Never again. My husband ordered a thin crust pizza and what a disappointment it was. The pizza seemed like it was baked yesterday. It was really dry, so dry as a matter of fact, that every bite he took the crust would crumble and break into pieces but yet the crust was not baked underneath and remained raw looking, it was so very strange. How does that happen, raw, dry, crumbly, unbaked dough? There was minimal cheese in the pizza and even less hot peppers and onions on it. We counted 9 hot pepper rings on a large pizza.only 9, WTH? Ridiculous. He ate 2 squares of the horrible pizza and threw the rest out. He definitely felt hungry and ripped off. There's far better pizza in the area. He won't be back.

Pizzas delivered on time. Only issue is that Domino's pizzas are very salty just burns your tongue

I ordered four pizzas from the Domino’s at 159 Wellesley St E #101 in Toronto on Nov 10 at 8: 30 PM. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was uncooked—the cheese was raw and the whole pizza looked like it was taken out of the oven halfway through it’s cooking time. When I visited the store the next day at 2: 30 PM to address the issue, the manager was rude and initially offered a 50% discount. He said that since I didn’t call them right away, he cannot do anything. I explained to him that I was in a hurry, and I showed him the pizza as we couldn’t eat any of it. I requested a refund or store credit, but both were declined. Despite the inedible pizza, the manager refused to provide a refund, was consistently rude, and didn’t share their name or supervisor’s contact. This entire experience has been disappointing. The manager needs to respect the customers and learn some manners.

Ordered pan crust by mistake but it was so good I’m only ordering it now lol. No photos because there was nothing left

New location now right on corner of Sherbourne & Wellesley. Very nice clean and best vegetarian pizza I’ve had in Toronto. Staff are nice & food delivery is spot on.

This store needs to be shut down. The worst customer service ever.
I ordered a large 6 cheese pizza, with garlic base sauce instead of tomato on the app, for delivery.
When the pizza arrived, I had realized that the base sauce was tomato, and not garlic base. Okay, no problem. I’ll call back and have them replace it.

When I called and asked to speak to the manager, I was put on the phone with alleged manager. I told him I could send, or show a picture for proof even. He told me I could get a replacement pizza, but I’d have to walk back to the store and pick it up myself, and to bring the first pizza.
Confused cause I had never had this happen before, and usually they will just replace it no problem at any other location I’ve been to.

I got off the phone and told my boyfriend what had just happened.
Frustrated and hungry, my boyfriend called back not even 2 minutes later to have them tell us, the manager isn’t even there.
Then they proceeded to put us on hold for over 10 minutes, to at which point we were so hungry we just decided to hang up and eat the pizza.
Don’t waste your time ordering from here, and trust these bad reviews.

Two days ago, I ordered a pizza, my friend and I both got stomach sick from the pizza, called the store they put me on hold for 10 minutes then they said manager is not in the store right now.

Worst dominos experience ever. They messed up my pizza, I paid for delivery and tipped the driver.

The pizza was all wrong, when I called back they made me wait 15 minute on hold to talk to a manager.

Then they told me I have to bring the pizza back and walk to the location for them to solve the solution.

I called them back and they put me on hold for another 20 minutes, hung up me, I called back to speak to the manager and then they mentioned the manger is not in today then mentioned he left 1 to minute ago.

Completely unprofessional and worst customer service I've ever experienced at a pizza place. No wonder you guys have consistent 1 star reviews.

Loyal to the old location, mostly good experiences. One night I ordered delivery and after waiting over an hour and not being able to get through on the phone, I emailed head office to ask if they could check on the location. The driver eventually arrived and obviously was over worked and stressed. I get it. Also want the first time delivery took so long. But the next time I went to order, I was automatically referred to a further location. Tried again another time, same thing. Haven’t been back after being a customer for 6 years. It’s surprising they expanded to a bigger shop because they hardly seemed able to keep up with the business they already had. I get that we are on the other side of lockdowns and the owners probably made bank off that, but there’s a downside to being greedy hey

In no way is this a complaint.
Your staff on at this time dealt with the situation better than I could have asked. They made sure I got what I needed, apologized (on behalf of something they had no control over) and help me exit the store safely.
I did not catch her name, but extra thanks to the young lady who helped me out of the store, the customer blocked me in and would not let me out.

Please, management, compensate your staff accordingly. I was scared and in a rush and just tapped my card quickly, I didn't get to leave a tip, just know on my next order, it'll be doubled.

