People are very quick to phone and complain. Wouldn’t be nice to see some Raves instead of Rants.
I am just as guilty as the next person. I phoned and complained about an error that was made with my pizza. I have to say, there was no hesitation in fixing it. Yesterday my friend and I ordered another pizza from Domino’s. The service was outstanding and the pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in years. It was delivered at the requested time and it was hot enough that the cheese pulled away in strings as pizza should do.
I would just like to thank Domino’s for the excellent service yesterday. I will definitely be ordering more often. When anyone is looking for a great pizza I will with all honesty tell them to order from Domino’s.

Had the best pizza ever. Maybe because I was hungry?

I have lot of complaints about this franchise-
1) I think that’s the new owner cum delivery boy always begging for tips. (keep some self respect please). I saw him doing the same thing at his other business. It’s other restaurant.
2. I politely asked if I can use washroom and shamelessly they said go to Boston pizza. How can they send their clients to their competitors and not helping them.
3. I noticed the thickness of pizza was reduced (poor guys doing cost cutting).
4. Improvements- I think since pizza pizza is coming to town they are trying to show good service.
Don’t just work for money please work for better customer service with community or please pass on the business to some dedicated business person.

The food was fine, but the establishment didn't seem very clean. An alarming number of moths were present in the building.

Surprised they didn't have a single vegan option on their menu. The guy that answered the phone didn't even know what vegan was and kept giving me cheese options. Vegan cheese is more common now. Boston Pizza has vegan cheese. Hopefully they will move with the times eventually.

Always a great experience for pick-up and delivery. The food is always hot and freshly made, and Domino's has great friendly staff as well! Thank you:)

No updates on my tracking in over an hour (and don’t expect it to even arrive), and always something missing on an order unfortunately.

Slowest delivery known to mankind. Well actually zero delivery. Almost 90 minutes late. Store told me to check my driveway. Guess they will drop pizza there or on your lawn. Nope wasn’t there either. Call back. Sorry it’s still on the heat rack. Never again will I order dominoes.
