My favourite place to order Pizza, they do take great care and are quite fast too! Very reasonable to any issues that may occur and are very nice.

I love ordering my fav beef pizza every once in a while and they usually do it the best!

Took >1.5 hours to receive a garlic bread and cinnasticks order. App estimated a deliver time of 23-33 minutes

Usually a very big fan of a dominos. However will NEVER order from this location again.

Your pizza related items have improved greatly… to the point that we rarely order elsewhere.
We also like the habanero mango wings. Also can’t go wrong with the cinnamon stix and icing.
My location is great. The app allows me to follow the process from start to finish.

Great pizza, but when it says quality control on the board and I see it just sitting on a shelf, don't make me wait to pick it up. Please just let me take it home? No one was checking it at all.

1 Year ago I would have gave this location 5 stars but now at most I can give 1. Why? Been scammed multiple times. The people who work here are not honest at all. They don't lie, but if they have a chance they will take it. Was a dollar or so every time I ordered here and this happened 3 times (around). Its not a big deal at all. I never corrected them tho because I didnt care much. But I appreciate the honesty. Picked pay at store option. Order was 13.50 or close to it. I wasn't sure because I was picking for a friend but I knew it was around $15. When I got to the store they asked me the price to confirm. I told them its around $15 because I wasn't sure. So instead of 13.50 they charged me $15. This happened few times with various amounts but never more than $2. I didn't bother to write review until the pizza quality dropped.

Now the pizza itself. Honestly a year ago I would have given 5 stars. But now every time I order pizza. I honestly only taste the dough and barely any toppings on there. At this point its not even worth buying it. Im only buying the Monday 50% off and even at that. I wouldn't order. Assuming the actual price for the pizza that tasted like bread would be $30 is outrageous.

I have tried BBQ chicken, Meetza, Alfredo, Canadian. All are tasteless. Unless you add additional toppings. Which only adds to the cost and at that point why bother buying overpriced pizza?

Honestly disappointed. Use to be my go to place for 1+ years straight.

Great but

The dough needs to be softer, it needs more butter and yogurt on the dough in order for it to be smooth, and it needs more cheese, especially the edges, and we need to invent a pizza whose edges are cheese from the inside

This dominos is always messing up our orders. Just ordered a Hawaiian and added green peppers. When we hot home and looked it was green pepper and cheese. I called them and he responded "no its Hawaiian". Wouldnt do anything unless I drove back to show them. Here is your photos.

I live 7 minutes from this branch and had to wait hours for my order. I contacted the store while waiting and they claimed that they attempted to call me multiple times (which was false because I did not have any missed calls). The delivery driver was also able to contact me with no issues at the same phone number. I provided an alternate number and couple minutes after this call, I received a call from them to confirm what my order was. According to the app, the order was finally started after this call. Eventually the order ended up arriving over 2 hours after it was placed. I reached out to customer service because of this and was contacted by the store manager. The store manager was extremely rude, refused to accept accountability and insisted that my order arrived at 10: 45 (the order was placed in the oven at 10: 57 so this was obviously not true).

I order the pizza but the store canceled the order without informing me and there are lots of managers working there that are rude and asking me to file the complaint to dominos saying they dont care. I suggest never order pizza from this store as they will cancel anytime.

This is definitely one of the better locations. My only issue is how long it takes them to answer the phone, if at all. It doesn't seem to matter what time you call. However, the pizza is made well and is always delicious.

Generally, I’ve had very mediocre experiences with this location— mainly because whenever I ask for extra cheese, they never put extra cheese (I even consider it less than the normal amount compared to other locations). I’d give them lower score, but I recently ate the most phenomenal pizza I’ve ever had from a Domino’s chain (and they finally gave me my extra cheese!). Not sure if the Domino’s tracker is accurate with who prepares your pizza, but shoutout to Divya— that pizza was amazing and totally changed my perception of this location.

I don't know, my pizza sure came fast but it wasn't good. It was cold, and it was Extra chewy like it wasn't cooked but it probably was. I am sad as dominoes is my favorite chain. But I must be spoiled from the Stratford store team.

