Domino's Pizza

Always a prompt delivery, and the pizza is always prepared well! Prices are great as well.

I ordered from here a while ago. Ordered online, the pizza took over an hour to get here when I live fairly close (the driver said the gps took them in the wrong direction, which is not their fault but unfortunate for everyone involved). When the pizza arrived it was stone cold.

At 5: 30 on 11/18 we called in an order for delivery, was told 30 minutes. He said we were paying by credit. 6: 15 the driver calls us he is at 33 argued that is where he delivers to we are at 41. Uh the street does continue as he was 3 houses from corner and we are just other side. Then he said debit or cash, uh no said visa his machine the battery was dead, he left and returned hour later to get paid. Pizza was good but this delivery person give a poor reflection on your store.

Worked here for a few shifts and left because the staff told me how gross the food really is and I myself haven’t been paid for any hours I worked.

All I have to say is you’re supporting a guy who rips you and his staff off.

They have a good selection of pizzas. My favourite besides Boston Pizza. I haven't tried any other of their items yet.

If you order crunchy thin crust through the app you have to call the store to tell them you want the crunch cracker crust or they will just send the hand tossed thin crust. It's been about 10 orders of the wrong crust so I've given up

The 50%off pizza deals are a favourite. It’s usually a busy time to order so sometimes you do have a missing topping or request well done and it’s not. But overall the pizza is delicious
and usually ready when we arrive to pick it up. The Dundas staff has always been friendly and accommodating for requests of napkins, dry chilies and plates if we need them.

I like Dominos pizza but i love it when its made right. Ive gotten the exact same order from other locations and it wasn't as good. Staff is always friendly and prompt even when busy too

Edit: Recently got ripped off for toppings during the 50% off sale.

Look. I like Dominos pizza because of the taste, but when you order.sometimes you don't get what you ordered. Like today (and other days). When I call back because it's the wrong size and there is no pepperoni on it, they say "sorry we ran out of large pizzas so we gave you a medium" and "sorry we ran out of pepperoni so we didn't give you any" Now.it's one thing if they say that to you in the store, but they didn't say that online and the order went through. I just don't think it's good service to send something other than ordered (they should notify the customer) and then on the phone when I call, be like "ya sorry we ran out. " and leave it at that.

Edited in: I see other customers have complained about not getting extra cheese when they paid for it. That happens to me too, it's a mystery whether they will give a dried up little crust with barely any cheese or actually put the triple cheese on that I pay for.

They never give me extra cheese when I ask & pay for it. Pizza has no flavor just bland. I see no difference between then & pizza pizza specifically this location.

I never thought I'd be this anxious to write a review about a Domino's Pizza. But here we are.

Last night, during the most massive storm of the year, I went to go pick up my Pizza order from the local Dundas Domino's.

I walk in, and everyone is hustling as they are extremely busy tonight of all nights. The place is spotless, organized and the moral was sky high. Everyone is locked in, getting orders in and out with a smile. The communication, the team effort and structure of getting hot pies out asap. Even the 3 drivers were in and out with a smile, stoked for the next order. Am I in the wrong profession? Why do I all of a sudden wanna work here?

March 3rd 2023, to the entire crew working there that night (especially the fella with the Aviators) thanks for getting the job done. The pizza was great btw. Owner should be pumped to have that crew. Whoever they are, 5 stars to all of you. I tried tipping but the machine didn't allow it. Big ups.

TL;DR- This pizza shop and the crew are amazing. 5 stars.

Pizza is good and all, this place specifically is charging $15.99 for their large pizza and other locations are charging $12.99. On their website it literally says $12.99 so these guys are over charging for it.

The 3.9 rating doesn’t do it justice. I live out in the boonies and my pizza is so hot I need a fan to blow on it. My order was delivered when they said it is was going to be delivered! Get some ranch sauce to go with your order and you’ll be better off then two bumble bees on a basil bush. Cheers!

Recently, they've been screwing up the wings. The previous time they left the sauce INSIDE the tinfoil touching the wong; this resulted in a melted corner of the dip cup and half of the wings were contaminated with a plastic taste. They also seemed to have given me less than usual single cheese when I hit the double cheese option on a pizza. They remade that pizza.

