Domino's Pizza

My address is just north of eglinton i ask them for delivery they said call marly which already there are not picking up the phone i told him i am closer to you then them i am right in eglinton he said no and end the call

Ordered two pizzas and delivery never arrived. Dominoes tracker showed pizza was done less than 10 minutes after ordering - however it was stuck at the last step, before delivery. Called store 35 minutes later - they said delivery driver was just leaving - 30 minutes later and still nothing. We are less than 3 minutes from the store. The worst part is the lack of communication from the store.

This has been our go-to Domino's outlet for the last 2.5 years now. The staff is really friendly, our personal favorite is Akshay. He always welcomes us with a smile. And not to forget, they are pretty great with how you want your pizza to be. "they are always happy to customize your food per your liking. These guys never disappoint me n my friends.

It's always great to bite into a Dominos pizza. The folks here at the Oakwood Avenue Branch make it special as they are really helpful, knowledgeable and a happy bunch. Special mention to Akshay for helping us select great pizza combos.

On God, a dominos pizza without toppings felt like eating literal cardboard. This is not hyperbole.

Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the driver. I clearly stated in the instructions that I work from home and to just leave it on the floor in front of my door.
Well the driver (Jonas or Jonah) calls me while I'm in a meeting saying the "buzzer doesnt work"
I asked him to wait a few mins because IM WORKING.

I run downstairs and this senior gentleman looked annoyed, I grabbed the pizza and said hi thank you and he didn't say a word to me.

As soon as he turned his back, I used my buzzer to dial myself and my phone rang.

Lol. I'm done I don't want to have to worry about running down stairs while I'm working from home just because the delivery man doesn't want to fully deliver. Bye.

We ordered two pizzas and a cookie brownie, our usual order from this branch. Pizzas were great per usual but when we had the cookie brownie it was super uncooked. I called and asked for a new one because I thought It was just a one off, they gave me the box to check if it was good and it was it was great per usual I could tell the other one was just a bit undercooked but when I said that to the worker who gave it to me, he felt the need to touch the brownie and say they were the same crispyness. Not only unnecessary but super gross cause I just saw him come in from outside with ungloved unwashed hands. No problem with the establishment but you always need to wear gloves when handling a customer food.

Tonight's craving "Canadian Pizza" & "BBQ Wings". For fast food, it's always fresh and always hot. Ordering online was simple, quick and easy.

I am extremely angered and flabbergasted with the way this dominos pizza has treated me over the phone. I called to place an extremely simple order for delivery and the man replied with “NO” with then sat in silence followed by him hanging up on me.

Made an order through the app. Order took 2hr to say it was delivered. But was never even delivered. Tried to call the place and was put on perpetual hold, then got disconnected and when I tried to call again the line went to a nonexistent voicemail

Best place to eat something when in a hurry. Their service is rapid, prices are reasonable, awesome mood. Highly recommended

I admire this venue a lot.there is a different atmosphere. The food is great.the service is efficient and the waiters are professional. The pay is honest.greatly recommend.

Not the best service I don't know if I went on a day when they were short staff, I waited 57 minutes for my pizza order which is usually 20-30 minutes. When I receive my pizza it was super cold. Not the best service it was very unacceptable

Great and tasty food, I like the mood this spot has, and the staff members were welcoming. I will definitely come back again.

This spot knows how to take care of their customers. Always with a kind attitude. The food is affordably priced, regularly flavorful and neat.

Staff do the cashiering then go back to the pizza dough without washing his hand! Our pizza has too much oil also. Please improve your hygiene at this store!

Employees will try to scam you if you're unprepared. There was a 5.99 special going on and like 6 employees insisted to me that it was only in America and that it's the American price. I argued with them for a good while and finally they agreed that it's a deal they had in Canada because I proved to them it was on the Canadian Domino's site. I received no apology and they were rude to me saying I should've showed them the ad in the first place. This rating is for the customer service I received here and don't ask me for what I rate the pizza because I was too angry to notice.

The staff at this location are amazing! I've been ordering from them for over two years now and they always provide fast accurate service. Their pizza is always perfect and their wings are fantastic! Your location deserves a bonus for all your hard work! Highly recommend!

Had a good experience in this place with my daughter. The food comes out rapidly and the service is just fantastic. Prices are reasonable.

Very clean and convenient spot. They offer large portions and for affordable prices. I enjoyed the meals a lot and the staff members were super personal and explanatory. Recommended.

This used to be my saviour place late at night. Mouth watering Pizza’s and most of the staff is great.

Recently I had bad experience from there I ordered a pan pizza and they made me a regular one and the manager ask me weather. I can switch the pizza

Where ever we have lived in Ontario, we have chosen Domino's 80% of the time. The other 20% was experimenting with other pizza makers but we go back to Domino's. The spicey full-flavored sauce and ample toppings makes it our best choice.

Pickup. Store has given my pizza to someone else. Staff says "do you want their pizza? "
No, I want my pizza! Can't believe they even offered it to me, not 1 topping was the same as my order. Come on! You know you screwed up, fix it. And no offer for discount? Been ordering here for years, worst cust service I have ever had at this location.

HAIR IN PIZZA! I’ve ordered from this place many times late at night because it’s a last resort and normally I would say it does the job, subpar. Nothing to rave about. But I have to say their customer service is absolutely horrible, whoever the manager is at that store needs to be fired. I ordered a pizza last night and received it at 11: 40 PM and after opening the pizza I realize that there was a large black hair in my pizza well both me and the other party are blonde. Clearly it wasn’t ours, on the listing for this location it says that they close at midnight when we discovered the hair it was after midnight. So I waited to call right at 11 AM when they open in the morning, The only thing that they could do for me was issue a credit to my account for the next time when I order pizza meanwhile I had to go and spend more money last night to order food. I don’t want to credit to a place to put a hair in my pizza, I want my money back. After fighting with a manager on the phone this is the only thing that he could do for me which I find absolutely absurd as someone who’s worked in retail for many years. The only thing that they could do for me was issue a credit to my account for the next time when I order pizza meanwhile I had to go and spend more money last night to order food. I don’t want to credit to a place to put a hair in my pizza, I want my money back. Horrible. I am a big fan of dominos but this store is pathetic. I live so much closer to this store but usually i go to weston store for pick up. Regular customers do that and u will feel the difference in the quality. The prices are way more than other stores. Got burnt pizza and wings toppings were missing and manager said that its been delivered now.we wont repeat it again.

Delicious pizza and fast.when i placed my order online.it said 40 to 50 min.arrived in 20.thanks so much!
