They have Increased the prices & promotions are poor & not worthy to use.

BEST TO AVOID, SAVE MONEY & PREPARE AT HOME.

They SHOULD provide Multigrain & Whole Wheat Dough Options that are Healthy & other Pizza Places have such Healthy Choices in Pizza Dough.

Vegetarian Pizza should be the Cheapest Pizza to promote Vegetables consumption.

Ohhh, not a happy camper.
Ordered my Free pizza for carry out, was asked my name which I gave so I did not feel the need to check when it was passed to me.
Got home to discover I have the wrong pizza. I phoned to bring it to their attention and was told I would receive I would receive a $15 credit as it was inedible.
Having my heart set on pizza, I chose to order one for delivery and was charged full price

Update.
I heard from Domino's and they asked for details.

My initial pizza was supposed to be my free pizza.   I got a few additional toppings so it was actually going to cost $5.26. As I was expecting to pay something,   I was not paying attention to the total charged of $15.81

The pizza I got and paid $15.81 for was inedible as it had pineapple and olives on it necessitating me to pay $24.59 for a pizza I could eat.

So I am out my Free pizza, had to pay for a pizza I did not eat and then had to pay for a pizza that should have been free.

They offered me a $15 credit for buying $40 worth of pizza for what should have been $5.

I dont want to give any star but still one because of Brand Dominos.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas and both came with minimum toppings and light pizza sauce. Pure waste of money.

They prepared my order in just 5 minutes and didn’t inform me until i have asked.they kept it in a rack and all 6 members were chitchatting.there was no customer in a shop.we were waiting there till 15 minutes, no one informed me that order was already completed. Very bad customer service.

Worst service! Ordered a cheese pizza for pickup, I came home and saw it was the wrong order! They gave me a pepperoni (I am a vegetarian) so its a waste for me! Soo dissappointed. I called the branch & I have been put on hold since 10 minss

Worst Service Ever! The ASSOCIATES during night shift manipulates the domino’s tracker to their convenience and wastes time. Literally, they started making my order when I arrived at the store for pick-up while the app showed its been ready for 15 mins. As a result, these people rush their cooking and ruins the quality. This isn’t an isolated incident, and happened to me and some other people I know atleast 5 times now.

They got the wrong dough for pizza, when it is delivered, the pizza was barely warm. I ordered chicken wings as well, they were DISGUSTING, I mean you can feel the chicken's skin and simply sweet sauce on your tongue.what kind of service is this? It is 1 star only cuz there is no 0 star as an option.

I don’t know who is the boy and girl working there but he had excellent customer skills. A beautiful smile on his face. I don’t know his name but I really appreciate him.

Stopped in today for the $3.99 promotion, staff was very friendly and the pizza delightful! Thank you for the side honey garlic sauce ;) your customer service is top notch!

Unfortunately I'll be giving 2 stars due to the amount of toppings put on. I ordered 3 large chicken and pineapple pizzas for $43.21 and barely got any toppings.
They even went light on the tomato sauce.

The good things were it came piping hot and the delivery driver was chill.

The dominos at 41 dundas st E, is the WORST ever! The customer service is AWFUL. The people working there are RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, UN-COOPERATIVE human beings. Today there is an offer which says "while quantities last" and while I was there to pick up my order, they were talking in their language discussing how they should just stop honoring the offer at 8 pm and one person even suggested to stop right now because he does not feel like making pizzas anymore. They thought i wouldn't understand, but I know Punjabi and I understood everything. They are such lazy people who think they can do what they want. Shame on this dominos and its people.

People who make the pizza do not wear gloves to put toppings. And its totally unethical work etiquette to make customer feels bad.
And one more thing, even you choose extra toppings they just put regular quantities of toppings which makes the pizza’s taste totally different in the end.
Please take these things into consideration.

