Disappointing experience! I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken bites for friends night in. Upon delivery, noticed one of the pizzas was completely wrong order. Called the location and explained the situation.they insisted a new pizza will be made ONLY if the wrong pizza was sent back. I was not happy with her rude attitude on the phone and stated ‘you want the pizza we just touched’ but agreed. After 45 minutes, called back to inquire about pizza status, and again with rude tone, she said ‘ we didnt make it since you said you will not return the wrong pizza! ’ At this point I was livid and annoyed with her attitude, the kids were hungry and it was 1.5 hours with no pizza. She asked for me to come to store to pick up the correct pizza when the initial order was delivery request. Finally she agreed to make correct pizza order and deliver but repeated multiple times to give back the ‘wrong’ pizza to delivery man. Pizza was delivered late and wrong pizza was collected by driver. Unacceptable service!

The people that work here are racist i couldn't even get my piazza.i order a piazza on my acc that i can redeem (free piazza) and one of the workers ask to see my email i asked him why he said to make suer it was my piazza and if i didn't i CAN"T have the piazza, so i said no why do u need to see it he told me to confirm it was my pizza after arguing with him for a bit I finally showed him my email then you started apologizing to me say sorry and all that after making me 10 minutes and showing him on the app my order confirmation.once that happen i didn't take the piazza and left that type of behavior was disgusting I will never be buying pizza there ever and the crazy part is he made me wait instead of asking me sooner

I don't think workers should be talking on their cell phones whilst taking orders or touching product. Not the best customer service nor very sanitary.

Delivery order the second time was also wrong. Another 1 star review for another 1 star food place. I wonder why all the food places are awful these days.

Horrible pizza, I got a piece of cardboard instead, cold, tasteless, no sauce at all. I used to love dominos because they always have great deals, they still have those deals but their quality is garbage. So disappointed.
Also, my pizza arrived cold as a stone. I’m 4 minutes away, almost $5 bucks for delivery plus tip, you can do better. It won’t be next time anyways

They don't wear gloves to prepare the pizza, I need this gloves free to change from all of the fast foods and restaurants.

Location, foods are good and always on time, staffs are nice and I always recommend it.

It's an okay Domino's Pizza location, clean when organized when I visited, think there should be at least two people working instead of one when I visited. Parking is limited at this location so I suggest plan what day and time you order if you are picking up your order

Manager of this store is disgusting. I respect south indian people but this manager try to take advantages on students working in store

Experts in bad customer service, Experts in bad behavior, the supervisor was very rude. The worst person to be in supervisor position ever. He brings the reputation to the ground. NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE TO ORDER FOOD

One of the best place to have pizza, great customer service and always love to come here whenever I feel hungry. Employees are very friendly. Overall a good environment.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It should be shut down and health inspector should pay them a visit.very unorganized took about an hour for them to complete my order. I ordered one medium, two topping pizza and one cheesy bread disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
As i was asking why my order was taking so a long.a giant spider was creeping from ceiling.

Ordered pizza from here, I clearly mentioned to give a cheddar dip but the lady who took the order gave the garlic dip. Who ever owns the store please give proper training on how to take an order.

They don't have a dine in option. But they let me eat inside in their wait area.

Girl at front was helpful. Very nice. However pizza was saucy. Dough was bit raw so it wasn't cooked properly. Had same issue for both pizzas I ordered

Staff here are pretty friendly, but some are really stingy on the toppings. Sometimes when I orders hearty marinara sauce I get the regular pizza sauce though.

Monday april 18th 2022, around midnight probably the last order for the night, medium pizza, 8 piece honey garlic wings. I came to pick up my food and the door was locked so I knocked and the girl inside looked at me and didn't do anything so then I rang the bell. She still proceeded to do nothing but stare at me and go about her business.

She made me wait outside in the cold and all she did was stare at me until she finally decided it was time to open the door. I asked her why she did that and then on top of that, she lied to my face and says she didn't know I was there while she was looking at my face the whole time.

Maybe I should take my food and pay you back next week when i feel like it? Think about that. 1 star just because it doesn't let me leave a review without giving a star. 0 stars and horrible experience.

Absolutely the worst Dominos location in all of Scarborough.

As previous reviews mention the horrible quality of pizza, delivery time and presentation of pizza; their customer service is worst of all.

