Absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a cheese pizza and it had 0 sauce or cheese on the pizza and it came burnt. It tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours and there was no garlic butter on the crust. A huge disappointment from what is usually a better experience. Will make sure to never order from this location again

Have been dealing with this place a for a couple of years. So far I have not been disappointed with the service, delivery or their pizza.

Ordered pizza ahead of time and they came early. Delivery driver was nice, fast, and efficient

My pizza was really gross at this location. I’ve had dominos many times but this location the pizza crust tasted like cardboard.

Such a disappointment.tomato paste tastes like raw. I felt like I am eating bread and tomato paste. I would give 0 star if i could.

Was really hungry … walked into pizzailo… but the staff there was really rude and told me I wasn’t allowed to sit and eat as it was time for his shift to get over…felt really bad…I had a domino’s coupon for a regular pizza in my wallet… I walked in to domino’s and the staff there didn’t disappoint me…

I called in for pick up and gave the employee a time but when I went in for pick it, it wasn't processed so I had to wait 20 min for my pizza. Either than that, the pizza was good and fresh.

Ordered a 12" hand tossed with pineapple and half sausage/bacon, and a pan pizza with pineapple and bacon for takeout. Both were pretty good? I enjoyed the pan pizza more. Pricing was reasonable and quality is decent. Clean location, ample parking.

Fast and attentive service, the “car pick-up” feature was not working at the store and the staff kindly asked if we had been waiting long - we had just pulled up! Great service, friendly staff and as always…. Tasty pizza!

Just drove down for the $3 special on August 24. Got into the store at 550 waited in line for 10 minutes, only to be told the promotion ends at 6PM when the advertising clearly stated it ends at 7PM. Waste of time and energy, you’d think a new place selling chain pizza would try a little harder to gain a local customer, instead they lost one.

Worst customer service ever. Especially the manager, Prabhjot who is so rude and talks with total disrespect with his customers. Please dont visit this store and boycott it. Such people should not be even employed.

One of the best location of domino’s pizza in whole Mississauga. Staff is so friendly especially Prabhjot Singh. He was so polite and welcoming nature. He prepared pizza so professionally and deal with customers with a lot of patience.

Location is great, we ordered 3 large pizza and needed plates with it for the party, however we were offered just 4 plates with 3 large pizza. On asking extra plates they refused As they want to save it for other occasion. So I returned those 4 plates as well, as I don’t make fun of myself by brining just 4 plates in the party of 10 people. That’s not what is expected from Dominos. I won’t recommend this location which tries to cut corners on these small things.

The thin one is awful. Yesterday I went into the Clarkson location around 1: 30 pm in order a large hand tossed alfredo chicken pizza the service and pizza was fantastic. Out of a five I have to give a 6 keep up the great service guys lot better than the last time I was there and the price was right have a great day.best Gordie Clarkson

Great new Domino’s location. Friendly service and quick! My takeout order was ready in 9 mins. A little skimpy on the cheese but otherwise a great comfort pizza and a great price.

The store manager was quite friendly and humble. Porbably the best one i hve seen so far at pizza point. All employees were laughing and giggling and working happily. Looks like manager was taking good care of them. Even the delivery guy was helping out in making boxes. Overall good happy positive store environment. Kind of place i would go for my pizza.

I usually order pizza from this location for dinner.

They only add alot of red sauce and no cheese. My pizza was tasting like i am eating raw tomato sauce with bread. No cheese no toppings.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, got to us after a long 40 minutes, paid for the pizza and opened only to find the pizza was completely wrong. It was a pizza with basil, jalapenos and cheese, severely undercooked with ranch sauce as the sauce base. Very disappointing first time Domino's experience.

Store is opened but washrooms are closed even for customers because COVID spreads only from Washrooms.

Clean sizable restaurant with ample parking. The pizza was done to perfection, with just the right amount of toppings and very delicious

So I have a complaint. I love Domino's never had an issue before. Tonight ordered a pizza even with the 50% off still almost $18.00. The pizza crust was over cooked and the toppings were sliding off the pizza.
I was not at all happy about this. Usually there are alot off toppings but tonight not enough.

They're following the Covid regulations as best as they can but it's up to the customer to also follow them to keep everyone, especially the staff, safe and healthy.

The place offers a large variety of fresh food. I enjoy eating here. The employees are always super friendly, rates are affordable and the spot is always clean.

Ordered a philly chesse steak thick crust well done, and they just sent a pizza with steak on it, no mushrooms no greenpeppers no onions, just burnt steak pieces and then I call the store and tell the guy you gave me the wrong pizza its just steak on I the guy argues me that's what I ordered. We love ordering from our local Domino’s (Clarkson, Mississauga) because staff is great, pizza, wings and desserts are always fresh and customer service is amazing. On top of all that they have lots of community involvement. It’s a pleasure to support!

We had an amazing experience at this Domino's location. The employees were extremely kind and waited patiently while we decided our order. The food was awesome and fresh. I highly recommend coming here and can't wait until our next visit.

Recently ordered a two XL pizzas from here and surprisingly they were delivered to me very fast and the food was very fresh. The customer service is some of the best I’ve received from the person taking my order on the phone, to the delivery who was very courteous and respectful. 10/10 would recommend, this Domino’s is my favourite now, I recommend everyone trying it out.