Dominos at Dundas and hurontario has amazing staff I was quite impressed and pizza was made good

Usually love Domino's pizza, but tonight I ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas, one with extra cheese, pepperoni and bacon and the second with pepperoni, bacon and mushrooms. For the first time we received one pizza with absolutely NO CHEESE on it. The one with extra cheese was perfect but the other was very disappointing. I know accidents happen and things can be missed but forgetting a main ingredient like cheese is upsetting when you are looking forward to a delicious Domino's pizza. Hopefully IF we order from you again the cheese will be on the pizza.

This is not a complain on food. I ordered a lava cake which was absolutely good but so sweet, but still I like it. But when I went to pick up my order there was a staff member working in the kitchen with a long beard. Long in the sense it was very long up to his neck. I felt so disgusted about the food safety in this restaurant. I work in the food service industry too and I know such act is not accepted in a restaurant. Please check in to this and avoid such situations. I will never order food from this outlet. I don't want hair in my pizza.

The best dominos ever in the area. I always request for extra sauce on pizzas and they always give me lots of sauce?

Horrible customer service. Ordered a medium pan pizza square cut with garlic cheese bread for delivery and had called in after the online order to confirm with them to cut it in square slices again. After 35min (12: 34am) I get a call saying they can’t cut it in square because they don’t have the cutter and they can’t make another one because the driver is already there and they are closing soon and to take the pizza the way it is or cancel the order. I had to dress my kids up late at night and take them out to get other food because these guys were to lazy to make another pizza while on shift and couldn’t follow simple instructions.

FANTASTIC service and friendly staff great for the money. The night manager she is amazing and friendly. Recommend any time

Not impressed with this location. They need to work on their customer service. When I arrived to pick up my order the lady at the counter asked me if I was picking up or placing an order (first off, she had served me not 15 minutes earlier). I told her yes, I was, and pointed to their monitor screen which indicated my name and the order progress status as "ready. " At that moment, what bothered me the most was that she decided that multi tasking of training another employee while preparing the next customer order and speaking to me was good customer service. She did not pay attention to what I had mentioned regarding my order status already indicating on their screen as "ready. " She simply brushed me off by responding that it would be out in a few minutes and that it was still in the oven.

A second customer entered and she did the exact same thing and told him that his pizza was still in the oven. We both looked at each other confused because both of our orders clearly showed as "ready for pick up".

It took another 10 minutes for another employee who was working on cleaning some equipment in the back to ask her what we were waiting for. I spoke over all of the noise to the other employee and pointed at the screen. This other employee walked over to the shelves where all completed orders are placed and asked for my name.

My order and the other customer's order had been sitting there while this lady ignored us so she could complete other orders coming in.

When the other employee brought over my order I turned to the lady and shook my head (extremely disappointed). I'm certain that the other customer must have felt the same. She quickly tried to apologize but it made no difference, she still ignored us. Customer service is not a priority here. It is evident that this employee has made it a standard routine because if it had been a case of miscommunication, she would not have done the exact same thing it to the next customer right after me.

I'm a fan of domino's but I will be avoiding this location moving forward.

Domino's array of pizza menu is impressive. I love to order thru their mobile app and waiting for the order thru the brilliant pizza tracker. It's a sumptuous party for the whole family!

Pizza is always great, staff was very cooperative and friendly. Definitely visit this place again.

Horrible customer service made an order for a Large pizza with garlic bread with sauces. Got a medium pizza with no garlic bread and payed for the sauces and got none. To even get my order down it took more then 15 minutes cause they weren't bilingual. Dominos disappointed me this time.

Dominos is one of the best pizzas in market. Would suggest to buy it or at least try once. Our family’s favourite is Dominos.

Pizza was just delicious. The place was super clean and pizzas were ready right in time. Dominos is my daughters favourite pizza and she has convinced my the same.

Most amazing pizzas but the pastas are great too! The chicken carbonara, is thick and tastes good, the delicious taste you never gonna forget.

Fastest service I've ever had from a pizza restaurant. Arrived in less than 30 mins. Although they have zero contact delivery the driver was still kind enough to wait for me to get my order and all the food came piping hot and delicious. They define impeccable customer service, exceeded my expectations. Must try their taco seasoning pizza. My new favorite.