They messed up our order, in order to receive it fixed correctly we had to settle with smaller pizzas even though the mistake was theirs, not ours.

Absolutely absurd to pay for large pizzas but receive mediums due to their lack of reading the order correctly.

Being told that the employees are new and the mistakes were not intended is not enough; I’m not asking you to rebuild a house, I’m asking for the pizzas I paid for to be made correctly so I can be whole.

These people need to take a course on Customer Service, and learn appropriate business ethic; this isn’t some Ghost Kitchen, it’s a Franchise.

The purpose of this email is to inform you that on March 16 at 1234 Hours, I ordered pizza from your place and it was supposed to be delivered in approximately 33-43 minutes.

It’s been more than an hour, and I called three times to keep the track for my order already. Each time I get an answer from Sam (as the girl mentioned her name but the delivery guy says her name to be Kawal) “the driver is already outside and he will be there in 5 minutes”. Taking advantage of “Approximately” is not a fair answer and doesn’t fit well with the Dominos Standards.

Addition to this, upon asking she mentioned there’s neither a manager nor a supervisor on site. I want this matter to be look into as no one would want to wait that long and to add more to such a bad experience, the pizza was as cold as ice.

On the side note, do you consider the time fair receiving your ordered food at 1400 Hours when you ordered it at 1234 Hours.

Furthermore, she gave wrong email so that I can’t reach out.

Been going here for hangouts and late night cravings since my college days. They never dissappoint.

Nothing special about this pizza, similar to Pizza Hut's. Granted pizza is tasty but a bit doughy for my taste.

After calling the store to inquire about an order that was 1 hour late for delivery the staff made no apologies or attempt to make the order free of charge as stated by their store policy and condescendingly explained the delivery estimate is something determined by the app and not their policy.
Avoid this place, as customer loyalty means nothing to the owners or staff of this incompetent establishment

It is ridiculous how long we had to wait for our delivery! Made several calls and they could not specify how long our order would arrive, only repeated that it would "arrive soon" and they're using the snow storm (which happened the previous day and the streets have been cleared). We are dissatisfied with the service from this place and this review is the least I could do to appease our annoyance over how unreliable this particular location is. They do not even offer any discount or complimentary item to compensate for their incompetence. No excuse for failing to meet customer orders in a timely and respectable manner.

1.5 years later: Decided to redeem an award simple 2 topping pizza.wow what a big mistake!
It was the worst pizza ever, sauce tasted raw & tin-ny, directly from a can; topping were not evenly distributed and the crust was totally uncooked. I think they forgot to bake it! Complained on line, Domino states their customers' opinions are important and they will reach out in a few days, it's been 2 week. Their SILENCE is GOLDEN!

The lady that took my walk-in order could have been polite in answering my questions. We frequent another location, but have moved into this area, so tried this location. Prices were higher and when I asked her she replied 'because we are better'. Oh yeah says who? I have never been charged for substituting topping (no bacon add hot peppers instead) she charged extra and basically indicated if I don't like it I don't have go come again!
Well they lost me as a customer that's for sure!

Asked for red peppers on half of the pizza and this is what we got. Sadly, every time we order from this location, something goes wrong. Once we asked for extra sauce and the pizza was soupy. Other times it’s just dry. We brought it to customer service’s attention and they have done nothing.

We ordered 2 pizza for delivery 2 hour ago. The driver doesn’t have any direction-sense and have no any responsibility for his job. He hasn’t taken our older to our location and cheated to his manager to say it is our problem. Also, their store blamed us for the mistake. The worst experience. Plz hire someone who has good direction-sense to be your driver.

Yesterday I order pickup two large pizzas and they gave me somebody's cancel order which was cold and dry they are my neighbor but they don't respect their customers as we pay and pickup for fresh pizza
I request to franchise owner to ask them why they serve cold and dry pizzas
While they get full amount for quality pizza I was very disappointed as I order for my son's graduation party

First time trying, great costumer service, got a "small" pepperoni pizza for $8 because I wanted a quick meal. Turns out their small size is so darn big I couldn't finish half of it. Let's get to the main topic, the pizza. The pizza itself is amazing, it has a nice thick crust and it tasted amazing. In addition I got the garlic dipping sauce which made the pizza task like a flavor explosion. Way better than other pizza places like pizza nova or pizza pizza. Certainly won't be my last visit.

