Domino's Pizza

Worst customer service ever. I received a burnt garlic bread, and when I gave them a call to take a note, they asked me for a picture, I sent a picture in text but they didn't reply and when placed a call their reply was rude to the point that they didn't even bother to apologize and they asked me to Whatsapp it. Even after doing that all they replied was "That's how I sell garlic bread". In a nutshell they are actively ruining Domino's and it's reputation.

Never disappoints me as usual I always call I. And my orders ready within 15 mins staff is calm and fast and both delivery and pickup are good options never disappointed 10/10

Really poor service. Received wrong pizza (wrong toppings). Called the store and they gave me excuses, called the head office twice and got no response. Sent two emails and got no reply…

Let me tell you something I had ordered 1 extra large pizza at 842pm, I was told it would be here in 45 minutes I had called the store twice one person said it should be there in 10 min, didn't happen called again an said it should be in a minute didn't happen so then I told her forget about the pizza, driver calls I told him to take the pizza back I will never order from this location again

Ordered dominos from this location tonight and in order to get it we had to walk to a different location as the driver didn’t understand very clear instructions to get to a university. Which was okay, we understand it’s sometimes hard to find places, especially a place you’ve never been too. The only REAL problem was the fact that I found short black hair on the pizza and in the pizza box. I think half the pizza was eaten before noticing the hair but now we all feel sick to our stomachs knowing we possibly had eaten someone else’s hair. I don’t recommend this dominos if they can’t even wear a hairnet or use properly tools to make sure this doesn’t happen. (Besides this) pizza was good before knowing so I rate it a two star.

Worst Domino’s ever. When you order for delivery they make you go all the way to your building parking lot when you pay for delivery. Last time I ordered food and they refused to deliver since I live in a townhouse. While all the other food services deliver to my townhouse door!
