DISGUSTING! The address discrimination from this (and ALL) Domino’s Pizza in Kitchener is appalling! Every Domino’s Pizza in Kitchener discriminates against people living at 210 Fourth Avenue! I’ve tried to order from various Dominoes locations - either they won’t deliver and if they do, the food is disgusting and they make sure of it! But they don’t mind charging full price and they certainly expect their tip! I always order the large pizza with extra cheese - Dominos ALWAYS delivers something HARD, FLAT, GREASY, BURNT and just plain DISGUSTING! That’s what you get from the RACIST Punjabs in Kitchener at Dominoes Pizza. Don’t believe me? That’s fine. Many of us here (including myself) in Kitchener have the pictures and eyewitness accounts to prove it! Watch out for these people!

The pizza was ready in the perfect time. The two large pizza were cooked to perfection. It was delicious. Jahtendeep at the counter was very polite and professional. Fantastic experience.

Great service but delivery drivers don't know how to read and follow instructions sometimes

We ordered a small size 6 slices pizza. The pizza was not cut into six and the lady who placed our order was super quick and didnot communicate well.

I frequent this Dominos often and never have issues. Tonight, we ordered Delivery for the first time because our car was hit by a semi-truck over the weekend; we were stressed and hungry, and Dominos is my favourite pizza place! We didn't receive one of our drinks, which isn't much, but when I called the store and spoke to Navneet, she rushed me off the phone, saying "you want your Fanta? Fine, I'll have a driver drop it off" and hung up the phone, without asking my address? The pop never came. I don't normally complain, but it felt rude to me. I spent my hard earned money on pizza and drinks for my family, and I choose to continue to come to Dominos - but I don't like how I was dismissed. Might have to go across the street to Pizza Pizza.

Can you double check whose the person working today in the store because when i call and make thw order and they keep saying can you hold it for the moment. And when i call and want to know h3s named his just only answee me why? Why? Why? So much unprofessional when taking order. That's why I end up my call and I want to complain who's person working at this moment he give me very bad experience to order food today!

Pretty much what anyone could expect from a branch of this franchise. Good taste, good value, reliable service. I like the possibility of ordering online, use promo code and follow the progress for picking up just on time

I placed an order online and ordered double cheese, double pepperoni and Alfredo sauce. The order I recieved had barely any cheese, any pepperoni and tasted like there was no Sauce at all. I was pretty disappointed as you pay an extra charge for the extra items, so I called the manager and complained. They rectified the situation for me, and sent me another pizza free of charge with the items I originally wanted. I am very happy with the second pizza I recieved and with how quickly they remade and sent out the order. 5 stars as they did fix the situation quickly and sent me what I originally ordered basically 20 minutes after I complained. Also, this was the first time I ever had an issue with this location.

I've actually never been inside of a Domino's to know if this is how every restaurant is. I have to tell you on first impression this location was extremely welcoming, clean and bright, including a screen that let you know your order status. That was just the atmosphere. The service was absolutely exceptiona! The person I dealt with was extremely friendly and thanked me a few times when I ordered and when I picked it up. Would highly recommend this location. Bonus- The pizza was really good ;)

Ordered 2 large extra cheese pizzas, Canadian and Pepperoni. Both lacked the extra cheese, and cheese was over cooked. Online ordering was convenient, and fast.

Ordered dozens of times (Pan pizza rocks!), consistently good quality pizza. Had a concern once, and an area supervisor reached out, he went above and beyond to make things right, not only did he make things right but was genuinely concerned in making the store better and learning from the experience. Bravo!

Everything from start to finish was amazing.the food was hot done perfectly the delivery driver was amazing.great experience.thank you all!

I don’t why i ordered from dominos. The person who is taking order on phone was really bad she don’t to how to take order. And make wrong pizza

Ordered pizza online at 12.25 am and it got delivered at 1.30am last week.worst service when i called the store at 1am bcz its theire closing time othe person on the phn said its our closing time will delivered once its clears. That is not my problem bcz it is suppose to delivred in 30-40 mintues.it was xl large pizza with 2 choco lava cake along with that.never ordering from this store again.

I like to order from places where I can see the food being made. Especially under these covid circumstances. It's already difficult to be willing to get something because I am unsure if companies use proper cleaning and ppe. I walked in to pickup my order and saw that 3 out of 5 had their mask below their nose. The person making the pizza had their mask below their nose. When I asked do you wear masks while making them the girl at front desk said yes of course. This is while watching the person prepare pizza with the mask on incorrectly. I say the person preparing the pizza is not and the answer I got was oh its cause they have specs on so that's why. I definitely expected better. I canceled my order and left. Very disappointed.

Not how it used to be. Pizza was disgusting on my last visit. Used to order from them all the time but I rather get Papa Johns across the street. There pizza is much better and prices are better also.

Ordered a cheesy bread and called in to check with the manager as it was way to oily.
Told them that it is what it is and i got to know that domino’s have started added extra butter but this extra i was not aware of.
Unfortunately i will not order cheesy break from domino’s.

This place has horrible service. If you have an issue and you speak to the manager instead of justifying your issue he will hang up on you and keep hanging up on you.

Ordered with car park delivery but 2 people working there didn’t come out and yet were just chatting in the back. When I came into the store to pick up as the time past quite a bit, no apology or explanation was provided. Bacon and steak that I wasn’t even sure if they added were WAY too burnt as shown in the picture.

Worth 0 srar. Worst experience ever at a dominos. The person who took the order was so rude. I ordered a Carbonara pasta. Which was dry and no sauce in it. I called them and the same person answered and says I made the pasta and it's perfectly fine. He did not agree whit what I'm saying instead said that I was lying.

Hello, all I just got a bad experience from dominoss again that was a human error but main thing I need to mention here the manager of dominoss of this location is so nice that he called me personally and just solve my issue, rating this manager a 5 star

Today i ordered from Fairway store, i'm very disappointed with today's delivery driver. I'm a regular customer. He was very rude and literally he shouted at me for no reason. I was in the washroom and it took me 2mins to come to my door and i also apologised to him but he continuously shouted at me. He don't have manners to deal with customers.

Pizz is 5 stars but staff in the front who take order I would give them 0 to 1 star. Mix up orders; asking your name more than 3 or 4 times. They need to be trained more.

I have been ordering Pizza online from this Dominos for over a year and half and every time the experience was unique and good.

Today I had ordered Original Hand Tossed Large Chicken Taco Pizza with Extra Chicken using Dominos own app with the same assumption but to my astonishment the Pizza was neither well done nor there was extra chicken. (Way too salty too)

It was like, Oh My! Never again from this store. I understand that at times you may be overwhelmed with orders and such misses may happen but if this continues to persist, you are gonna lose your valuable customers.

Please try to at least keep up the standards that you have set for yourself!

Hope to try again some day from here (Until then my review stays)!

Usually I order at this store. My pizzas are all Pure Vegetarian. However I found Pieces of meat and some toppings which I never added in my order.
Please take time to make pizzas to avoid this kind of Stupid mistakes. Please take care.

I would like give heads up anyone’s Vegan
Ordering from same store
1 - they never used Vegetarian Cuter to cut the Vages Pizza instead cut it with same they used for Meat.
2 - soon is going to be COVID outbreak in this store safety measures they never wash their hands and they touches food before cooked and after.
