We placed an order online with a gift card. Pizza was great, the service was quick and delivery driver greeted us with a smile. Great experience

We have been ordering here for years now every time we visit Niagara. Always very good experience. Professional and very accommodating. Recommended.

This Dominoes has great food. Their wings could be a little bigger but they are still tasty. If you have not had a Lava Cake before than I highly recommend you grab one. Or a few. Their pizza is very good, their cheese bread is cheesy, and everything together makes for one great meal! You cannot dine in but take out is good and fast.

I love the lava cake they are delicious, and I love the pizza when they have sauce that’s the huge part of what makes a great pizza, one more thing they could improve on is the specialty chicken was a little bit smaller then expected for the price but besides that everything was fine

I don't usually order from chain establishments due to inconsistency in flavour. And tonight Domino's has shown me yet again why I can't rely on them.

To go along with the usual lack of flavour with their pizza Domino's is now giving you the option to have your toppings on the side!

To give them some credit. The pizza was warm upon arrival!

I just got ripped off 15 dollars my bill with delivery was 59 I paid 70 used 40 usd and only got 10 back. I would've tiped but it seems as they make their own tips.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I called for a pizza the guy said it was gonna be half an hour. Looked out my windows and front and waited outside and no guy came or called. I called to cancel my order and I was just gonna make something after working all day. And the guy was rude telling me I was lying. I have no missed calls from them nothing and they say it’s my fault

This is worst dominos pizza i ever eat. Fully burned and toppings are falling off.this place is ruining the name of dominos

I order a medium veggie pizza today for the first time and i did not get the enough topping's worst experiece it was dry

The parmesan bites were over cooked and burnt with so little parmesan topping. The pizza were over cooked as well and the toppings were poorly put.

All employees look rude. Employee through the pizza box on table that’s not good behavior. And also bad language talk between employees about costumers. Never come again this place.

We ordered 3 large pizzas and when went to pick them up, we asked to use the restrooms. Both their restrooms were out of service and it was out of service 3 weeks back too. We know how it is, right? They always do this intentionally so nobody can use it.
We requested to use Female washroom as we drove 3 hours to visit Niagara.
Unfortunately we chose this Dominos.
EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSONS FOR SURE. Going for further actions for sure.

I wish I can give them zero star. Very unprofessional employees. Stay away from this place. They don’t know how to talk. They need to learn customer service. Very disappointed.

Worst dominos in the Niagara area if you opt for delivery. The Dominos tracker is fake, they mark the delivery to completed even when they haven't. The reason for being an hour late is that the delivery person also does Doordash and other deliveries along with Dominos.

Absolutely disappointed. I made my pizza order and ten minutes later they called to let me know they did not have tomatoes. I changed my toppings while the person who answered the call with my change was annoyed (both my pizzas had tomato and he wanted me to change both to the same topping, but I wanted two different replacements). When I got to the store I was told they didn’t have cheddar habanero dipping sauce as well. I asked them how a pizza store didn’t have tomatoes and dipping and their excuse was that they had a big order that left them with no tomatoes? I am annoyed and will never come back again to your pizza store.

Just ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery. The driver took a long time, the pizza isn't even warm and they over cooked it. Disappointed dominos is usually pretty good.

Domino's pizza cannot disappoint. Ordered for pick up 15 mins before I arrived and it was already ready. Quick service and friendly staff. Would recommend if you're out in Niagara looking for a quick big grub.

I would give zero star if i can.took so much long to make pizza and make wrong pizza both the time.even they ensure that they will delivered to your car when its ready.we waited for half hour they didn't come to car.we have to go to pick up the pizza and when we see it, they made it wrong.such a bizzare experience.they gave a refund for the pizza but didn't make new pizza for us saying we have to show to manager that we made it wrong. Pathetic service.

I like dominos, but the pizzas have been a bit inconsistent from this location recently. Maybe new staff, which is a fair explanation if so. Pizzas don’t really taste right. Garlic bread sticks have barely the taste of garlic base. The price is super affordable, and the location is open relatively late on weekends when we order, these being the only big plus’ lately. We will continue to order, but I hope they can get things back to what we were used to.