This time around, the barbecue sauce is just a lake at the bottom of the box and one of the wings has a hair on it. It tastes like wings in sugar water. Attached to this review is a screenshots. I tried to eat a few wings despite the swamp scenario they'd gotten going there, but by the third wing, I'd stumbled upon a really raw one. Pieces of the chicken skin chew like bubblegum.

Order placed Aug 26 2022 just after 7: 50 PM to this location. Shame.

I ordered my pizza 2 and a half hours in advance for it to be delivered at a specific time and it arrived half hour late, I even paid in advance, horrible service never ordering from here again

Horrible horrible horrible. Do not order from this location. The customer service is atrocious. We hosted a small birthday party and these guys got our order totally wrong, refused to rectify and we never got our pizza. Don’t take any chances with this location.

ABSOLUTELY horrible customer service, and services. I had ordered 2 medium pizzas with 6 toppings and a cheese bread with a 2L Sprite, upon delivery I received 1 medium pizza (box opened, without the usual blue sticker indicating that it hasn't been tampered with) also received a 2L Coke instead of the 2L Sprite.

We called customer service, and they were VERY argumentative and rude. They tried to say that I had ordered the wrong listing and that I didn't use the coupon, we I had infact used the coupon, and I also didn't get a receipt from the driver.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I'D ADVISE AGAINST IT.

For a pizza chain, the quality that gets delivered is above average and never fails to disappoint in taste.

While I usually prefer to have a good local independent pizza place, the one in Dundas tastes bland and cuts corners on quality and quantity.

This Dominos has gotten us through most of our pizza nights and their weekly deals are fairly good for our budget.

Pizza tasted good but the delivery driver had a attitude, idk if he had a long day or something but he was rude to me.

Dominos is always a good decision for pizza. Quality is usually good and normally they are relatively fast at delivering.

It's Domino's. It's exactly what you'd expect. It's still my favourite pizza place. Prices are high unless you use coupons.

Ordered for delivery to Lynden. Pizza was nice and hot still and super delicious. Everyone commented on how good the pizza was especially the double pepperoni. The driver was was nice. Thank you!

I ordered the pasta primavera and there were hardly any vegetables and very very little sauce even though I asked for extra sauce. Not worth ordering anything from here ever again!

Really disappointed. Ordered well done and upon pickup asked for the chicken tenders to be put back in as they were not well done. The individual took the box put it behind the counter and handed it back 2 minutes later. They were never put back in the oven. I dont appreciate the deceit and won't be back.

Eating my pizza to find cinnamon sugar on the bottom of half my pizza, sweet and salty is not my preference

We like a lot to go out. Yesterday we arrived in this excellent place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a beautiful evening there with superb food and a professional team and a distinguished chief cook. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we will no doubt come back soon. We highly recommend.

Pizza overpriced $19.00 for a large pizza with a few toppings.

They made a mistake, on the order they were decent enough to try and replace it. One hour later I followed up. Then had to call again after another hour, turns out they said that they left 2 VOICEMAILS and I received no phone calls from the log. They never corrected me and I have ALL VOICE recordings of the CLAIMED phone number which was mine but she never REACHED at all because she got the wrong one.

Chain pizza, good enough but not the best. On the positive note the young woman who work here are always working hard at making pizzas and cleaning when I come in.

This has been my Domino's of choice for like five years now. The ol' reliable. I know I can count on these guys for a solid pizza that comes in a reasonable time frame. They're super consistent and I love the pizza tracker.

I used to order from Pizza Pizza but i stopped because they provide me with terrible customer service. The last i was there they refused to make me a pizza 15 minutes before they close.so i now give do my business with dominos pizza and it is one of the best things i did in 2019. I love their crunchy thin crust. This place brings me my pizza in 18 minutes every time.good customer service.well done to the whole team! This place has gotten me well fed at the most desperate times.

I usually really enjoy Domino's but this time I had something different, I had the breaded chicken bits. They were not worth what I paid from them. I will never have them again.
