Domino's Pizza Mount Forest

Took like an hour to get to me. App quoted 24-30 mins. Very slow. Not ordering here anymore.

June update: Pan pizza is not created equally! Some employees do not cook it very good. Burnt bottom crust and pepperoni.

-Pan Pizza for the first time today from Domino's and I must say that it's. "the best pizza I've had! " Definitely have found my new family favourite, so cheesy and gooey that even the crust tastes good when we don't normally eat crusts!
-Best part was that it barely cost us anything since we used our Domino's points

EDIT: An upgrade of my review here is definitely in order. While they for sure had some growing pains in the beginning, as is only natural, over the last year or more this Domino's location has really been knocking it out of the park. We've Zero complaints with quality now and the service is always fast & friendly. They definitely did get better.

Further, we just had an issue with our last order through the app, and the Manager, Kartik, called me back promptly and resolved the situation very satisfactorily. I now highly recommend this location and we will for sure continue to be regular, happy customers here.

All the people working there are great and friendly kartik who took my order was very friendly and helped me pick out some very good options and also delivered after close. Kartik’s customer service was amazing and I would definitely be ordering more from them.

Prices on the board are not what you are paying apparently corporate controls that. Advertise one price charge another.

Dominos isn't my favorite pizza place but I do have to admit that they have really done a lot to improve my opinion of them. They are fast and the service is good. The price is pretty good too. Their newer style restaurants look much flashier and more modern then their competitors. I think Domino's is on the right track here.

I have ordered from this pizzeria a number of times and have always been satisfied with the food and service. Domino's is big chain, and if you have been to one you have been to them all. So, you know what you are getting when you order. Consistency is a huge plus in my books.

Staff are friendly, and food is always on time. I use the on-line tracker and it is usually accurate for both pick-up and delivery.

My complements go particularly to the delivery staff. I have placed orders during bad weather and they still make good time and are extremely courteous.

Terrible pizza experience. Little to no sauce on the pizza making it very dry & disgusting. It was also delivered cold, & we did not receive the sauces ordered. Do yourself a favour & order from the place next door!

The menu board on display shows prices lower than actual charges. They won't provide a fully itemized receipt. I have to ask for a price adjustment every time I go. Sometimes I have to argue to get the advertised price. That's a pain in the backside.

Recently this store changed management and they renovated the space it looks great! The food was great, and the staff were friendly.

Would not honor deal on the board instore. Was rude about it and wouldn't print an actual receipt for a cash payment

Great pizza.they accidentally made my pizza with hot peppers instead of sweet red and immediately made me another with no fuss. Great addition to the pizza options in town.

Placed an order last night, apparently the driver had car trouble. So I get a phone call telling me this and it would be another 10 to 20 minutes.ok. My fault for not asking, but I just assumed that I wouldn’t be getting the same pizza because it would be cold and it was.so instead of getting a hot pizza I received a cold one. Not happy about that. Yes he had car trouble but I did order a hot pizza. I would never do that to my customer.

Best pizza place in the town. Fresh, delicious and delivered on time. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work guys

This is the ONLY place you should be getting your pizzas! These guys rock!
Store is always spotless.
Employees always very friendly.
Pizzas always done just right.
I tell all my friends & family this is the only place you need to go for great pizza.

Customer Service is slow. The gentlemen did tell me it would take a bit to receive my pizzas. But the times on the " Where is your Pizza" screen did not match reality. It took 30 minutes plus to get out good as a walkin customer.

They made 3 pizzas and could not deliver! And kept hanging up on us! Horrible service! And absolutely horrible workers! And they expected us to pick up when my friends and I are at a party!

Ordered a pizza to have it arrive folded in half.the driver rang the doorbell and left it sitting on the hood of my car and took off before i got there. Untrustworthy and unprofessional behaviour, Never order from here!

Terrible pizza.this place is a joke.only people that give it a good review are people related to the owners.do not buy pizza at this place, if you want great pizza go next door to new orleans pizza.