I would have given this review zero stars if I could. I've never reviewed an establishment at all in my life let alone thought I'd ever do so unfavorably, but I've been a regular costumer of dominos as long as I've been able to order my own pizzas and couldn't believe the treatment I received from the employee who I spoke to on the phone. A well done pan pizza was ordered and I received a pizza that was undercooked completely to the point where it didn't even rise as you see in the pictures. The employee told me that there was nothing that could be done to change the end result if they were to attempt to send another one out, the quality would be the same and assured me that the issue was me and not the pizza itself but merely our expectations of the pizza as if to say that we don't know what a properly prepared pizza should look and taste like. My sister and I were also told that the situation was not a joke despite the fact that we were in fact audibly irritated and frustrated and most certainly not joking. At no point in time was there any real attempt to rectify the situation or even at the very least sympathy for our displeasure.
I would recommend Domino's as a chain any day of the week, it's the only one I order from in that regard, but this branch itself should be avoided completely if that's both the quality of the food and the customer service provided to their patrons. To end on a positive note, the Grimsby location, my usual option, is outstanding each and every time. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible pple at this store. Even it is clearly mentioned through online app these guys simply put non veg item for purely vegetarian order.

Its Domino's. Best of the big franchise pizza joints. My kids love it. Price is reasonable and delivery is always quick. I give it a full 5/5 based upon the comments above.

If you want the full stone oven, bottle of wine, sit down experience you go elsewhere. You want a pizza that will satisfy the kids on a Friday night when you simply don't want to cook (which is almost every Friday night), Domino's to the rescue.

Store employees doesn't follow proper COVID protocols. Employees were wearing mask just to cover their mouth. Store wasn't clean. Pizza was very bad in taste. All other reviewers were right with their comments. Store needs focus on their hygiene and store employees COVID protocols. I would avoid this store.

I order from here every single Tuesday, and I have not ever had even one small complaint. They are friendly, fast, and the pizza is always incredible. I didn't start eating pizza until I was 30 years old, and it was because of this specific Domino's 6 Cheese Pizza with Ranch base. TRY IT!

Domino's tracker says "thanks for picking up your order" but I haven't actually picked up my order. I go inside to pick up my order and they tell me I have to wait 5 more minutes. I go back in after 5 minutes and I had to wait a couple minutes more as my pizza wasn't even boxed or sliced yet. This has happened more than twice now.

Very nice customer service in Niagara falls. This is the only place where our money got worth. They had a lot of coupons and great deals. Highly recommended.

Fast and efficient. Very convenient location. Parking is kind of tight, but you’re in and out of there so it doesn’t really matter. Staff are friendly.

It's free parking. A bit of waiting for your order and not the usual Domino's quality. No washrooms available at this location.

Worst customer service. Indian lady at front charged for a coke then later when picking up the order refused that i paid for coke, when she checked her system I already paid. No apologies nothing. Hopefully you people train her well. Happy New year

3 inches of my pizza didn’t have bacon on it. So it was just put in the middle of the pizza.
The pizza wasn’t even cut properly. Had to rip the slices.
They didn’t update the app to show that my pizza was ready.
Saw the pizza maker in the back leaning on the counter checking out his phone.
Glad I don’t live in Niagara Falls because I really enjoy Domino’s and would hate for this location to be the one I would have to go to.
If the owner of this location reads this: please have a serious conversation with your staff regarding the preparation of a pizza. It isn’t very hard to prepare a pizza properly.

Waited 20 mins in line. Guy at counter was slow and did not pay attention. I order my food. 1 large pizza and get told 30-40 mins!

Pretty good but the wings were in like water and hot sauce time I got home they should get different containers

Ordered their special today online, two medium pizzas. Best pizza I have had in a long time! Ordered a regular pepperoni with extra sauce and other with pineapple and ham, I’ve never really liked pineapple on pizza but I decided to try today and I can honestly say I’m addict! Chef made pizzas with lots of love, this location is awesome.

I just ordered a medium pizza and with my points it was $7.60, I left the driver $12. I believe his name was Shioalh. It came in a timely manner, especially because it’s a Sunday and the NFL playoffs are going on. He was pleasant and every time I’ve ordered it’s been on time.

