Seeing as how they butchered the name francesco, I had a feeling the food would be butchered too. Not real Italian.

Penne was good. Veal did not taste like a traditional breaded italian veal. Didn't even look like it. Had lots of dark spots and was super tough. The lady was very nice and that was probably the only reason for a 2 star. I chose not to sit at a table due to cleanliness. Aside from the penne, the food was horrible. I had to force it down since I spent $16 for the meal.but I wanted to throw it out from the first bite. I'm unsure if the place is even Italian. Sorry guys but you have to step up your game. I'll never return here

Ordered the 28 slice pizza for my daughter's birthday party. This pizza was the absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten. My dog wouldn't even eat it.

Terrible customer service. Between all the hand drawn signs and constant price changes. Tried to order a 16 slice pizza being advertised all over to be told that, oh we only make party sized.to then tell me well I'll make it for you this time.what a joke! This place use to be so good and now it's run by monkeys.

Hot-Veal has been my go-to! I had never had a Veal sandwich like how it is here. When ever I am in the area, I make it a point to visit. The original owner was a great guy. Cash only for the longest time. That's how authentic this place was. The new owners, I am not so sure, but the cook is the same guy at the back.

Food is lousy. Srilanken new owners. Have no clue about Italian food. High-priced. Garbage. Not original owners. Don't waste your money or time. Go elsewhere.

Today was my first time at this restaurant. Customer service was amazing. I got a party size chicken pizza, one of the best quality pizzas I’ve ever had. Will be back again

I have gotten the 28 slice pizza with additional toppings a few times. My go to toppings are mushrooms and hot peppers. This place is really good for the value and taste. I like the pizza dough because it is fluffy while being crisp. The owner is really accommodating and tries to make your visit as good as possible. The pizza I got today was so far the best out of all my visits. The red chili flakes enhanced the flavour and there was a perfect amount of toppings. I would recommend this place for sure!

Food is great!
Humour is dry and hysterical.
This is a landmark, only North York isn’t a tourist place! Lol!

Always a good time! I travel from Muskoka whenever I have business in Toronto, and I tend to stop by.

Seems there's new owners. Had the veal sandwich like I've had for more than 30 years seem to be just as good

Came in for the first time today with my coworker. We were recommended the veal sandwich and were stunned. At just 10$ we were blown away by the flavor and amount of food. Veal piled high with a great sauce and the perfect amount of kick for my "medium" request.

Our gracious host also offered us a piece of pizza and some olives and we're now sold on this place and will be back religiously when in the area.

As a travelling service tech all across southern Ontario, I keep a treasure trove of my favorite lunch spots in each region so I always have a go to in any area come lunch. This place is definitely the spot for when I'm servicing my clientele around Keele.

This place isn't about the glitz or glam. It's just about great food and low price. Keep this place alive because it's a great throwback to just quality & love over fancy pretentiousness. It's hard to find wholesome food on the road that competes with fast food prices - this is cheaper and multiple times better than any McDonalds, Hortons or Wendy's.

Definitely a Food TV candidate for a great hole in the wall spot that's adored by those who know of it.

First time stopping by, I ordered a chicken sandwich. There was little to no sauce and the sandwich wasn't even cut in half. It wasn't very tasty as well. The chicken was not so good either. Would have preferred going somewhere else for a chicken sandwich.

The food is good BUT I made the mistake of bringing a business client here. The client is Italian and he told me that this can NOT be an Italian restaurant because Francesco is spelled wrong.

False advertising on the name.

Gave us the wrong order then gave us attitude when we called to ask about it. When they finally admitted to it, the owner openly yelled at his worker in the background then asked us to come by to pickup the right order. Food was bland and not worth the money, used to be good but I wouldn’t waste your money here anymore. Unfortunate.

1) VERY RUDE PERSONAL.
2) FOOD IS NOT GOOD.
My father 64 years old was asked to leave the restaurant in pouring rain right after he finished his food. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would!
