take away rather than delivery and they forgot one of our sauces. Not a major issues.
Generally delivery service is prompt, food is properly cooked. Toppings can be a mixed bag as sometimes it's too little and sometimes it's too much in spots and less in others.

Honest people, too! I made a mistake and WAY over-tipped on an order. The delivery person was so kind, they called me to let me know right away and the manager refunded me the difference the same day.

This dominos use to be great food always cooked I ordered 2times/week. Drivers never forgot anything. But as of Dec 3rd something has changed food is awful barely cooked drivers forget almost everything im surprised they haven't forgotten my pizza.deliveries take forever aswell. All in all i recommend going anywhere but here unless you like wasting your money. Poor quality poor taste poor service if i could rate in the negatives it would get -10 honestly they need all new staff. With so much competition in Whitby that server you far better you'd think they'd take care of their customers.

This used to be my favorite pickup store, not anymore. Poor Service and the pizza was soggy, when finally we had it.
My Order was ready even before I reached the store and sitting on the shelf. I say my name, pay and wait for 10min to be given my now cold pizza with an apology and offer of store credit.
Nice these kids get to give out store credit for every time they mess up.
And please cancel your take-out service if you want to focus on the delivery service. Saves people their dinner plans at least.
Never coming back here.

I order food for work sometimes. But these guys can not find me store even though there is a 100ft sign. Maybe hire people that can read.