Thank you for your help, this is the staff you need in a downtown location. Keep them safe.

They have moved next couple doors north.the place very clean and spacious their quality of pies andthe sauce very tasty.fresh ingredients and this location far superior in feshness and service although not all location have the same quality

Amazing pizzas! The aroma inside doesn’t do justice to how amazing the pizzas taste here.

The staff is very friendly and and they made my pizza on time and perfectly.

Waited over an hour to get cold pizza with crushed boxes. Called the restaurant and was ZERO help!

The place was supposed to be open on Feb 9th. Today is Feb 12 and place is still completely shut down! After walking for 15 minutes in -5 weather!

Pizza is made correctly, generous toppings. I've had original and thin crust options, both are delicious. Right amount of sauce on both thin or regular so that the pizza is not too soggy or dry. The tomato sauce actually seems to be of decent quality. Ordering pizza thru the app is awesome to be able to track the progress of your order.
The only suggestion I could offer is for Domino's to think about offering a Double Zero (Tipo 00) quality crust. It would make the price expensive, but in this area people would enjoy it.

The pizza here is addicting! Not to Mention the only thing that's open at 1am in this city! Great quality for pizza, it's one of the best I've ever had

Went to this store to order pizza today. The Guy who took order was so irresponsible and unprofessional. When ever I ask about a different toppings or any other questions his answer was you can go online and check. He was not giving any clear answers about any questions. So I cancelled my order and went out. Nice employee you got there.

Little mix up with my latest pizza order.not a big deal. Mistakes happen. Called the location and the way the lady that answered the phone responded was wonderful. I wish I remembered her name. The compensation she offered for their mistake was also very satisfactory.

Food came fast. Ordered 2 medium pizzas, one with extra cheese and the other was a Extravaganza, both delicious. Also had their brownie/cookie bars, they are delicious warm and the next day!

Store is neat and clean, social distancing rules are followed strictly, only 2-3 guests in store at a time. Menu has limited options but great deals from Mon-Wed. Staff is friendly and good customer service.

3.4 Surprised by the generous toppings two Hawaiians I ordered daytime a few days ago. I see we have a hard working cook who is eager and loves to impress. The issue is this, I order pan pizza that is crisp on the bottom and top. Well cheezed, centred and evenly rolled out. I see what the issue is.the doughy crust should be avoided by not over-kneading. Pizza is more so kneaded with knuckles and pushed. A doughy pizza feels like the bread cannot rise any more than it is, each bite is not light and airy. I also don’t wish to feel like I ate a sandwich. I am a hard judge. Lighten your dough and you will make me smile! You can do it!

Awesome environment and super amiable service. The meals were fresh and delightful. Will easily recommend this place to my friends. Reasonable rates and generous portions. Keep it up.

Pizza is average but it gets the job done. Reason for the bad review is that the delivery drivers and customer service in store clearly don't like their jobs, I've never had a good interaction and recently have been having bad ones

Nothing special. Service was on time. Pick up was slow since their machine forces you to push in your card, select tip, pin and pay; instead of tap.

Last night was the first time I ordered here (and I think it would be the last time), it taste good (almost), mostly was just bread and sauce, it was chicken and bacon which you could find maybe 5 super small piece bacon cubes on it, and I ordered extra cheese but seems they forgot it, $31.00 is too much for this kind of pizza, I prefer pizza nova or even pizza pizza to this.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time in few months I have to write a complaint. I ordered 2 pizzas & waited at the store for 25 mins before asking the lady at the counter if my pizza was ready. She went to check and found they were already done and just sitting there. Finally, i get my order & to my disappointment it was a veg pizza with no meat. Things get worse when I ask them to fix the order & deliver it as I didn't want to wait another 15 mins. The person who took down my address was very rude and even advised me to take a refund. How dare he? He wrote the wrong address, 561 instead of 565 Sherbourne. The delivery man went to the wrong apt. & called me. When I corrected him, he refused to come upstairs & asked me to come down to get my pizza. I went & found he got 1 pizza instead of 2. So, now I had to call up the store again to get the 2nd pizza. This is unacceptable from Domino's. Will think twice before visiting this location again.

Very funny pizza I ordered the pizza with alferoda sauce just came to me no cheese inside When I phoned them, I informed them and they didn't even make up for their mistakes.i will never order pizza

Always ordered online from this location. The delivery staff are not always very accommodating and sometimes even rude. But leaving aside the delivery staff, the pizzas are always made to perfection and exactly as ordered. Hence, I love ordering from here.

