Manager is rude, had to wait 40 min for someone to come to take me to my car for my belonging. The person who took me to the yard was very pleasant and helpful, if I only interacted with him it would have been 5 star. But the woman behind the desk was not welcoming at all.

Dom's has been around since I was a kid, and I've been coming here for over 20 years. They have huge selections of parts and service, and their pick and pull yard is vast and affordable. The folks behind the service counter are super knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Dom's have saved me countless thousands of dollars in parts for my vehicles over the years. I now live 3 hours away, and I still make trips to Durham for parts from dom's auto.

I have done business with many Auto Parts and Wreckers in Vancouver for decades, and I must say, Dom's is the best experience I have ever had, and highly recommend!
I was looking for a very hard part to find for my Camaro, reaching out to the other side of the country, and Andrew answered the call. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure it is the part I need. He took extra pictures, sent it to me, then when it was a done deal, the price was more than reasonable!
Less than a week, and it arrived, and like Christmas opening presents, it was simply amazing, and wrapped with care!
Will contact again with confidence, even though across the country, mainly due to the exceptional experience I had with Andrew and staff!

I've been to Dom's several times in the past and it's a great place to get needed parts for your vehicle. They only sell quality used parts at a fraction of the original and current costs. The staff are really friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend Dom's for any replacement parts you may need. If you can, get your flu shot or Booster and let's protect each other!

It was actually pretty keel. You get to go through the yard yourself and pick the parts off the car that you need yourself. Unfortunately, there were no Camaro's insight. However, because I needed the gas cap. I assumed that another GM model from a car that was approx the same here as mine would fit. It did. Cost me 5$ instead if ordering a brand new one for 55$.

Service people are helpful and friendly.
I wouldn't hesitate to go there for parts that you might want

Real good, nice to deal with, Mark on the front counter did exactly what he said he would after we finished our phone call.

They'll charge you $1 to get in and make you sign in. Which is okay I understand. But then when you leave they don't ask you to sign out. So really, they don't know if you are still in their fenced off property after they close! Why the dollar entry fee? Hmmm. They had the part I wanted but it was more expensive than at another place.

Thank you to Kaitlyn at Dom's! She was super helpful, an absolute delight to speak to! Polite, positive, intelligent and very knowledgeable! She helped me hunt down the part, figured out delivery, a truly painless easy experience! Thank you Dom's for hiring Kaitlyn, i have dealt with many many auto recyclers and because of Kaitlyn i will be working with Dom's even if it's more expensive it's worth it for the excellent easy experience! This place was really helpful. If your looking for tires or other auto parts Dom's is the place to be.

The staff were really good and tried to serve you quickly but kindly. I was most impressed by the reasonable prices and the quality of the products. The tires I bought looked brand new.

The company is located in Courtice so it's not to far from Oshawa. I would recommend you going to Dom's especially if your car is a little older.

If you need a part they got it, for half price. Brings your own tools and if you can get it off you can buy it.

Staff there was great as well as the parts group suppliers. Fast and good pricing was very good.

I was supported by an employee named Clive recently. Just an incredible human. Always do business here. They are great.

Big shoutout to Dom for being very helpful this morning and giving me a great deal on my part. Great place very organized. Will be back for sure.