Well other then the prices the portions are realllly small even before covid they were still small and the topping are always bare minimum. If i had to compare the toppings for large 4 topping pizza from dominos to a medium 2 topping pizza from pizza pizza they would be the same other then the price because the pizza pizza would be 1/3 of the cost of the dominos.probably last time i get from here oh and did mention they can never get the cheese right: (.

Haven't been here in 4 years because staff and pizza was horrible.ill say the staff working sunday night actually made my pizza delicious and it seems to be under new management

This store needs a better system to verify a customer payment. I was shocked and embarrassed to have a worker following me to my car questioning if I have paid or not, right in front of my girlfriend. Yup i'm black and im sure that had alot to do with it. Stop degrading blacks and have a little faith in us. $14.68 isnt worth it.

The store is okay and pizza's are made well. The only sad part is this store doesn't have enough online offers/coupons when ordering online compared to the other dominos in city. When selecting other stores, they have so many great deals available while placing order via app.
Strange but true!

I usually order with you. I love your pizzas and your wings. Sometimes I used to pay by cash and sometimes by debit card but now due to the covid they don't accept cash only and use the same debit card and say it is not accepted. I don't understand why since I always used it and was accepted. I'm disappointed because now I can't order with you anymore

Food was super good! Staff was so friendly; especially Mehak! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Based on how quickly they got to my apartment, I'm going to assume this is the location that was in charge of my order tonight. Super super quick. Put in my order and received it in probably less than 20 minutes. I didn't even know oven food could be made that quickly. Anyways, great food quality! And Mathew (I think that's his name, whoever got sent to Paisley Blvd. He knows who he is) is very very sweet, great customer service skills:)

It’s missing a lot of pineapple on the Hawaiian Pizza. Ugh. There’s like two pineapples on this thing. Is it just me or is their sauce too sweet? I don’t feel the love.

Ordered last night delivery because I saw the Cyber Monday deal great when you don't feel like cooking too! Chose the Meatzza extra cheese 3 kinds of meat and a coke in a bottle for $2.29 pizza was a large and ONLY $10. It shows you online the status of your order which is a bonus and it came quick tipped for the service and quality is the finest Pizza Hut got my sick and chip on the size of slices so Domino's got my loyalty now!

Train your staff about customer service. Don't try to be smarty pants.
Ordered small cheese only pizza, at 12: 30 pm.
The menu clearly says 1 toping, 1 drink for 5.99.
I got charged 7.75 for small cheese pizza only.
The staff says 1. You didn't ask for the drink.
2. It's lunch special.

Was given free pizza for a kids birthday. Deliveryman was adamant it’s their policy despite me offering to pay multiple times.

Went here for the first time to grab two pizzas and cheesy bread. Pizzas were cooked perfectly and had a good distribution and quantity of toppings. My cheesy bread was not cut however, which I know I could have cut it myself, but I didn't have a knife where we ate the pizza, so it made it difficult to share. I liked the fact that they made chili flakes packets available. Stay was friendly and receptive to my questions and conversation. I will return!

Got a pizza yesterday from here. By the night time my friend and I were both vomiting and are still vomiting. My friend said the pizza didnt taste right and now we know why. Either wasn't cooked right or had low quality ingredients. Not happy. W both missed work today because we were sick

Love love love! I have tried Pizza from Domino’s at so many other places but this store byfar is The Best. The toppings here are of perfect size, and always taste the best. Quite often pizza crust hardens after a couple of minutes of digging into it but the pizza crust at this store never fails to impress me. ️yumm?

This location provides great quality pizza, also I had an great expirence with Pritpal the delivery driver, after I accidently tip $52.43, he came to my door, and told me about the huge tip, after he gave me back the 52.43 which i told him to just give me $45.00 and to keep the rest. Pritpal provided great customer service, he has also deliver to my house before, and he is very polite, and considerate.

If you need perfect pizza, this is the place to come. I have tried several other pizza stores but this one tops my list of go-to pizza stores. The topping and cheese and crust is always on point. Topping sizes are right and cheese and sauce evenly spread. Without a doubt I know every order of mine will always make my lazy dinner a splendid one!
