Domino's Pizza

I used to really enjoy having dominoes but lately have had really bad experiences unfortunately.

I don't use the delivery service! Remains of experience each time raised no concerns. Online orders follow through perfectly, the pick up is brief and approached politely and accurately. Meals are not yet been unsatisfactory in anyway. Injoyed every meal to date, and will continue with my support as a first choice when craving pizza!

Its the Worst ever service from dominos, Most of the time they use medium Dough for Large Pizza, Its 3 rd time happen with me last time when I complain they say sorry … and said that we are out of large Dough thats why we use medium dough and they offer me a free Pizza woww and toda today a slice is also missing, and they deliver like no one will find about their scam…. Gonna complain about this concern to Dominos Main Office and will also share a reel on My Instagram account seriously guys you think you can make fool people easily.

Ordered my pizza within a minute the Domino tracker said Michael in Listowel Ontario was preparing my pizza within 2 minutes it was in the oven then Michael pulled it out for quality check. Then a minute later was out for delivery. A few minutes later my door bell rang it was Dominos delivery driver. The pizza was done exactly as I ordered it on their website. Was absolutely delicious. Job well done Michael. You make the best pizza I have ever tasted. I give Dominos a 5 out of 5. Well done guys you have one happy customer. I will be ordering again.

Lately I have been getting a few slices that are very good and some that just don't taste right

I loved the pizza. I ordered BBq pizza which had lots of chicken pieces. The service was excellent. I wish they had eat in option.

Extremely disappointing pizza tonight. Have been a customer since it opened and will not order again. It was awful

3/28/22 I was sent an automated email offer to purchase a large 3 item pizza for $8.99 "to make it up to me for being late". No one from the store has reached out to me or even commented on this review. I get an offer to buy another cold, late pizza. Yippee. Great PR Domino's. Buh-bye.

I told my significant other that I was hankering for "GOOD" pizza to go with the Leafs "St. Pats" game. Since moving to Listowel 8 months ago, we have ordered from 3 different "chain stores" and only moderately enjoyed one of them.but was seeking something different for a change.

First time ordering Domino's from this location. Ordered online, pre-paid, nothing crazy, a 2 pizza special. Got confirmation that delivery would be 31-41 minutes. Longer than I'd like, but that is fine.

Over an hour later I called the location to confirm that they had in fact received my order. After a few attempts the CS was able to confirm that it was finally out for delivery. GREAT!

The food arrived about 10 mins after my call. Cold. Like, somewhere between frozen and lukewarm. Like, the cheese was almost hard. As usual with most chain pizza stores, nothing was cut properly, we had to tear every piece off. Utterly disappointing.

If someone were to open an independent pizza shop in this town and serve GOOD pizza with lots of fresh toppings (and charge a good premium for it) I would go there every time. So sick of cardboard. Charge me an extra few bucks a pie and put some effort into it!

Good customer of there's for the most part good staff but the odd bad apple says it's not safe for my 3 year old to use there restroom in an emergency.
Food is good most the time the odd time a little to cooked or cheap on a topping.

Sad to say that this once stellar pizza place has consistently gotten worse over the course of a few months. We ALWAYS would get our order fresh, hot and on time. The past several times however we watch the tracker and our order is always in "quality check" for anywhere between 15min and once 35min THIRTY FIVE MINUTES our order just sat there getting cold. Tonight it was 20 minutes and I had to call for it to change on the tracker to out for delivery which took another 25 minutes. And included is a pic of our wings which were burnt, and xtra lg pizza cut only into 8 not 10 slices which isnt a big deal however when coupled with everything else. So management, please explain how 45 minutes between an order being ready and being delivered is acceptable. In my opinion it isn't, and for the next while we'll be switching to Pizza Hut, who may have had their issues upon opening but have really stepped up since.

Amazing customer service, they warmed up my hands bc they were cold personally. Hand to hand we bonded. Lava cakes served with real lava 10/10.

Will only order from this store. The owner and her employees are so kind and make awesome tasting pizza. Definitely recommend this store over the other pizza places in town.

I was expecting a good meal but i didn’t got any sauce with my cheesy bread and i don’t wanted to eat just a base bread.

Had an order for 10 XL pizzas and was ready for pickup as promised. Very tasty pizzas that everyone enjoyed.

I ordered pizza for my family to be delivered. When it got to our house and we went to eat when we opened the pizza boxes our pizza had no cheese just topping and sauce. We ordered 3 lg pizzas the only one with cheese was the 6 cheese pizza. This is so disappointing who makes a pizza and forgets the cheese. Dominoes claims they do a quality check before the pizza us delivered obviously they must not if pizza are leaving with out when having cheese on them. This is not the first time mistakes have been made on my orders recently, I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

Just picked up 4 large pizzas for a jobsite came out of town to bring to my husband and everyone working went to Domino's with my son and of course my son has to go to bathroom but told No staff only! Honestly just drove over an hour we had masks and sanatizer last time I come to this place!

Worst place ever when comes too deliverer, they claim they don't deliver to my house which is 3 minutes out of listowel,
And there deliverer guys drive past my place all the time,
And when my brother places an order then they deliver to my house,
I don't understand soooo stupid

Really good pizza and super fast delivery however the last few times I've ordered online it was wrong.
Order extra toppings which I don't get or they added stuff I didn't request.