The pizza was a bit dry compared to most domino’s locations. This was not the main reason for the low review. The thing that really got me to write this review about this place was the price. All I ordered was a medium cheese pizza and was expecting to pay the regular price of 8$ but instead this location chooses to charge 14$ plus tax for a regular cheese pizza. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location save your money and go somewhere else where you can save some money.

This place has deteriorated so much! First their service is so bad and second of all doing a very lazy job! I ordered vegetarian peppers & pineapples and somehow I got a slice of bacon in it.and then they just dumped the banana pepper’s stems!

Great customer service, food was ok. My only complaint was the toppings. They seen to very stingy with the extra toppings you order.

Ordered online to pick up, unknowingly I selected no cheese. They called me to make sure that was what I ordered. Needless to say, that was definitely an error on my part made better by this Domino's location. 5 stars!

I pick up pizzas almost twice a month from this location and today did it again only to find crust was super dry on both the pizza I ordered and hardly any cheese or topping on it. Pathetic experience.

Last week was our first time we came to that place. But It is obviously not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the courteous service, with the magnificent dishes and booze and with the decent pay. We will absolutely go back there again.

Wont change till they bring back online payment and not charge $1.50 service fee for paying using their machine.update- you brought it back then took it away? Why? Especially with covid why not offer a safer option with less contact? You already charge more than normal delivery from apps that are 4 times the distance. At least give us the option to pay online!

Whenever you pick your pizza please make sure it has right amount of toppings you paid for i picked my pizza didn't checked there and green peppers and onions on pizza was almost none and when i called to complaint they said because we were busy thats why maybe that happen on weekday they were not busy even when I picked the pizza.but please make sure to check your pizza before you leave the store as after you call them you will have a excuse from them.alteast you should get what you paid for not an excuse.

Went for online pick up about 2 months ago. No regard for customer size inside that tiny takeout counter. There were at least 4-5 there, impossible to social distance, few customers had masks on. Woman that served my food had no gloves while handling the food and rushed the customer behind me to get his order before I finished setting myself to go.
No Covid protocols followed.

Decided to go to the place after craving for some pizza, and I was actually surprised at the customer service the staff provided.

Despite them saying that the order will take 15 minutes, it was reduced to a measly 8 minutes as the staff held the pizza.

The pizza was top notch like any other Dominos and I would gladly order from there again.

Placed an online order for pick up during the Covid-19 pandemic. Arrived slightly early and order wasn’t ready, yet. Waited patiently as they made my order, observing the cook make my order. Was shocked to see that the face mask being worn kept slipping off exposing their nose and mouth as they chatted in the back while preparing it. Wanted to say something, but how can you when your food is in their hands. Already paid for it online, so couldn’t cancel it.

Will never order from them again!

The last 4 times I called, I was put on hold, when I asked to speak to the manager to make some suggestions, I was put on hold again. Please hire more staff, preferably with experience and a basic concept of "customer service". No interest in ever calling this franchise again.

Ordered online from here with a set time for pick up. By the time I arrived, the pizza didn't seem to have been started. Service was okay but had to wait for the pizza which was pre-ordered. No apology or real acknowledgement that the pizza was made later and that I had to wait. Place looks fairly clean and the parking lot is pretty accessible.

I ordered the 10pcs BBQ chicken wing, it came like this. And the funny thing is the manager keep saying all the chicken wings are well done, seriously dose this looks like well done to anyone? Terrible service attitude.

Domino's pizza is not a pizza its my love pizza
In market there is alot of pizza stores but i like only domino's pizzaa because of fresh quality, fresh ingridients and taste
I visited this location first time and like the staff and cleaniness which is always good in 90% domino's pizza stores.
Nice location near finch pharmacy aprtments and 1.4km hwy.
I ordered domion's cheesy bread which is my fac bread ever.

Worst pizza place, the guys that answer the phone are so rude. The pizza was made so skimpy with toppings, 3 large pizza 90$ wth? And it wasnt even worth it. I would rather eat at pizza pizza. I ordered from these guys twice and both times it was disappointing. Do not order from them. Rude customer service and bad attitude and the pizza was horrible

I’ve lived minutes away from this dominoes for years. Every order has been the same to the point where they automatically recite when I call. They got my order wrong and I called and they told me to return my pizza in full to receive the proper order. HORRIBLE! Waited double the time to eat because of their mistake.