Used to be my favourite location, what happened? This was your third strike, you're out. What is it about pasta dishes that you guys find so challenging? Mushrooms, roasted red peppers, with marinara sauce. I can't do dairy so this is what I'm limited to from a pizza place (because frankly, a pizza without cheese loaded on it is just wrong, don't get me started on anchovies). First strike our pizza was pretty lukewarm, and some of my pasta was crunchy, but I've worked in restaurants all my life so figured it was a kitchen one-off and let it slide. Second strike the mushrooms and red peppers were raw. I can see how the cook might have been confused, because roasted & raw both start with an "r". Just my meal that time (out of a more than $75 order) so I let that slide as well. Third strike wouldn't have been so bad if (a) Somebody had actually said "hello" before throwing me onto hold the first two times I called, (b) if the guy who finally picked up hadn't have tried to convince me that marinara sauce and the white sauce I suspected was cheese that was on my pasta were the same thing, because that's what marinara sauce looks like, and (c) after putting me on hold to, I suspect, go stick his head in the fridge to see if marinara sauce was supposed to be white (from those uber rare white tomatoes?) he offered a credit on our account. Right. Not a refund for that dish. Not send out another dish. Not, like, apologize. Not, "and how was the rest of your meal? " A credit. Huh.

Btw, the rest of the meal? I've taken food safety courses. The wings were barely warm (I'm cursing you now for putting that Kenny Loggins song into my head) as was the pizza. You guys have no way of keeping this stuff at least warm in your delivery cars? Pizza can be reheated, but those wings were a bit dicey and a hard pass.

Sending a great big THANK YOU to employee Jaden. I was sitting in my car struggling to log in to the app to see if my order was ready before heading into the store. Jaden recognized my van (yes, we pick up a lot of pizza) and brought my order to my car. #ABOVEANDBEYOND

Had a very bad experience, ordered my pizza online while picking up asked cashier how much time its going to take for brownie to order he said 8 mins, waited more then 45 mins never got my brownie after so many reminders, delivery drivers were coming and picking up other customers orders to fullfill thier orders walkin customers were just waiting for thier orders for hours.

We ordered pizza for my daughter's 2nd birthday party for pickup and when we got there they told us the pizzas would be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later e had to ask where our pizzas where and they told us that they had forgot to make one of the pizzas and it would be a few more minutes. Meanwhile the ones that had already been made were sitting on the counter behind the cash for 25 minutes. There was an attempt at an apology but no mention of they were going to do anything to "make it right" to us. We were not happy

Just have to rant about this Domino's. Went to pickup my extra-cheesy pizza (plus a bunch of other toppings) and took a quick look: there was almost 2" from the crust to where the toppings started and there were only about 1/2 the usual amount.

The 'manager' told me "I can make you another one, but it'll be exactly the same". So, I told him to keep it, and left.

I've had so many issues with this place. Not only do they consistently mess up my orders - every time I've called the staff have been incredibly rude and the drivers are always miserable t. It's absolutely disgraceful. The only item worth ordering here is a pan pizza but you can't even order a single pizza by delivery anymore. You have to order at lease two to get it delivered. Horrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered pizza online, it said 50-60 minutes. Showed up 60 minutes later and proceeded to wait an additional hour at their store. I understand Friday nights are busy, however this store needs a more accurate time estimate.

Fire pizza every time.its hard for me to think of a fast food establishment which is able to deliver such consistently great product and service quality as well as this location.

Terrible customer service. Got my one COLD pizza 2.5 hours after placing the order - they called the wrong number, then refused to give me the pizza for free saying 'they cant focus on just one order'. No one should have to wait 2 hours for one pizza. Additionally, I ordered just cheese and it came with a mushroom on it, which my friend is seriously allergic to. This is so unacceptable and I will never order from here agin.

Terrible service. Waited over an hour and a half for delivery and I live less than 1 km away. I tried to call this location directly 5 times but no one answered. The driver was polite but totally embarrassed knowing he was going to hand us a cold pizza. We sent it back. The store never followed up, no customer service check, no apology. Very disappointing.

Order was placed at 7pm. I was expecting at least an hour wait I know Friday’s can be busy. Was told 64-74 minutes through the online order system and was totally fine with that.

Keeping my eye on the tracker my pizzas still hadn’t been started at 751. I decided to give them a call. I had to call 5 TIMES before I spoke with someone. I was told at this point in time that my pizzas would be here in 25 minutes. Okay. Fine. Running a bit further behind. I will deal.

I just spoke with someone again at 830 and was told it would still be an additional 10-15 min before it would get here. I take issue with this due to being told 2 different times already.

What is the point of lying to your customers and not allowing them to make an informed decision about cancelling an order because you know it will take significantly longer?

Never had this issue with other locations but I will absolutely avoid this location at all cost. Absolutely terrible experience.

