Dominos pizza sauce at first is very spicey.however after voicing my displeasure, the team made sure to replace my pizza with a recommendation of marinara sauce … I just finished the greatest pizza on a bad day. Thanks for making my day guys KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Main St location in Hamilton is always consistent and the staff are always friendly. Always fresh and hot. Will always return to this location

My fave dominos I come here so much the employees know me they are all the best and so kind! I honestly love all the people who work here! I’ve been going here for at least the last five years and if there is ever a problem they will rectify it.

I love this Domino's. We usually order pizzas with dipping sauces and have been for a couple years from here. My order has always been correct and the pizzas have been fresh, hot, and well-made every time. Super consistent! The staff is always nice too.

Staff is very friendly and management was extremely helpful! Good customer experience overall, would recommend

But big mistake

Came in person to order two specialty chickens and one medium pizza. And they only got one speciality chicken, and now my food is waiting in the “warmer”.

The young children that work here, need a bit more guidance during the evening shift. IMO

Such an inconvenience and no apology for the mix up, rather spend my money else where.

I would like to say that my experience at this location was very good all thanks to one employee there that I met last night picking up my pizza named Isabelle. Not only was the pizza on point and tasty but also her great customer service made my experience the best and because of her I shall be returning to this location for pizza.

I told them my daughter threw up the food as it was over cooked, the sauce tasted curdled/spoiled. I was told by the manager Jess that she cooked it no way it was bad no other complaints in the day, then the owner Jackie called me after I called back because I hadn’t heard from anyone in about 20-30 minutes of waiting. I was once again told that there is no way that happened it goes on a conveyor belt. The noodles were very hard, all around the chicken bites was completely black yes I understand cheese can burn but I had to break off full chunks, the sauce on top of them tasted off, and the sauce for the chicken carbonara tasted off. I had to ask twice for a refund to be told I’m wrong there’s no way it’s food poisoning. I never once said my daughter had food poisoning I said she threw it up after she ate a few bites of each, and then she shook her head no and started screaming at me and then I tasted the sauces and they tasted completely off and gross. I literally hate ordering from this location I tried to give them another chance but I cannot do it every time I’ve ever gotten food from there it’s disgusting. Not to mention apparently you have to argue to get a refund even when your simply telling the truth. Don’t order from this location choose a better one.

We ordered two pizzas, a gluten free pizza and a large pizza with hot peppers and pineapple. The gluten free pizza was cut by a person who’s never seen pizza before, about 25 small square pieces.and the large pizza had barely any cheese. It was straight up garbage and honestly there’s no coming back from this, if a small restaurant served me this I’d never go back, I’m basically just reviewing to let you know this was brutal. We ordered dominos a lot, but I guess this phase of our lives is over.

I'm not big fan big store pizza places last Fri no cook nite I grabbed domino's 2 slices 2.99 tax in 3.30 ish pepperoni fresh oven made short wait solid 4 star experience

Chicken wings were horrible, They are nothing like the picture Domino's shows. They were tiny, tasteless and looked and tasted like they were boiled and sauce added. Would never order them again.

I am never disappointed in the pizza when I order. My family loves the perfect quantities of toppings, never overly sauced. Always perfect. We specifically choose this location as the numerous of times we order the store offers wonderful service right down to the drivers.

Had a driver try to fight me over a canceld pizza when i called and explained they gave a free pizza i would say this dominos is garbage for service

Our team has made changes to our staff and because of this our location has become alot more busier over the last few months. We do apologize for our app not showing how busy we actually are compared to what it says for wait times. During 4-7 is our heaviest time as that's when most orders are placed. Sorry for any delays however we will continue to ensure your satisfied with our service and your food will show up steaming hot. I just ordered pizza from Domino’s at 1440 Main St. E.
It was the best pizza ever. Also, I don’t know which delivery driver from Domino’s delivered my pizza but I wish I gave him a bigger tip, EVERYONE that had the pizza said it was the hottest pizza they’ve ever had delivered, and we are old so that is a lot of pizza deliveries.

Really disappointed with the place this time. Both pizzas we ordered were over cooked with next to no toppings on it. Maybe they could turn down the music so they can hear their customers and what they are asking for.