They don't have good quality pizza not only that but they don't check the order before handing it out for example if you order veggie piazza then you will get at least 3 pleases of meet in there and guess what apparently" it will be accidentally placed there ".

Poor Customer service, waited 20 min for our order that was already ready and sitting in the warming tray. Owner was screaming at staff in front of customers, by the time we actually got our order it was cold and dried out.

Excellent value, remarkably good "cheap" pizza, staff almost entirely focused on production and ignore clients waiting in or out of the building. Pizza and value 4 stars. Customer service 2 stars.
My visit was on a Monday at 430pm.

Usually the pizza is really good.
But yesterday I ordered a pizza and it maid me I'll and still I'll. I kept one piece if anybody once it.

Very slow service. Stood at counter for quite a while before anyone assisted me and I was the only one in the store. Very inattentive staff. Just came to pickup my pizza. Disappointing!

Pizza is usually good, but it’s really hit or miss service.

Sometimes I order, and everything is ready and correct at the time indicated and pickup is smooth. Other times, they’ve been 40+ minutes late or I’m ignored for 10 minutes by all staff while I’m the only one standing in the store just trying to grab my food (this was really weird/rude).

It’s just a roll of the dice, good luck.

I one time found a bunch of half dead fruit flies on my pizza, that i ordered from another Pizza franchise. It was still better more appetizing than Dominos Pizza.
If you saw the woman's hygiene who makes the pizzas during the day shift, you wouldn't want to eat it either.

Just want to give Domino’s Listowel a huge shout out and thank you for the amazing delivery we received at the Listowel Zehrs today! Our Colleagues were delighted in light of such a crazy time! Thanks again for making our day that much better!

Just got delivery tonight grabbed a piece of the one I love and go to bite in and saw pineapple (deathly allergic) I called and they were amazing about it made and delivered a brand new one and gave me a credit. We have never had any issues with them. Fast reliable very friendly staff.

Appreciate their Monday 50 percent off promotion. Often though pizza's arent made properly. Missing toppings, extra cheese doesnt seem to be any different then not ordering extra, pan was still under pizza in our take out once, and the ground beef is nasty (in my opinion), also their meatlovers pizza doesnt have bacon!? This Is CANADA! (Imagine Spartan reenactment). On the plus side they do make up for their mistakes by offering a free pizza or side, and we got a great pan for making our own pizza at home:)

Occasionally go on a Monday as the pizza is half price. Best pizza in listowel we have found to be New Orleans.

I ordered a pizza in person, left and came back 15-20 min later. Only to wait another 25 min watching the board tell me there was only 10 min left. Do not recommend.

It's Dominos.have had some good pizzas from this location and some pretty mediocre ones as well. Delivery is usually prompt and can pay with debit at the doors which is handy.

Decent pizza, however more and more recently they keep forgetting things such as dip sauces which would be fine but when you're charge $3 here and there for the missing sauces it adds up. Was told once I'll have $5 off my next order, that never happened and still continue to forget the sauces. Probably out a good $15+ just on missing sauces alone. Would avoid.

Always fast and always delicious. Ordering online is easy and you get points towards free pizza.

Ordering online is easy and efficient. Tracking the order online means no waiting after I get to the store. The staff are friendly and efficient!

Ordered a pizza shortly after 2 pm and it was delivered in about 50 minutes but it was the wrong pizza. Driver tracked down the pizza and delivered it to me, nice and cold! Called at 3: 20 to have a new one made to replace that one. 4: 45 I have to call again wondering where this pizza is. Still waiting! Not impressed!

It took over an hour to deliver a pizza. Ordered online at 625 and received it at 745. No explanation. Very disappointed

Pizza is good. However the italian sausage isn't authentic. And the wings should be done a little more crispier.

I told the guy on the phone that my previous order of pasta was a tin nearly half full but I ordered 2 more pasta carbonara on a Saturday eve along with a medium deluxe. Over $40 at the door with a tip, I open my 2 take out tins of pasta and they are even less than 1/2 full and my deluxe pizza had 50% of the pizza bare, no sauce or cheese. And I counted 3 mushrooms on the whole pizza. I was livid! I will never order from this location again and get ripped off!

I can’t believe that I just spent that amount of money on their gluten free pizza. The pizza that I’ve ordered the last few times hasn’t been the best from this location but the gluten free pizza was terrible! Dry, hard, flavourless. Disappointed to say the least. Dominos really should have paid me to eat it. I was really hoping that this would be a slightly healthier option in Listowel but that’s not the case at all. I should have just cooked instead of taking the night off.

I was there lastnight to pickup an online order at 730pm. Dispite it being a very young crew, they were all working hard to get all the orders out. There was a girl placing an order from a call in kudos to her for keeping it professional with the customer who was obviously being very demanding and she had to explain MANY times she could not guarantee it would be ready for 8. He wasted a good 20min of her time. Please be kind, they are young and doing they're best and you are not royalty.

I love personalizing my own pizza and having it made quickly with lots of toppings. Also I appreciate that they are open later than most places in the area.
