Domino's Pizza

It's been a few months without another incident! It must've been an off day! Once again getting dinner for rhe family 2 or 3 times a month!

Never had a problem with Domino's in the past but last week there was! I had ordered online like always! When the app said my order was ready I went in to pay and pick it up! After paying the employee said that the second of two pizzas was just coming out of the oven! They must've boxed the wrong pizza as I waited 20 minutes for the second pizza! Needless to say I was late and had one warmish pizza! I asked if there was some kind of discount and didn't get a reply!
Like I said earlier I have never had this happen before as I usually order 2 or 3 times a month since they've opened! Hopefully it was just a bad day at the store!

Truly only have ordered here because they are the only delivery service to our address in Southampton (passed the outfitters). We have previously had decent customer service and the food here is subpar for the price. Last night will likely be our final order. We have never had an issue with delivery before, our driveway is on a slant and is currently muddy so we also always put in the delivery instructions to park roadside to avoid getting stuck. It’s not the easiest of places to find, but again we have never had an issue with deliveries before. The delivery driver supposedly drove past our address to a neighbours, and proceeded to call my mother and became short with her in regards to our house not being “marked properly. ” We had moved in March, and have been trying to improve the visibility to our driveway/home since living here, we have an address sign at roadside, and again have had no issues with any of the other deliveries. The man proceeded to express his frustration in regards to not being able to find our address, which would’ve been solved with a simple maps search. I understand the difficulty of finding the driveway, but in a modern age where all of us have our phones attached to our hands, I don’t understand how he decided the best customer service option would be to call my mother to shame her about our address visibility and hang up on her mid sentence, about an issue that could be simply solved with a Google search. The man also proceeded to spend the time of the transaction explaining his reasoning behind his frustration, and holding onto the pizza with dear life as if we were about to rob him, after probably the 20th time ordering from them and again, never having any issues. The feelings regarding the visibility of address are somewhat understandable, but the way he had handled the issue has lost our business due to his extreme lack of professionalism. I have had deliveries by people half his age who conducted themselves with more respect than him.

Ordered a four topping pizza tonight. One topping was roasted red pepper. Every other piece had a small piece of pepper on it and the other vegetable toppings were reduced as well. We order often and this pizza was not what we expected.

Good pizza and a good location. Happy to have a pizza place on the north side of Port Elgin. Our favourite is the chicken bacon Alfredo pizza!

This is not a comment about Domino's product but their delivery services:
Yesterday, I was heading southbound on Highway 21. In the 60 zone south of Southampton the delivery driver (plate 763 ***) was tailgating me badly. Then past the fruit stand he had the urge to pass multiple vehicles, cutting me off in the process, just to force everyone to hit the brakes as he was pulling into the plaza. I will not support aggressive drivers with a Domino on their roof, nor the business that employs drivers of such nature.

I normally have 0 issues with this dominos location but the last couple times have been long waits, messed up orders and missing items. Today was about a 30min wait for delivery, and we live in town, one of our pastas was ordered with extra sauce and had barely any on it and we were missing our dipping sauces. Used to be my go to pizza place but not anymore

Well they were able to get it to us. But they couldn't get the orders straight I hope somebody enjoyed our food. We got somebody's pasta dishes which were terrible. Won't be using Domino's pizza again

Ordered food from Domino's on Port Elgin ON. Mr Singh took my order and made it. And it's the best food I've had in a very long time. I will definitely be ordering from him again! Somebody outta give the guy a raise because he is a perfectionist at his job!

Great service, nice and fast, food was amazing and the delivery drivers are amazing! Along with the staff in the kitchen and on cash.

Really bad service, pizza tasted stale, very bad customer service, was so rude in first place! Don’t waste your time and money here!

Pizzas are always amazing, no complaints over the pizzas what do ever! I staff is great and delivery is always fast and pizzas are always so hot when they arrive! The mangers and owners are the nicest people and will always help resolve any issues! Favourite pizza place in port elgin!

The pizza and cheesy bread is very good. Soft pizza with a crispy crust. Will definitely go back.

Has always been a huge disappointment. Tastes like cardboard every single time. Cheap out on toppings. I hate frozen pizza and this is a grade below that. No thanks I'll pass.

One if the best place to get Domino’s pizza. Pizza was freshly made with decent amount of toppings. Customer service was awesome. Will definitely visit this location again.

The pizza from this location has always been great, always fresh and hot.
Only concern is the one delivery driver. He does not act professional when he has delivered. He does always greet and say hi but then instantly complains everytime about having to drive to far to deliver. I am located just outside town and haven't had an issue with any other driver that has delivered. Took an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver tonight in which pizza was warm at best, no safety seal on two boxes and had to talk to the driver twice because he had to go into the store to talk to his manager about my location. Extremely disappointed with the service tonight.

Absolutely love the pan pizza from Domino’s. If you are a meat lover, I recommend trying the MeatZZa pizza. You won’t be disappointed. The staff is friendly and goes over and above to ensure your pizza is done to perfection. The Domino’s pizza phone app works well and even shows you when your pizza is being prepped or out of the oven so that you can time your pick up just right. Delivery of pizzas is also prompt. Definitely recommend!

They have great pizza and amazing deals. Food is always prepared fast and hot, Never burnt which is awesome. Nothing but great things to say!

Love dominos and this location has been great but for the last couple months they won’t allow me to do online delivery even though I was doing it several times before just fine. Absolutely no where says why. Sad cause during the pandemic I’d much rather spend my money here than the other pizza places. Hope this gets fixed.

Pizza was made incorrectly so they made the pizza over and served cheese bread that had now sat out over 20 minutes instead if remaking the entire order. To top it all off, the pizza was made incorrectly a 2nd time. Not at all impressed. Save your money.

It's a relatively new store in Port Elgin. Conveniently located with lot of parking. Staff is super Friendly and delivery was prompt. Pizza is made to perfection with decent amount of toppings. Kids loved it.

Pizza was great, prices are always good. Just wish they would substitute veggie toppinga for pepperoni in promotional deals.

And here again is another well put together domino's. I've ordered here numerous times and it always comes out exactly as it should. Lots of toppings and cheese with extra sauce if ordered. The consistency is on par with all other domino locations I've ordered from. Staff are super nice even when they are completely slammed. Definitely will continue to order! Thanks Domino's.

So glad to have Dominos in town. Up until Dominos moved in, we had stopped getting Pizza’s because the Pizza places we had weren’t very good. I won’t name names but the choices were either, not very good pizzas, cardboard crust, soggy crusts, undercooked or burnt, terrible service or ridiculously over priced.

It's delicious! Not very greasy pizza, delightful people and great service. Would definitely recommend!
