Worse dominos I’ve ever had
Crust under cooked and the pizza was thing and falling apart and it was cold - seems last reviews are all the same - won’t be ordering from here again

Very bad service. I came in last night around 10.40pm and ordered a Large Pizza for 13.99$ with 4 free toppings. The toppings were Italian Sausage, Beef, Pineapple and Red Onions. To my utter shock there was no Beef in the Pizza and onions also were not red. The Pizza was undercooked and very very poor in quality. I took up the matter to the girl who took my order and asked about my beef missing and pizza not having red onions and the pizza was also undercooked. She said there is beef in it and also the onions is white only and argued with me about the quality is good. She was also saying that she has been working for over a year and knows how to give or make pizza. We didn't want to argue more and came out with our pizza. Very unprofessional approach towards the client when you know it's your fault. Domino's staff is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I totally wasted my $20 which included a Fanta and Garlic dip too. Literally had to throw away the pizza as it was not at all eatable. Never going to Domino's again with such rude staff.

Today I have ordered 8 pieces boneless chicken they have given 2 tiny pieces which consider as total 8 pieces which is ridiculous and disappointing waste of $10.72

Utterly disappointed with the quality of pizza and more importantly the behavior of Shift Manager (Raman). My husband visited the store for the first time and ordered Veg pizza with EXTRA CHEESE and paid the amount. To our surprise, When we opened the pizza box at home, pizza was not cooked properly, the sides were thick, broken and dry. Also there was minimal cheese in it. The sides of the pizza were very thick and not chewable. When we reported this incident to the store, Shift Manager (Raman) started arguing with me and I was told that its your responsibility to check the pizza before pickup. Moreover, she started yelling at me. I have all the recordings. Moreover, I was told to bring the the pizza back and then she will issue a credit on our phone number. Its really awful and such a shame to management. She did not have empathy, instead of apologies, she yelled at me and did not listen.
It was an occasion of our anniversary and she spoiled our occasion not only with the service but with her words.

Will not recommend anyone to visit or order from this store.

The pizza, garlic bread and choco lava cake are my all time meal kind of snack.sooo yummy and good. The best pizza all iver the world.

Please do not order pizza from here, they messed up my order 3 times and the lady working here has no manners at all, I don't know how she is still working here, all they do is give credit and nothing else, they are just thirsty for money, watch out.

Don’t bother. Zero efforts and they just don’t care. Food is skimp no toppings not made correctly. I won’t be back here. Ever.

It’s been 3 years I’m eating from this domino’s and still the taste is same. They give best veggie pasta and their cheesy Spanish bread is to die for. Love their food!

I honestly don't understand how this location is getting such a high rating. Just ordered a xl pizza thin crust well down for pickup. Got home and it was a regular pizza with none of my instructions followed, I had to put it back in my oven to cook it more and on top of that it was cut so random with very large slices down to a 3 inch wedge.

Very disappointed and will not return to this location.

We have worst experience with the order. It was first time when we ordered. We ordered thin pizza doesn't like extra thin. We also mentioned extra onion but they don't put it on. All in all never visit there. We didn't feel like we ate pizza.

Really dissapointing that this is the quality of pizza this dominos delivers.
Unfortunately with this new location we are stuck with them for delivery as it's closest to our home.
I've had many issues with our previous orders but tonight we realized many slices of pizza had absolutely no cheese on it, not sure how it past quality check. Staff attitude is no better than the food.

Ordered a pizza just after 10pm today and got terrible food. 2 stars because we've never had a major issue before and we know it's possible to have good food but today was BAD. The pizza was undercooked especially considering that we ordered WELLDONE. It was so doughy we had to recook it at home. The pasta was dry and it was probably because there was no sauce. I don't know how this even happened. I hope you guys know people actually have to pay for this food and if we wanted to cook today we wouldn't have ordered in the first place but I wasn't going to skip dinner because someone decided not to do their job. We pre-ordered for pickup and it did not seem busy (consider the one order on the screen) so I don't understand why our food was not cooked

Great pizza made by Jasdeep today. Ordered from Domino’s App. Previous experience was bad here: 2weeks ago. I don’t have idea about name, but she was working in night shift. She gave me uncooked pizza with messy toppings.

Ordered for pick up on a med, Cheese pizza. It was perfect. I asked for extra sauce and they did follow through generously.

Extremely salty pizza doused in sauce, impossible to eat. On calling they told me it will be very salty because it is cheese pizza, seriously guys?

Taste good, got the pick up on time. But the toppings seemed very less compared to other store pizzas. Mine was medium 3 topping.

The pizza was tiny, we ordered a large and got a pizza that was barely a medium. Taste was also plain, there was nothing on it. 2 people were left hungry with a large.

I usually order from pizza hut but i thought let’s order domino’s this time, turned out to be a mistake. Pizza was raw from inside. There were bubbles in the crust. Horrible experience. Dont waste your money ordering from this location.

First of all the pizza came late and second of all the pizza was all over the place when I opened the box cheese was like sticking on the top. You guys need to work on pizza making please.

Today i again visited the store around 11 pm. The store door was locked and i knocked the door 3 4 times. No one cares to open the door, waited for 4 5 minutes then a delivery boy come to go for delivery and i entered the store. After that i waited for 15 minutes, no one take my order. Worst domino's store ever. I will complain to customer care too. Don't know what onwer is doing with this store.

I got pizza that was not cooked properly (I'll say uncooked) and the slices were not cut properly and evenly. I complaint about it online and they said will get back but no one did. Worst customer service

Absolutely the WORST Domino's location in Brampton. I've ordered from several other locations (Wexford, Williams Pkwy, Creditview). And this one (Bramalea/Dewside) was the worst tasting: -x

Their staff needs to be retrained on how to actually make a pie. Or better yet, fire em all.rehire competent pizza makers.

If you live in that area, drive elsewhere for pizza.
Otherwise.enjoy your tasteless particleboard pie

My experience at this store was worst.i got pizza from this store 3 times bcz its on walking distance from my home.everytime m very disappointed.zero customer service.pizza was burnt.they locked the door around 10: 30 pm i dnt knw why.if u knock the door they dnt care.

This is the second time I've ordered a sauce with my pizza or dessert and I got nothing. The first time, I called the store. The second time, I asked the driver if the sauce was inside and he said yeah. I did not have time to quickly check because I had an infant waiting for me. Is this a normal thing? Me paying for something I will never get?
