Domino's Pizza

I want to shout at the rooftops how impressed I am with this location’s customer service! The gentleman managing the phones on Wednesday evening was the most efficient & polite person I’ve ever spoken to.

After 1 hour and 10 minutes wait for my pizza when it says a maximum of 20-30 min, I sent a message saying I don’t want the pizza anymore and got pizza pizza instead. I recommend everyone who orders from where to pay in person like I did, if you even get to see the delivery driver.

We have had great experiences here in the past, however recently things have changed. Often our orders are completely wrong and my carryout order was just canceled because apparently they no longer take carryout orders after 10pm. Very bad customer service and the guy was extremely rude over the phone.

Always enjoyed their pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Customer service is excellent. Very satisfying meal

Just got a pizza and had to get it replaced because of raw dough, the second one was even worse. The tough was sticky like the cheese. Lost a long time customer

I placed my order at 12: 19pm on Thursday and got a call a few minute later saying they had a really big order and if i was willing to wait until about 1: 10pm. I was fine with it and showed up to the store a bit before. As I waited, they had a really big order of around 80 pizzas! Once they finished it, they were really nice and welcoming. The guy who took my payement and gave us our order was EXTREMELY nice and very apologetic for how long we waited and offered us complimentary sauces and dessert with our order:).

Ordered a large cheese pizza. They said it would take 1-1.5 hours. After an hour and 45 minutes I tried calling and no answer. The pizza arrived after 2.5 hours. Cold and not wanted. Will never order from here again.

The worst pizza we ever had. Unfortunately, we were in a rush and didn't open the box until we got home. We ordered a 14" thin crust, cheese only. What we got is a wafer thin overcooked and therefore completely dried out blackened pizza, see photos. It is actually as thin as a thin cracker and even dryer than a cracker. Clearly 'thin crust' is just a way for Domino's to save money, as I have never seen thin crust like this. Make sure you check the box so you have a chance to refuse something this bad that costs $16.

So I called them and one they don’t answer the phone and they don’t deliver to my house and it’s only 3k away from them like wow

I bought 2 pizzas and both of them didn't have a drop of sauce on them. Its almost as if they don't care about quality. Waste of money. There are way better locations in the city

These people must be lazy… I asked if they deliver they asked what’s my address. I live 7 mins away from the location & INSTANTLY after I told him my address he said he doesn’t deliver to there… u don’t deliver 5 minutes away? Did you even CHECK? Impossible he checked in. 5 seconds. I just hung up on him. I thought hm let me try dominos. Never again. Pizza Hut it is oh and they deliver 15 mins away ‍️

Do you like waiting an hour and 15 minutes for your delivery order only for it to show up cold and missing half of what you ordered? Then do I have the pizza place for you!
They did send the driver right back with the now stone cold missing item. I love needing to use my oven to reheat delivery!
For reference I could have walked the 4km and back in less time and ended up with more food at probably a comparable temperature.
Some business deserve to fail and close.

My pizza had the wrong toppings and my husband had a long hair in his last piece of pizza. Literally disgusting.

Pre-ordered a pizza for 1745 delivery time. Time came and went. Called store at 1800 only to be kept on hold for ten minutes. Was told the pizza was due to be delivered for 1800. That time had already been and passed! I confirmed the preorder and delivery time. Then he told me the pizza hadn’t even left the store. “We’re busy” is the only reason offered…and that the pizza won’t be with us until an hour after booked time! I’m not impressed. If you want pizza an hour after promised time and probably cold on arrival, this is the place to order from. Save your money and time: order from somewhere else!

Hello, Domino's was recommended to us by my daughter and finally tried it today. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Thank you Domino's for knowing how to make pizza. It was the Best I've ever had.

Worst pizza delivery location I’ve experience! Spent over an hour waiting at the front door for the driver to deliver my pizza only to have them say he came and left. Then they said they’d make me a “fresh pizza” free of charge only to deliver an ice cold pizza to my door less than 10min later! Wasted just over an hour of my time and wouldn’t, didn’t compensate me for the poor service!

Customer services is really bad. Their employees is very rude. It took one hour to deliver a pizza. Pizza was cold and is beyond disgusting. If you buy food at this place you’ll regret it. If I could give zero, I would.

Writing this review the same day as the pizza was handed over to me.
I would say my preferences where fulfilled, best of the best. Hearty amount of ingredients like extra cheese, ham, sausage, baby spinach with no grease stains transferred to the cardboard. My personal thank you to you, keep it up, and let others follow the example! Alas no photos to provide different cooks in same place make different pizza. Sunday pizza was worse than Monday pizza.

My two medium pizzas weren't cooked properly and the sauces and toppings were scattered all over the boxes. I spoke to somebody who said they were going to add a free medium pizza under my phone number and it was never done. I go claim my free pizza then I ecountered this employee by the name of Jasman who was impolite like I never seen employees be, getting mad at me and walking away while I was explaining my self, just so disrespectful and it's à shame that Domino has her as an employee. Arthur was there and He listened to me and He was just so understanding and respectful, thanks Arthur. Both of my pizza look like they were served to a dog. Why am I getting a free medium pizza when they messed up on both of my pizzas?

I would give this Domino's 0 stars if I could. The order took almost 1 hr to arrive even though I'm only 7 minutes away; the pizza was completely cold by then, the toppings were sparse (even though I ordered double) and it tasted like cardboard. When I called the store, the girl said the driver took another order with him that's why he was taking longer. This is by far my worst experience with Domino's.
