Don Beer Arena

Nice arena but never has enough parking when hosting a tournament. Arena is warmer than most, which is a nice change.

This arena has good skate sharpening and good concessions, despite being a dump. My player did not feel comfortable showering because the showers were dirty. The whole place just felt dingy.

Very very dark arena. Difficult for players on the ice. Multiple lights out, even when hosting a tournament.

Good municipal arena, it's always kept clean, snack bar, small pro shop everything you need it's there. Lots of parking in the back.

I attended the banquet hall and required the elevator as I had a stroller. The lights did not work and the door was stuck. We had to push it open. I have no comments on the arena itself.

These comments are killing me on here. This barn is one of a kind. Maybe you guys should switch to a KOHO one piece and watch me rip dingers in the dark boys. Give your nuts a tug. I’m playing with blueberry muffins over here.

When you see me out there whistling beauties check the number boys. It’s flashy.

Small ice surfaces, poor lighting, tiny change rooms, low ceilings, terrible parking, washrooms were not clean.

Great rinks for a tournament - washrooms were not clean, and with the amount of people and COVId, this was unacceptable. Would be higher if I didn't feel like I was going to get sick using their washrooms.

Had a great game here! Only downside for the girls was only urinals in the changerooms? Come on Pickering.we can do better than that.it is no longer 1950

The place is a labyrinth that leads to the dimmest lit hockey pad I've ever seen. Only the wrecking ball can save this hole.

Same executives for decades never give others opportunities. Should be investigated in the pha.

Although not the largest arena, Don Beer holds everything you'd expect of a great arena. A great snack bar with some of the best fries in the area, a pro shop with almost any piece of equipment you'd need for sale, and great seating.

It is like walking into the 50's The arena serves its purpose it has three pads but a major Reno inside is way over due.

Classic Canadian arena. Loads of parking, great kiss and ride/drop off area. Ice is better than average, rooms are always clean and the water in the showers is hot.

Lots of parking available which was nice. Strip bar across the street seemed distracting for a family arena, but what can you do. 3 drinks but only 2 identified at doors which seemed odd. Why say "rink 1" at an entrance if you aren't going to say drink 2 and 3?

Don beer is a beautiful area.
Had a hot dog, for me the first one in ages. It was great.

Aging arena facility which is starting to show it's age. Lighting is pretty poor and obviously dates.
