The quality of the Domino's pizza has dramatically gone down the toppings are very low quality. I used to buy Domino's all the time I just don't get it why. Thank god for moms & pops pizza places. Corporations are getting really greedy

This Dominos location is the worst! The most horrible behaviour from the Indian owner/manager/staff whoever answers the phone. The quality of the food from this location is the worst and even worse is this manager’s behaviour that will leave you traumatised. Please avoid ordering from this horrible location by all means.

I'll be honest, I love Domino's and this location is so conveniently close to where I live so I've been a regular patron ever since I moved here. But what I saw today when I went in for a routine pickup disgusted me.there is a guy at the front desk handling the phone (between 10.10 and 10.20pm on Apr 30,2023) who just casually put his fingers in his mouth and then proceeded to handle the telephone unit after that. WITH THE SAME FINGERS. What else does he usually handle with his hands when he isn't busy applying his saliva to the phone? Does this place have ANY food safety standards at all? Wow that was some experience I thought I'd never experience in Canada

Very long delivery times. I live 6 minutes walk away on foot, and orders take a long time. Today, it has been 1 hour since I ordered, and 50 minutes since their online tracker said the driver left to be out for delivery. There is 2 cm of snow on the ground right now, and they cited that as the reason for delay. Service is definitely not worth the $4.99 delivery fee. Service is definitely not worth the $4.99 delivery fee. Not a lot of cheese on these pizzas. The "bacon" isnt very good. Too bad they seem to now be using the same or similar tasting sauce as Pizza Pizza. I dont like it. Used to really like Domino's quality.

Loved the chiken wings. Delivery takes a little time sometimes maybe because they are probably one of the busiest store but always the best i have had so far.

The best pizza i have had so far. The main thing i like the most is that the delivery is always on time and also delivery drivers are also friendly

Had to spell the order out for the guy a few times on the phone.needed to make him repeat it back to me. It was incorrect, told him 63 (street number) repeated it… 6…. 3…. Must have repeated it about 10 times and each time he repeated back to me 53 … 5… 3…. I was baffled how many times he repeated it incorrectly. Pizza doesn’t show. Call him back he says I said 53 and that I can wait until the delivery guy calls and tell him 63 myself.

Horrible and run business illegally. I’ve ordered multiple times from this store over years, over 15 times they’ve got my order wrong, delivered wrong orders. Today not only dod they deliver the wrong order they stole from my 14 year old sister. The ordee was 26$ for a medium pan crust pizza and she gave 40$ and asked for change but the driver said he doesn’t have change then left. Not only did they give the wrong order they’re taking advantage of little girls

-Driver pretended not to have parking to come deliver upstairs. I ask
to cancel order since I am sick an unable to come down.
-Driver agreed to cancellation. Then proceeded to try calling me
back and SNUCK into my building without being BUZZED IN.
- Gave me excuses at the door about what had happened. I told him i was upset that he snuck in, paid for the order and even TIPPED.
- Driver leaves, then TEXT ME inappropriately after the transaction is done.
-I called the store and the manager did not take the situation seriously.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

WORST Domino's location ever. Do not order from here they call you to tell you the order is on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. I called the store after 30 minutes asking where the driver is, they didnt know and then just hung up on me. Driver showed up 1 hour later told him the pizza should be free and he just stood there unsure what to do.
SAVE YOUR MONEY as these people are very disrespectful and send you food all smashed up and won't even look back.

Been there for the first time considering the fact that the pizza at downtown store must be good enough.totally dissatisfied by the services as the pizza is was lacking the toppings we ordered and paid for …. Also, the toppings on the pizza were not as much as they should have been.

The team is okay at this location. I was a walk-in order and it was not busy. I sat there waiting and it turns out they didn’t call out my name when the pizza was ready, I was left sitting there for another 10 mins until they finally came over to ask my name and order to bring the pizza out.

Awful workers they bring you the wrong food and then try to tell you that you cant order again for another 3 days even thought its there fault. You also cant understand what they say

We place an order to be delivered. We followed the web page and it said that the order was delivered, we call the store and they told us that the food just left and be there in the next ten minutes we wait 20min and they call us to say that one item was not available and they offer to give us a smaller item for the same price and lose money.

They lied to us at the moment that they told us that the food was on the way when in reality it wasn't ready.

All so they don't have good customer service.