Worst dominos ever I ordered online and it says 9 to 19 min order will be ready when I went there they said another 20 min and charged me extra and they didn’t know why what they are charging me for

Worst customer service and bad pizza, was humiliated in front of other fellow customers when they made bad pizza when they knew they were short of pan pizza dough, they made normal medium pizza which were esthetically BAD and didn't want to help me or fix my issue, wouldn't let me take a photo of my own pizza and wouldn't make me a new one. They refunded me and just wanted me out of their store. I wish the manager was persent there to see how their staff behaved. Not the first time Dominos brand has disappointed me.

This location has horrible staff. Their pizza tracker is apparantley always down so you never know when you are actually getting your food. Order says 20-30 mins after ordering but wait approximately one hour. Pizza tastes fine just bad customer service I would definitely suggest a different location or with wings and things next door with amazing food just go there instead.

I'm writing sitting in this location, experienced the worst humiliation from a Canadian branded restaurant. The employee was very arrogant during and after the order was getting processed.me and my friends felt as if he is giving away free pizzas to the homeless. This is heights of unprofessionalism and arrogance from a world known brand. I wish, could speak to the owner or officials from dominos to explain the racial discrimination and biased behavior of the shift supervisor. I'm surprised how come a restaurant doesnt even have plates.

Always order through the app. Pizza is NEVER ready when the app says so. They are clearly messing with their production stats instead of just being honest with how long they are going to take. A number of times, I've gone in and they were just putting it in the oven.

Place a order got there. Forgot to make half of what I ordered. I asked if you forgot it. Can you recook the hole order cause my other items would be cold said no. Poor just poor

Excellent pizzas. The live up to the quoted time and deliver. Dining area has just 3 tables, they mostly cater take out or delivery.

They said, after 12.30 they said we cant make pizza, however the closing time is 1.00 am
they should follow the working hours

Had to cross over to the canada side because NY side has no food. The service was fast and the food was really good.

I live just down the street and bought a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza.who doesn't love when the cheese half, meant for a vegetarian, is about 1/4 of the pizza? C'mon, guys.

Fast service, kinda skimpy on toppings compared to other dominos locations. No plates for customers which is odd.

Great place to eat while visiting the falls. One of the few places that doesn't jack up prices to take advantage of tourists. Would come again next time I visit the falls!

The service was very bad in this location and they did screw me up by Giving me something I did not order put somebody old had ordered it then cancelled his order, and my order was with extra cheese and I paid for it but they did not do that and he didn’t wanna return that order he just wanted to sell it and get rid of it

Great service and an awesome pizza! Today was my second time having Domino's for dinner. Once again, I had a great experience. The staff is really kind and patient, explained me the menu and and the pizza was delivered promptly. I will definitely come back.

Usually i don't like dominos pizza but i tried this because my friend recommended. This one worth trying. Good quality food, i will recommend to everyone.

Pizza was good, but they didn't have any Oregano. Also, we requested all 3 of our pizzas to be well done but none of them were.

Was very excited for Niagara Falls trip and for dinner we ordered vegetarian pizza half and half cheese pizza along with their cheesy bread.

Biggest mistake of my life the pizza had no cheese only little bit and that was burnt as well.mushrooms, green peppers and onions all were soggy smelled.

We had pain in stomach wasted our money and decided from now on never ever go to this branch of dominos in our entire life.

Unsure if they were understaffed, but we were in the restaurant for close to an hour waiting for a Small Cheese Pizza. Offered us a "complimentary dipping sauce" for our insane wait.

This particular franchise ran out of extra large dough the night before I came in. The person working offered to give me large pizza dough stretched out thin to make an extra large pizza for the same price as an extra large pizza. Needless to say I left and went somewhere else.

Very very rude service called to order a 12 slice pizza and totally was rude was not helpful at all told me the biggest pizza they sell was an 8 slice and then hung up on me very poor service will never get my business again.

Twice in a row my order has been wrong, first time was supposed to be one side double cheese and one side veggies, pizza had double cheese and veggies both on the same side and barely enough cheese to cover the pizza on the other side. Second time ordered a pizza with pineapple and mushroom for some reason there was only mushrooms on one side, I don’t feel like these were very complicated orders, I understand mistakes happen sometimes but twice in a row on orders with only one pizza?