My family and I went to this dominos and the experience was amazing. The pizza and garlic bread that we ordered were delicious and fresh and what made our experience even better was the great customer service from the staff, especially, the store manager Hamza as he was super friendly and accommodating. Not sure what's happened at this store but I think owners changed because it has been terrible pizza and service for the last few months.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received at this dominos location. I usually do not write reviews but had to recognize the service and the staff at this location. I was pleasantly greeted by the store manager and my food was prepared as promised. The manager Hamza made sure to make the experience easy and one to remember. Will definitely recommend this location for sure if you are nearby in town.

Worst Dominos, I visted. The manager is rude and disrespectful with customers and staff. Unfortunately this dominos location is the closest one to my house, but I would not go there ever again. I ordered a garlic bread and bites on phone, when i got there, i was told by the manager not to come before the actual time of preparation. Also said if you arrive early, dont come in, not even to pay. The store had no customers present when i entered in, i understand the reduced capacity due to covid, but there was literally no customer inside the store, still i was told by the manager to not step in before the order is ready. Such an unprofessional manager. I like to eat at dominos but i think i should switch to some other pizza place now.

Went there with a friend. Store manager Hamza or whatever his name was really arrogant. We were just 5 mins early to pick the order and he asked us not to come early next time and repeated this for many times for God knows what reason. And then he started arguing and even used cursing 'F' words. When We asked his name and told him that we would post a review, he shouted on us to not come back again. Moreover he was embarrassing the whole staff over there when they tried to help us. I mean this was such poor experience i ever had in my entire life in a restaurant. The girl preparing the order was super nice but she was also embarrassed coz of Manger's behavior.

I drive from oakville to this location because they make great pizza and are not cheap with the toppings. Staff is very nice and fast with my pizza once I order online. Best dominoes in the west end by far. Please continue the good work.

Bad experience. Worse customer service. They dont have any manners to treat customers. Manager did not treat us professionally. I dont want to mention his name but i am totally unsatisfied. Dominos food is good but if they hire such arrogant managers.i think other pizza places are better.atleast they know how to treat customers who actually brings them business.

This pizza place is run by a non professional manager. I have visited at least twice or thrice because it is near to me and they never miss a chance to disappoint me. The manager is very rude and arrogant.

We order from here almost every week and the pizza does not disappoint. Unfortunately, some unexplained things are happening with the online charges. On May 14th my Scotiabank account was charged 13.54. Later that evening that charge was cancelled and my account was charged 16.54. On June 2 my Scotiabank account was charged 31.63. Later that night that charge was cancelled and my account was charged 37.96.
At the least I would expect an explanation for the extra amount charged. We won’t order from here again until I get an explanation.

Recently, i had very unpleasant experience at this store. The store manager so called “Hamza” is very unprofessional and disrespectful individual. He doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Instead of greetings, he used abusive language. I don’t understand, how they hired such a unprofessional person as a manager. After this visit, I am not willing to go this store again. Moreover, i’ll tell my friends to avoid this store. I don’t want anyone to have such a poor experience.

We order pizza from this store at least three or four times a month because it's our favourite pizza. It never disappoints. However, I have noticed that recently my card is charged for the total purchase, then later the same evening the charge is cancelled and my card is charged for a higher amount. This has happened two times recently. It's not a great deal of money, five or six dollars, but there's no explanation given. I would really like to know why this is happening.

Called back to cancel order for being out of range but been ordering to same house for 8 years; little odd. Went to pickup instead and they forgot the 6 dipping sauces which I paid for. Pizza is held to dominos standard but experience was meh at best. Foods 5/5 service/experience 1/5

Ordered an extra large with New York pepperoni was honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Service was friendly and location was clean. Dominos runs some great promotions as well.

I received great pizza from here, but sometimes I gotten extra toppings even when I order for only cheese. Then on July 11 when I order 2 chocolate lava cakes I found one of them squashed.

Pizza was well made, they missed one topping though. The wings were a bit under done or maybe just not to my liking, and I asked for bbq but got ranch. Staff was friendly, store looked up to date.

Willing to try one more attempt from this store if I'm ever up for Domino's again.

I'm sad to say this but this pizza service sucked! My order number is 97 and i ordered a medium pan pizza with extra cheese and sauce with pepperoni. I also got a bread sticks to go along with my order. I like the tracker because I can see when things are moving along in the process. Everything is normal but when they check it. They checked my order the first time, then a second time 10 minutes later. Then the pizza was sitting for more then 30 minutes! Talk about grease city (Delivery happened 3 mins after timer picture was taken, let that sink in). The worst part is the pizza was even hot! I actually had to microwave my whole entire meal. The bread sticks weren't even attempted compared to the other times and I didn't even get a dipping sauce with my order. The delivery though was the fastest I have ever seen it. It took like 10 minutes when its a 15-20 minute drive from location to my location. I had order just as late and never any issues. Overall, as a loyal customer that has been ordering delivery for a long time and I wont be ordering Domino's anymore.

Update: The next day customer service got in contact with and the store manager Sam were I was able to explain the situation. Everything ended in a peaceful conclusion and on good terms. I wanna say thank you to Sam and HQ for excellent customer service. I will be coming back for future service.

Pizza was good. The driver "forgot my drink in the car". I live in an apartment building and he told me he was going to run down to get it. Never came back. I believe the driver's name was Akash.

Ordered here a couple of times since I moved to the area. It looks like a newly upgraded facility compared to other Domino's.

Pizza was always fresh and hot, fresh ingredients and deals aplenty in the app. Try a Pineapple+Green olive pizza with Alfredo pizza sauce instead of tomato if you want to try something different (my custom pizza).

Unprofessional staff who picked the phone, i have been ordering from other places never faced attitude problems! He seems Not welcoming new customers and already busy! I think his name is hemza!