They served me under cooked pizza, cheeze has not melted well. I opened the box before taking away that’s how I found it. Don’t waste your money buy from some other outlet. I selected Well-Done on app and still it was under baked, requested them to bake more and still the job was not done properly.

The owner/manager/ staff should know that well done does not mean bake quickly at more high temp rather it should be in oven at the same temp for little more time.

Pathetic Is one word I have for this outlet and also the area does not feel safe at night. Avoid it. I tried it for the first time and it was my last tome at this place.

There are many bad reviews here but, I order delivery from here quite often and have never had an issue so far! It’s always good! And the delivery staff are always sooo nice.

Never ever order in thus location, it is the worse, they always forget your dipping sauce that yup pay for it and to make the worse I ordered a pizza and they took 2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver it, I send they away because I order my pizza and some wings at pizza pizza, for the record I took the courtesy to call them to cancel the order and they left me hang on the phone per more than 10 minutes.

Worse experience ever.

Took an hour for them to even FINISH the order. I had to call more than 10 times only to be hung up on and when they finally answered, they were incredibly rude.

Worst Dominos location I have ever ordered from. This is not just a rant, we ordered 4 times in a month and today's order was the last straw. They delivered a charred burnt cheese pizza. I cannot believe they were able to screw up a simple CHESSE PIZZA.

We have had issues with each of the orders in the past - missing items, late deliveries and poor quality and even uncooked food.

This is the pizza that was delivered to us today - completely burnt. When we called the branch, I and escalated the issue, they put me on a long hold. After trying 4 times again, to reach the branch they told me that they will take 90 minutes to send another pizza and they can't do anything else.

Do not order from them unless you want a cold pizza.they change the status of the order to completed half an hour before they deliver it.happened twice.

This location is the absolute worst! They give you incorrect order and then say they can’t do anything about it. Not even a SORRY.

Worst Domino's location. This is default delivery location so i can't change it. Tried 3 times this month. None of the order got delivered but App shows it as delivered. I asked my friends and neighbors they gave the same review. Skip this location and pickup in different store. It's hard to reach store phone, they put the call on hold.

They hung up on me multiple times and put me to voicemail when I called after waiting an hour and the tracker said delivered.

This Domino’s is terrible, in particular the delivery drivers. I ordered two pizzas and an appetizer. The order stated guaranteed 24-34 minute delivery time. An hour passed with no update. I called the location twice and they stated the delivery driver was “a few minutes away” despite it being an hour lapsed time so far. 15 minutes later I called again, quite annoyed and voicing it this time. He calls the driver and I immediately get a call from the driver on my cell, stating “so sorry. Got caught up at my other order”. When he arrived, the pizza was cold and I realized when I got the food inside that the appetizer was missing. I proceeded to call the driver but he didn’t answer, I called again but realized he had blocked me! Then I called the restaurant and they said they couldn’t get ahold of him. No offer to get my money back.

I've never had such a difficult process ordering a pizza before. I was only able to order BBQ sauce on top of my pizza after speaking to two separate individuals, paying an additional fee (for an additional topping) and spending approximately 7-10 min on the phone. This is absurd.

The pizza was delicious and perfect (+perfect amount of sauce), but the customer service here is absolutely terrible.

So this location is my usual place, they have changed the workers this year and all of a sudden the customer service has gone all the way the F down. I always order a medium walk in for 7.99 usually equals out to 9.03 or sometimes just under 10.yesterday it was equaling out to 11.90 and i was so confused! On top of that the man on the phone COULDNT understand what i was asking for. And the cherry on the cake was when i got home and tried to feed my 3 year old daughter the pizza was rock hard because it was over cooked! My friend had gotten a pizza as well and hers was made perfectly. The cheese was black and dark dark brown and hers was white and melted perfectly I called to give my complain and request a new pizza to be picked up and he was giving me the run around didn’t want to refund me or give me a new pizza. So i ended up wasting my last 10$ for the week on pizza my toddler never ate. I can’t believe this is how your new workers treat a regular.

Domino's is our usual pizza delivery choice, usually because they are consistent. Second time in a row now. Now I'm not impressed. Last time I thought it was a one off. Food arrived cold and this time the sauce tastes off.