The worst customer service ever had. The worst people on the phone. I got stuck in the elevator so the driver took off. I called the store to get my order reship to me. I was told it would take ten minutes. But it taken almost 45 mins. All I got from everyone was just excuses after excuses. That is not Costumer service it’s the wrong way of doing thing. They to step it up.

Always fresh. Unlike other pizza places in the city, you can count on consistency. Always check online for deals.

Came in for pick up. Staff was friendly but got the pizzas home and they tasted and smelled like soap. Don't think they are rinsing off the trays after they get washed.

Used to work there and loved it until the first lockdown hit and the manager made me re apply and asked me to do another interview then didn't even answer me when it was time to interview. I ordered pizza and wings yesterday and the pizza was only sauce and burnt while the wings were TINY. $30 wasted.

I recently moved and this is the Domino's that I'm now in the delivery radius of. I've ordered from them 4 times now, every time I do I order extra sauce, and every time they have not only not put extra sauce but it almost seems like they're putting LESS. Certainly less than any of the other Domino's I've ordered from before. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times but after 4 orders I'm no longer going to waste my money here, I'll just drive to the Domino's in my old neighbourhood and pick up there.

Found coupons in my mailbox called what seems to be closest dominos this was my first and last time i will ever do this again give my adress they say they dont deliver to my area call this other location. I say ok I call the next one give adress nope call this one call that one give adress nope get told again call the next location they tell same thing. Do see the circle here? It doesn't end. 30 mins of calling for nothing my family is hungry. I guess I'll just stick with the guy I have been using for 3 yrs because dominos dont know what location shud serve me and another company too big and rich to care why do us canadains alow this if we all stuck together we could fix alot

Anyone eating Dominos less than 5 stars does not understand Dominos. There is a time and a place for ordering from this chain and your expectations should be adjusted so that 1 star would mean they literally threw your food on your front lawn, flipped you off and did a burnout in your garden.

A large pizza is like, $10? What do you think this is, Shorty’s? Cheap, fast and quality, you pick two anywhere and this place is no different.

Had a timed order for 1230. Made it at 11am. Called at 12 to confirm to drop off the pizza at the construction site behind the waste waster plant. Didnt bother to tell me then that my order would be half an hour late due to a large volume of orders that needed to be delivered.

Didn't get a lunch because their inability to manage their time effectively.

Will not order from this store again.

Worst Domino’s pizza in the city. First off the pizza was doughy and under cooked. I asked for well done 2nd They F up our order and send it in two parts. So three of us ate while the others waited. They didn’t even compensate us with anything for the wait. We will NEVER order from this Domino’s again.

Too bad experience. The manager was rude. I asked for seasonings and they said they don’t give it because of Covid 19. I didn’t see this at any other Dominos.

Seriously worst store I’ve ever been too always messing up my order can’t even work the app Because it doesn’t work correctly at all, won’t let me pay by debit online only MasterCard and after trying to get my order correct they end up not being able to deliver it’s a 10 minute drive to centennial. I’m officially done with dominos because of this branch

We’ve ordered from here a number of times w just a few minor issues we don’t bother fussing about. (Large pizza badly made and half the size, pizzas uncut or cut badly etc). We ordered tonight and the pizza showed up cold, we got cinnamon bread instead of cheesy, pop was forgotten, no dipping sauce. Guy said he’d be back in 15 w the pop and didn’t return till an hour an a half later w the wrong pop. We followed up on the phone and they brought us our cheesy bread but no dip. Wish I’d just made dinner for all the hassle we had.

This place has no consistency at all. When I ordered first time, pizza came real good (probably someone made it who knows how pizza should be).

Considering my pizza was good first time, I ordered again and this time, it was very horrible pizza that you loose your trust in pizzas. It came with half cooked dough, very roughly garnished toppings, and lots of pizza sauce (even though I didn’t ask extra sauce). Also, dough wasn’t even tasty, it was lacking some salt.

However, I ate up this nasty pizza because I didn’t want to waste food and money. But I tell you that this was my last time ordering pizza from this location.

