Domino's Pizza

I remember once I got hired here and they just removed my name off the weekly schedule after 3 weeks without any proper reason or notice. Upon asking, they told me to call their another store to get the shifts but nobody answered. Never recommending anybody to get hire and even purchasing anything from this store because they don’t even use gloves.

Pizza is over cooked. You guys should focus on working instead of relaxing and speaking ki kiing and joking about. This is not bollywood, make my pizza properly. Not coming back to this location

Great walk in deals! Tasty pizza. I like that you can collect points on the app towards a free pizza. This location has owned up and made up for any errors they make like forgetting drinks, etc. Of course it does not happen often and we are all human and imperfect so I do not hold that against them. If there's a problem, I call and speak with them directly and they are always kind and friendly. Fast delivery, also.

For the first time I tried Domino's and the pizza was so good and delivery boy was also very amiable.

We order from this location a couple of times each month. Given our closeness to the restaurant, we order in advance and simply pick it up. At times, the plaza can be extremely busy which makes it difficult for pickup orders. However, in terms of the pizza and chicken, it’s usually quite delicious. The only issue we have had on a couple of occasions is that when we order a thin crust pizza it tends to be overcooked. Not sure if cooking tin crust is more difficult? Nonetheless, we are usually happy with our orders. We also like getting points with each order.

Excellent Pizza. Extravaganza better than any other location I have tried! Fresh toppings and generous.

The product is really good at all but service is not in this location. Ordered a pizza and at home found a base with cheese only, no other ingredients ordered. Be careful and check before paying.

Poor service, I had online order today and it took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to be delivered after two follow up calls to this store.

Ordered two medium pizzas with 6 toppings along with cheesy bread.it wasn’t worth the money. For the 6 toppings we picked up 2 portions of chicken ie 4 toppings and tomatoes.but we hardly found couple of chicken pieces in each slice of the pizza and the cheesy bread wasn’t sliced at all. Overall it wasn’t a great experience except hospitality.

I ordered pizza on two different occasions. I took a picture of both of the pizzas they delivered. The first one was completely burnt, & the slices were moved around like they took the pizza apart for some reason. The pizza was completely inedible, I am feeding my kids this, burnt pizza. They were so rude on the phone, they kept informing me that they were busy, at 10pm, that's ok but please give a proper pizza to feed my starving kids, who love Domino's Pizza BTW. I live in a condominium, the delivery on both occasions never dropped it off at my door. They always did it before, but now they won't. One time the delivery person "said your pizza is here" I waited then call him back, he said I left it down stairs. OMG why are they doing this, such bad customer service, and the pizza fell to one side. I called back on both occasions and they delivered me cold pizza to replace the burnt pizza and the pizza that fell to one side. I got my money back on both occasions. Please don't get pizza from this place, the manager is very rude, yelling at me saying " what should I Do" explaining him self why my pizza were cold and burnt. Find a better place everyone, don't get pizza from this Domino's. Thank you.

I ordered an ex large thing crust pizza, and after 20 minutes of when i get to the store they tell me they cant do thin crust on an x-large pizza and made it regular which i didn't want, i tried explaining to the manager there, thats not what i wanted but he barely understood any English and what i was saying. Truly poor customer service. I even contacted the store before hand to avoid this problem but it was obvious they didn't listen

Over cooked and even after spelling my name out slowly to the guy for the order, he purposely misspelled it. I should have known when he looked at his friend and laughed. Apparently that's what establishments do now for clout. First and last time. No respect for customers.

Usually an awesome experience, always well prepared and made fast.
Just be sure to order way in advance on busy 50% off deal days as the lines and backlog can get huge. Example: 50% this Saturday I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes exactly today for a pickup order.

The worst pizza I've ordered in Canada. Ordered an extra large pizza with 4 toppings, kids have been fighting and crying, threatened to find another father. Either charge the right fee that can allow adding proper amount of toppings or call your product pizza style bread.

The last two times I ordered from this location, the Pizza had barely any pizza sauce on it. It was like literally eating cheese bread. I don't know if there purposely skimping out on ingredients because there usually good when I order.

I called this place at 11: 08p.m November, 3,2022 with the intention of ordering a pizza. The lady who answered the phone asked me for my phone number then address. Before i could finish complete my order she said that we dont go there and she does not know that place. Lol. I live less than 10 minutes away from the store. She ended the call and told me to place my order online. UNACCEPTABLE.

If I can give them zero stars I will do it! Worst costumer service I ordered pizza got it after 2 and half hours. Be careful when you order from this location! Don’t waist your time and money! They are 100% horrible there!