WORST DOMINOS EVER! THEY UNDER COOKED MY PIZZAS INFORMED ME TO BRING THE PIZZA BACK (WHICH I DID AS I STATED IT WAS UNDERCOOKED) AND GIVE ME NEW PIZZAS BUT ADDED LESS TOPPINGS WHEN I WENT BACK WITH A RUDE ATTITUDE.

Friday night, weekend calling, not in the mood to cook - I took the freedom to order myself an XL Domino's Pacific Veggie Pizza. Oh I love you pizza!

The pizza was delivered piping hot with Ranch sauce and extra ketchup minis. Generous quantities of black olives, tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms made the flavor exciting. Back in the day i could devour 7-8 slices, this bad boy was way out of my league. I could only rack up 5 slices.

7 stars to the perfect dough and juicy slices!

Food was not so good. Sauce was changed to BBQ sauce but was barely any sauce there. Very lacking

So i ordered ffom my mobile app. I order large pixza with bacon and chicken. When the pizza got delivered there was no chicken on my pizza, i didn't pay abt $20 to have a pizza just with bacon. I called the store and they told me they will give me free medium pizza with 2 toppings in my next order. I m so naive and i i agreed. I dont see that offer on my account plus does that mean Again i have to pay $5 delivery fee to get my pizza? So now onward i wont order from this location. Instead of getting my 4 topping large pizza they scam me by giving 1 topping. Not happy at all.

I’ve ordered twice from this location and both times was a FAIL! Order was made incorrectly TWICE. Horrible customer service. They just put you on hold until you give up. This is the worst location I’ve ordered from.

It is the worst experience with this store.this is the first time have ordered from dominos.first of all they delivered pizza after 2 hours which almost cold ask for free because it was totally unexpected service.they didn't offered free but they charged 50% but even they don't the calculation for 50% of $30 bill with taxes.when i asked for calculating correctly they started to give rude answers.the staff is rude and they dont know how to deal with the customers.
I will never ever go to dominos any more.

Love dominos but this is the worst location I have ever ordered from. Nearly 2 hours for a medium pizza and the deliver address is 2 blocks away. The delivery driver never even tried knocking on the door.

Worst Dominos location ever! I ordered a pizza and it never came. When I called the store, they put me on hold forever. When I finally talked to someone, they just ignored me and hung up.

Tried to tell us they are closed at 215 when it says they close at 3. The guy pretended to be busy on the phone so he couldn't take our order so we left. The worst.

They're fast and friendly and mist most accomindating. I always get the walk in special, extra large pizza w/ pepperoni

Great quick and cheap pizza. I always use the app to get points and I always look at the coupons! Can normally feed 2-3 people for less than 20$.

I just tried to make an order at 1: 30 on may 4 Saturday and I ordered 2 large pizza and 20 wings for 191 sherbone. When I called them the guy who took the phone said that they cannot deliver to the door. And I canceled the order. It’s really fuc.

Typical Domino's. Not a ton of room inside to eat, but they're incredibly fast and don't undercook the pizza.

The free pizza with 60 points on online ordering is a rip off. You still have to put some money down if you want a decent pizza with enough toppings. The other Catch is on delivery since most people use the online app to have it on their doorstep.

Decent food, good delivery guys. The manager doesn't understand customer service. Offers no help and is rude. Hope you never have a problem with your order or you will come out unsatisfied.

Out of principle I will avoid using this location.

I think Domino's is the best of the chain delivery places. They make good consistent pizza's. They can't compete with the crop of wood fire oven pizza joints that are appearing everywhere now, but they aren't pretending too. They give your exactly what you want and aren't ashamed of their positioning in the marketplace. Many thumbs way up!

Common sense would tell you to go to the front door when the customer isn't picking up the phone.

I mean dominoes is amazing.
They have the app on the screen in-store that shows your pie is almost done.
I stood there after it said it was done. But no one called my name.
So after 5-7 minutes I asked. And bam. There it was. I would have asked as soon as my name went off the screen, but none of the 13 people working looked at me. You'd think the za would come up and they'd say "so and so, your pizza is ready! " Easy pease, no?
So, what's the point of that feature? It was more a let down than anything.
And how hard is it to call a name to see if that person is still standing and waiting for a pizza? !
Who bails on pizza? No one.
Sort it out Dominoes.
The pizza was great. So it still gets 4 stars.

We can get good food here, withinn time. No delays for pizza’s. The staff here are so nice. They treat costumers very well, especially Agna.
