Domino's Pizza

Every time I get a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread it is exceptional! Best pizza I have ever had! I will definitely keep coming back. This is my favorite pizza place in town!

We have purchased Pizza for many years in Tillsonburg and agree that Domino's are way above the rest in both quality and service. Particularly like the uncomplicated online ordering

My first on line order, missed the portion for time for pick up. Called the location and they were wonderful and very helpful. Pizza was ready when we arrived and was hot and very tasty!

The way I was being spoken to on the phone, with defensiveness, and reasoning, before confirming replacement, as well as the delivery driver asking for the original pizza, has now made my final decision not to order here anymore. My 5 year old does not like a visibly overcooked/dark food, and already doesn't eat the crust because of this, so when he wouldn't eat it, I of course called to get a replacement. We did get the replacement, and it was perfect, but never have I felt this way with our other local pizzerias, and this is a large franchise and was made to feel like they thought I was trying to take advantage of them. I'm mainly adding this review and pictures so they can visibly see the difference since that's what they seemed to want when they asked for the pizza back.they didn't take it because I ate a couple slices, but I don't mind my pizza well done, but I didn't just order it for me and my son deserves to have pizza he likes too.well done pizza on the left, we did not order it well done.

Edit: Matt called right away to apologize, was very friendly and understood the situation. Very nice to see the quick response to the issue.

One star for akash as he was incredibly rude when trying to fix a clear mistake his store made. Tried to offer me a small pizza when someone has clearly taken a slice from my pizza. (See attached). The un named hero (my delivery driver) went a head and rectified the situation in a matter of minutes. Akash, please take notes on the driver in matters of customer service.you are lacking.

So beautiful and tasty pizza. The guy was working all by himself Friday night around 1: 00am. His pizza was as good as him. I am gonna order every Friday now. Thanks

A meatzza was order and Alfredo sauce instead of the regular pizza sauce. Unfortunately the pizza sauce was used and it could have been baked a bit more.

We used to order from the competition, but we have found that domino's offers a great pizza at a great price and the quality of service has been very good.

Great pizza. Made fast, delivered in great time. I love the fact that I can see the status of my order throughout the whole process.

Good pizza i got it delivered and the person who delivered it was andrew my opinion andrew is the best delivery driver my pizza got delivered in 5 minutes.

I got the pepperoni feast it comes with double cheese, I asked if I could get triple cheese and that's exactly what I got.

I got a half cooked pizza that looked like some one splashed slim on it an my dog wouldn't eat it it was tasty 48 $ for 2 pizzas it's totally gross around 3 hours pay for something I can't eat I am disappointed and they said that when I got home witch is 30 minutes away from tillsonburg on the phone they can reinstall my cash am definitely never going here again beside me bringing they nasty food back next week so gross

I've ordered from this place twice, and both times they have messed up my order, last night I ordered 2 pizzas but the delivery driver only brought 1 and had to go back and get the other one. Then the other time the driver brought my pizza but forgot the drinks, and again he had to go back to the store, do the drivers not check the receipt to make sure they have the full order before they leave the store?

Just spent 40 minutes in this store waiting for my order to then be told they lost it. Then could only refund in cash.

When getting plain pepperoni and cheese, they taste like pennie’s… don’t know if they wash their pans
