Domino's Pizza

I order dominos all the time same thing.medium pizza extra brooklyn pep and the sweet bbq bacon chicken which is amazing. I love when theu give lots of pep yummm

I love it because Dominos provides the best deals, tasty pizza, and it's open till 5am.

Great prices, staff is nice, and i was served fairly quick compared to other pizza places -edit: still one of my favourite places to order especially late at night

I ordered a few weeks ago during the ice storm, I can only imagine how busy they were since most parts of the city were without power and people were starving not knowing when the power coming back on. But I ordered anyways, it took a little over an hour which was definitely understandable and came hot and fresh on top of that. And today in the mail I got a free large 3 topping pizza for the wait. How cool is that!

Domino's might be a corporate chain but they sure do know how to make good pizza pies just very thorough in what they do. Much appreciated to all the staff.

We have been going to Dominos for over 5 years. Their Monday special (50% off any pizza) is hard to beat, and we use the app to collect points.

Preordering and paying in advance is easy and we have not have had any issues with our orders so far. I even accidentally ordered once for "right now" instead of at a future time and called right away and they were able to adjust my order for later.
Now when you walk in there is a board that shows your name and your order status too.

Charles, was legendary. One of the most positive phone call experiences I've ever had. He addressed every one of my concerns with an amazing attitude and enthusiastic charisma. I can only hope to interact with him again in the future.

I had the wrong order given to me last time, as it was late, I called and asked if next time they could add something on for me, no problem, now I ordered something and got told they don’t know anything and they can give me a drink. Sorry but that’s B. S. Thanks for nothing,

I personally like the pizza very much.its too much good and tasty.
But the guy with red car who deliver pizza at home is very rude. I am your regular and loyal customer but you really need to work on that guy bad behaviour. Your staff is all good and very coprative except that guy

The people, some not all, but one female with accent is one of the worst ever I have been served by, what she did is unspeakable and gross behavior that I will never go back in.

I ordered on phone and told the associate that im traveling from ottawa and i have coupon that says large pizza with 3 toppings that is valid through canada. And guy said alright come to the store. NOW im at the store he said pay for the pizza i can't help you. I have physical coupon written everything in English it says its valid throughout CANADA. What else i can do to place the order? POOR CSR they put it on the cornwall counter. Is there any zero star button i can put it on this review?

I just stopped in on Christmas Eve on a whim. They were super busy but the young guy at the counter handled and served me very well.

We order from here all the time. Sometimes they say they can deliver and other times they say we are too far! Make up your mind!

Really hit or miss. I’ve had great service and terrible service. The app needs to updates its payment option glitches. Customer service is lacking. I suspect they have had a management shift recently.

I have always had good pizza from here, weather it was walk in, take out, or getting it by delivery.i order a all dressed pizza tonight an got it maybe a half hour later, An was out side waiting an such i can't see far so Driver was a bit funny when i said was it the pizza guy for Domino's. He said no its just a shirt He giggled an such an so did I. Told him thank you for the giggles. So i give this place 10 stars if i could. Friendly staff, an Drivers. Thank you.

Horrible Service by the Dominos driver Deepika. I guess its the customers's choice to tip or not to tip as she asks for it by giving an excuse that the store she works for is far from the place of the customer. She actually needs to improve her customer service by being more polite instead of showing attitude.

The guy on the phone was very rude because he didn't understand what pizza I want so I cal back again same person & takes my order very rude!

I am Mayur. I have ordered a vezzie pizza today for the deal of 3xl 3 toppibg pizza. I have got my pizza but it was tasteless. There is very less pizza sauce in my pizza and i can hardly find any veggie in my pizza. The quality i got was the worst. This happened with me twice. Earlier i ordered the same pizza but i also have to face the same problem. This is my worst experience with dominos cornwall. I will not suggest anyone for dominos. This is a serious problem and needs to be fixed soon. Thanks

Amazing place with great management and workers. They are always super friendly and respectful. Gurpriya (management) was extremely positive and joyful and brought the atmosphere to life.

Horrible service, pay attention to orders and perhaps rating would change. Over an hour waiting to get cold food. No apology what so ever. Food service standards are lost at this place.

I passed someone holding a sign that said "customer appreciation" one topping medium pizza for $4.44 +tax. I went several blocks to come back to the restaurant and went in to inquire about the customer appreciation deal. The options were pepperoni or cheese. I didn't think that cheese was a topping on pizza. Since I can't eat pepperoni, I asked if I could get mushrooms instead of pepperoni. No deal! I left without buying a pizza. I guess they only appreciate customers that can eat pepperoni.

Horrible customer service. We ordered dips with our pizza. Once the delivery guys came, he didn’t hand me any dips so I asked him about it. He said they were in the box. Once I get back to my hotel room, I check and they weren’t there. I called the store and told them I’m missing two dips. She confirms that, and says they’ll deliver them. I waited 30 mins for the guy to return allowing my pizza to get cold. When he arrives, he hands me one dip. I told him he’s missing another one and he looked confused. After insisting multiple times that we need another one like we ordered, he decides to take action. He shuffles through he’s center console to find us one that was just in his car. Not sure how hold that dip was or how long it’s been sitting in his car. Very disappointing and very unapologetic staff. There is lots of miscommunication within that dominos.