Okay, so not ONLY can you not order from this place using the App. Now ONLY does this place not give you your points for ordering pizza from them. Now it appears this location REFUSES to let you talk to a manager REFUSES to redeem offers that their app provides and REFUSES to let the customer speak and explain their issue. I only go to Domino's when I got a craving for trash pizza but I can get that anywhere and so can you. I suggest going ANYWHERE else. Try the restaurant right next door even. Probably cleaner too.

Inefficient, RUDE, AWFUL stuff! They don't even get the orders right half the time and the worse part is they couldn't care less. Sick and tired of this location.

I've always liked their Pizza. I thought it was really delicious and it seems like they have changed their recipes since the last time I had it because it tasted really really good. I had a pepperoni sausage pizza and I have no complaints about it. My kids have the vegetarian pizza and they really enjoyed it as well.

Update August/2019:
Usual great pie but the delivery driver is a nightmare. Twenty something with a shiny new blue car who lies about the entry board by the front entrance saying it isn't working as the door will not unlock, which made us go downstairs to pay. Getting to the lobby in less than a minute, he is already sitting back in his car. Paid for the pizza with tip and no smile or thank you. This guy is more preoccupied with his wheels than customer service. You're in the wrong business pal. Time to move on.

I appreciate the staff are working extremely hard. However they are understaffed. I had to leave without my pizza even though they stated it would take 15 min. I was in a rush.

Delicious pizza x large us quite filling.the dough is delicious and toppings are very generous and tasty.you can pay by card or cash and can choose your toppings. Adding extra tomato sauce us free which is excellent as we always prefer a bit more of it.i think we will try it again soon.we also had margarita pizza which was also very fresh and delicious

WORST MANAGEMENT, WORST TERRIBLE PEOPLE. BEEN EATING HERE FOR 8 YEARS AND ONE PROBLEM AND INWAS YELLED AT BY "MANAGER" TOLD I WAS CRAZY FOR THINKING PIZZA WAS COLD WHEN IT WAS (40 DEGREES WITH HUMIDITY OUTSIDE THEREFORE NO REASON TO BE COLD) NO DIPPING SAUCES, ASKED FOR HIS NAME ON THE PHONE AND TOLD I SHOULD STOP THREATNING HIM AND SAID "YOU CAN HAVE A FREE PIZZA ON NEXT ORDER". FUNNY IF NOTHING IS WRONG WHY OFFER FREE PIZZA? ALSO WHEN ASKED ABOUT MY DIPPING SAUCE SAID NO DRIVER WAS AVAILABLE. WE WILL SEE HOW LONG THIS TAKES TO GET TO ME. GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE.

I received a call shortly after placing my order from (who i assume was the store manager) saying if I'd be able meet the driver at a street that was closed off and I offered alternative location that would be easier for both of us and he grew frustrated, became dismissive and became very short repeating "no we cannot do that". I tried to calmly reexplain myself and he interrupted with "if you cannot meet at that spot (which would have required me to walk a decent distance) then I will cancel your order". This continued on for a while and then he hung up on me mid-sentence and that was it. I did receive a call 25 mins later from the delivery driver- who was so nice and ended up delivering the food to my door. Also no complaints about the food, just the rude manager

Honestly, I'd go out of my way to order from a different Dominos. I always order with BBQ sauce on top, and even though it's written on the order, they continue to send pizza without it.

Last night, I came in to the restaurant to ensure that there was BBQ sauce on it (as I mentioned on the phone), and was told that it would cost me $1 extra to put it on. What? I have never been charged extra to put BBQ sauce on my pizza from Domino's or elsewhere, nor did the employee even mention that over the phone when I ordered.

I will add that the rest of the pizza was sub-par too, with a thin layer of tomato sauce and cheese. No thanks.

Gone several times - generally at night - it's good, exactly what you would expect from a huge pizza company. The staff is a bit indifferent and you can tell they are the only to make the pizzas.

I ordered large pizza with thick crust.mushroom and pineapple. Bland test. I prefer bread with peanut than their pizza. Further they don't accept online payment and pushed for tips while paying, but before I enjoyed their service.

They give you meat in vegetarian pizzas. And then say “we can’t refund”. Worst service ever experienced! I wish i could give a zero rating.
