Very friendly doctors = one ️. But to-be honest with the reviews for the other 4 s I didn’t like the work.am still struggling with the wrong refillings.i went back many times to work on it some how, still its the same.spent over 2K and i still have issues.unfortunately

I believe they only think about their work financially… they keep you in a loop so that they make money… Dont waste your time and money….

One of the best dentists in Richmond Hill. The Doctor repaired a tooth that had literally broken in half. You can not tell the difference between the real tooth and the repair. Five plus stars.

Not only do I work here with 2 amazing doctors and co workers, but my grown children now come here (our previous dentist moved to Israel), and they ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Azadeh and Dr. Amir… they said they feel as comfortable at this office as they did in the office I worked at for 20 years… my boys love them! “Dr. Azadeh is soft and kind”. And Dr. Amir is “hilarious and fun “! They had their cleanings here and loved both Lisa and Noa. (each boy saw a different hygienist!) they loved both! Such a great office to work at with great coworkers and bosses! I’m so happy I got to join this family!

I recent had an emergency accommodation. Patricia was professional and amazing in making it possible. The Dr.and her assistant we’re very caring…excellent bedside manners. I would recommend this clinic.

I got my abfraction treated with fillings on August 18,2022. Although it was fairly uncomfortable from the local anesthesia, the dentist reassured me professionally and the discomfort dissipated as expected. The dental hygienist was very caring and professional. The two front desk staff were very kind and appropriately sent me reminders prior to my visit. Thank you all for the excellent care!

The staff is amazing, they're there to help you and make sure that you have a positive experience. The communication between them during the operation made me feel secure and the dentist was always making sure I was comfortable! You are treated like family, even if you aren’t a patient. I had a dental emergency that no one would help me with. Don head Dental got me right in and fixed the issue quickly. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a smiling, friendly face at reception. They do incredible work and make you feel so relaxed and at-ease. Highly recommended!

The doctors and staff at Don Head Dental have been excellent for me and my family. My children are both highly anxious and afraid of any dental work, but the doctors were able to calm them down and treat them with the highest level of care. I really appreciate all they’ve done. Dr. Sayar is very knowledgeable and expert, he has resolved mine and my sons discomfort in multiple occasions, Their hygienist on Wednesday that I forgot her name is gentle and great, I didn’t feel any pain opposite to my old experience, when she was cleaning my teeth. I love this place and driving all the way from Burlington because the doctor Azadeh and Dr Amir are very professional also they aren’t just thinking about their own business. They are very detail oriented, caring and companionate. The reception desk staff are very cooperative and friendly, They will try their best to find best way to help patient.

Recently attended this clinic as an emerg patient after biting a popcorn kernel and it broke. /cracked tooth. Dr Amir explained everything and got it fixed so quickly. The other people at the office were so nice to me too even though I was pretty cranky because my tooth hurt and it was hard to chew. Thank you everybody. Sorry I was a bit of a pain before.

Dr. Amir is the best dentist I have ever dealt with. He’s very kind and caring. Great post operative instructions, he explained everything very simple and was very thorough. When he froze me it was so quick and painless, I was very impressed with him and his staff. Usually I am a little fearful and nervous of getting fillings done, but this was a quick painless experience. The receptionist was so helpful with providing me information about my dental insurance. Would recommend this office to anyone who has dental anxiety. If I could give 6 stars I would!

During these uncertain times with covid and not being able find an open office, had a severe tooth ache after trying to get into a dentist Dr. Amir at Don Head Dental office specifically came in to his office to see me and relieved me of the unbearable pain I was in. I went to this office in Richmond hill to have my son looked at. He was up all night with a toothache and they were able to get us right in. I’m so thankful they could, the receptionist was amazing with us to get a good time to suit us all. My son has always had terrible dental experiences so I was flabbergasted when Dr Amir was able to have such an amazing rapport with my son, and was able to gain his trust. My son even said it wasn’t scary and can’t wait to come back ultimately he ended up doing a filling and and extraction. This office is fabulous.

I visited Don Head Dental for the first time due to an emergency and also during Covid19. Not only was the entire staff welcoming, polite and professional, but they also made sure that you were aware of the risks regarding the pandemic. While my first visit was under extreme circumstance, I look forward to making them my dental office for my entire family.

I will start by saying I rarely ever write bad reviews. I appreciate this dentist was able to see us during this pandemic but Dr. Amir Sayar's response to my 6 year old's fear was disturbing.
We went to this dentist this morning because ours is closed due to the pandemic and my daughter was suffering from what we suspected was a bad cavity.
She was screaming in pain as they attempted to fill the cavity. They said the cavity was so deep that the freezing may not fully eliminate the pain. After approx.a half hour of this they decided that extracting the tooth would be less painful and much quicker. At this point my daughter is terrified and crying because of all the pain caused by trying to fill the cavity. When she couldn't calm down Dr. Amir yelled at her multiple times. Yelled "I don't want to hear your crying! Stop playing games with us! If you don't stop crying I will give you 20 more needles! " She then proceeded to shake and say "ok, I won't cry! " in total fear. This is as I lay in the chair holding her. Aside from crying about this myself right now, I'm not sure what else I can do but warn other parents. I feel terrible that I didn't ask him to give her gas to help calm her but I didn't know it would have been helpful until I got home and read about it. Why didn't he suggest gas? This is NOT how you treat people, especially children, and most importantly children that are scared

Great dental office. From the friendly reception when you walk in to the comfortable rooms. All the staff are both friendly and comforting. Everything is explained in full and they are always making sure you are comfortable. The direct insurance billing is a big bonus. I actually look forward to my appointments.