Parm bites were awesome but the pizza was way too saucy and not evenly sauced at that. Crust and toppings are good and I love Domino's cheese but the sauce situation really spoiled my slices. Would love to see this location cut back on the sauce, it's way too tangy to have in abundance

I order from Domino's Pizza maybe once a year and every time I do I'm reminded why I don't like their pizza every year the pizza shows up more burnt and with the last toppings they used to be great years ago when it wasn't such a mainstream place now they just don't care about their customers and chance out on the toppings thanks Domino's for being terrible

I went in tonight and asked for 2large pizza while i waited there was a lady that was not happy n the one worker calmly controlled the situation but in the end they made my pizza in 13mins and it tastes so good well done

Over the last few months of ordering from this establishment, it’s becoming apparent that this location just can’t make pizza properly. Every time I order from them, 75% of the pizza is just bubbled dough. Why am I paying for bubbled up dough when I can go to the Hi-Land’s pizza down the street and get a pizza that actually has the toppings on it instead of sliding together? Also! The crunchy crust dough is ALWAYS burned to the point that it crumbles when you pick it up. So disappointing, especially since the location at Stonechurch is so amazing. I’m so upset that I have to settle for this garbage if I want Dominos because Stonechurch doesn’t deliver to my new location.

Edit: After a late night, I decided to give them another chance. Cracker crust with burned edges.

Went in, they weren't busy at all yet made me wait at the front counter a good 10 minutes before taking my order. Waited longer than i should've for a small order, and it when I got it it was undercooked and looked very undersize to what it should've looked like. Took it back, they refused to give me a refund. A very bad experience for a first time customer there. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Very disappointed in the service I received tonight. With my order I had ordered the cinnasticks. I got my order home to find out they forgot the icing (no problem, mistakes happen) I phoned figuring they would make it right. I was told they would credit me a dollar and change for the missing icing. I asked if they could make another order and send it out with their delivery guy and I would give them this order back as it was cold. Was told no they would send icing with delivery driver. No exaggeration I waited 36 minutes and still no icing. I drive back to the store and told them I wanted my money back. The girl on cash did apologize and refunded my money. I ask her to have the manager call me tomorrow as I would like to discuss this further. She pointed to another girl and told me that was the assistant manager. I asked to speak to her and she told the cashier she was too busy to speak to me.

Really rude service called cause online said they where the closest to me they said they don't deliver to me and hang up what happened to customer appreciation could have been polite and said it our maybe a number to the nearest one really rude at this location never been treated like that by any other place I was giving business to.

Today I was sadden by the service I received today I asked if they had a style of pizza was told it didn't come in that size! In a rude tone then I said I'll just get a large she was short with me didn't even smile as I was super nice to her then after I got my pizza I was like have a great day all she said to me was YUP! And rolled her eyes I get it food service sucks but don't be rude to people who are nice to you!

They barely put any cheese on their pizzas and load up the sauce. Not sure how its hard to get a proper sauce to cheese ratio but the staff must have been taught to do this because its EVERY single pizza. Sucks that i cant order delivery from the downtown main st location.

When I started going to Dominos I loved the cheese to sauce ratio, the perfectly done crust, the generosity with ingredients. But recently Dominos has changed, it's not the place I knew it to be. Burnt pizza, skimping on the cheese, a cardboard flavour, the quality is lacking. The pizzas were done with hast, I know we live in a fast paced world but maybe you are going too fast and forgetting to really look at the product you're putting out. I know this sounds like the end of my love for Dominos but really it's just a break, lets try again in the future and hopefully have some delicious pizza!

This Dominos, has rude staff, as well as a lot of there drivers pound loud music until early morning, while driving like maniacs, squealing there tires on the street at 3am, went in to ask them to stop, right in the store there employee tells me to F-OFF, everyone should boycott them, oh ya there manager was there and does nothing

Good product. But i see their delivery guys always breaking the law. For example not stoping at 4way stops. Speeding thru residential areas. Was almost hit by one of their drivers not too long ago as i was crossing the street with my dog at a cross walk. Buddys didnt stop or slow down. He took the corner as if he was in tokyo drift.

Go here quite frequently, service is always decent. However sometimes the pizza is a little undercooked so I usually ask for well-done.

Never had a bad experience here. We order regularly and always love the service. Friendly delivery staff and always very tasty. Great for a late night meal.