Told the girl over the phone large pepperoni, bacon and green pepper. I realized when I got home that there was no sauce on my pizza, I called the location I picked it up at and they told me I ordered it with no sauce and next time to make sure I mention to add sauce.
(I thought all pizza came with sauce why should I have to mention it)

Service is extremely slow, order was ready for about 10 minutes before anything was said. Also, staff were playing provocative music during the entire visit. Extremely terrible experience with this location. Manager also doesn’t look like he knows what he’s doing

Disgusting service takes 2 hour to deliver just one pizza. And that to totally burnt. Not going to order from dominos anymore.

Took an hour to make a small pizza for pickup. When i finally went into the store i heard one of the female employees yelling "it's not our fault the online orders are so difficult to read". Well if you can't keep track of your orders you shouldn't work there no apologies nothing horrible customer service.

It is a place run by teenagers that doesn't have a great record of sending you a well-made pizza. If you order a thin crust, only 2 out of 3 times will you get something well made, the other 1 out of 3 times it is burnt/overcooked. It is a fairly frequent occurrence that when the students are in town your pizza will be out for delivery for over an hour and show up cold and dried out - they basically send out drivers with too many orders at a time. Was a customer for a long time, but not any more. Not impressed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. First of all, it took an hour and 5 minutes to be delivered, and I had to pay for it even though the website says it's free if it takes more than 30 minutes. Second, he arrived and completely forgot the cheese bread that I ordered, and third, the delivery guy was incredibly rude. He called me to say that he had arrived but the called ID said he was from Manitoba (I live in Ontario) so I figured it was spam or something. He then texted me, so I walked out and he had parked 5 minutes away from where I told him I lived (the last time I ordered from Skip the Dishes, the delivery guy came directly to the front doors of the building). I got there and paid with my debit card, as I finished I told him that I wouldn't need a receipt and he said to me "Well you messed it up anyways" as if I did anything to ruin his debit machine. Then, as he was getting in his car to drive away, he turned around and said "answer your phone next time, it's really rude" before getting in his car and leaving. We've tried calling the store 5 times to ask about getting our cheese bread (which I did pay for, it says so on the receipt) and there has been no answer.

Ordered here with my friend and the service was horrible.we orderd cheesy bread that naver came and the driver was very rude.he parked 5 mins away from the given adress after we waited for an hour, told us it was rude not to answer the phone (the number was registered in Manitoba so we thought it was a telemarketer) and said we we didnt get a recipt becuase WE broke the machine when the paper got jammed.we tried calling the store 5 diffrent times and there was no answer

Ordered pizza yesterday, we knew it was FOCO and would be busy so we ordered at 4: 40 and scheduled it to come at 6: 05, giving them an hour and a half to prepare (and start earlier if needed), which is ample time. Pizza did not come until 8, I tried calling the store 20 times to ask why it was taking so long and eventually to just cancel it because it was taking too long and we were starving. Theres no way to communicate through the app so cutting off the only form of communication by ignoring the phone is unprofessional, and I can't help but be frustrated by the whole situation

Location & employees are amazing. Came in on a whim while we had just missed the bus and had a 45 minute wait. We asked if we could get a pizza within 15 minutes, and they nope. 10 minutes. Said to order online but they’d start making it before the order even went in; super kind lady with braided hair. 50% off on Mondays ordering online with code MON50P. Great service and would visit and/or order again.

All right if you're trying to fill a hole with cheap stuff LOL. Definitely not Windsor style pizza.

I am very upset with the deliveryman. I love dominos, but the deliveryman made me upset and I will never recommend people to use this chain ever again. He was very rude and he insulted me.

Dominoes and I go way back, it's my ultimate comfort food. I really believe they have the best deals for quality pizza's. I usually get the handmade pan pizza with Alfredo base sauce with chicken, jalapenos, mushrooms and onions. If I'm really hungry I throw in a cheesy bread as well. Their pricing is really good and love it that they have quick delivery options. I have had faulty order deliveries in the past but the dominoes customer service team has always gotten back really quick and compensated adequately. Overall, love the pizzas and customer service. 10/10!

Ordered food for carry out, when I got to store the employee did help me they helped the person behind me, a different employee then helped me after a moment she was great but once I got home with my order of pizza with EXTRA CHEESE which I paid for has bearing any cheese on not even covering the dough very disappointed with my pizza

Domino's is one of the best pizza restaurant in town. They are very professional and all their pizza toppings and recipes taste sweet and very delicious. They are right on time, neat and orderly.
