There is no place I would rather go for physiotherapy. They are very caring and understanding people. Very friendly environment. I would highly recommend Don Valley Health and Wellness.

Jordon is a good physio and knows hands-on techniques while most of the physios are not aware of them, highly recommended.

My first visit to D-Val H&W was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and did a great job with handling customer inquiries. My appointment was very comfortable and the young man I saw made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions and concerns. The office space and treatment area is a refreshing modern change from the not been updated since the 80s building decor.

I have seen a chiropractor and physiotherapist and both have been excellent. Both Jordan (Physio) and Alessia (Chiro) were very thorough in their assessments and their treatment has greatly improved my back pain. Both were very professional and they were able to quickly tweak treatments if I had reported any change in symptoms which again, helped to alleviate pain. The receptionists were also helpful and efficient in booking appointments, sending me reminders, and helping me navigate the benefits of my plan. I highly recommend Don Valley Health and Wellness!

Great place to recieve physio treatments. Tim (physiotherapist) has been amazing and is very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond with his patients, making sure they are treated accordingly. The office staff are very professional and supportive

I can blindly recommend anyone the don valley wellness health- not only the front staff is so courteous and anticipate their client’s needs- but the physiotherapist are amazing - I had a knee strain - I was referred to Jordan and Kim - they were amazing - they recommended me many exercises which took away all my pain - the best part they are not greedy / if they feel your pain is going away. - they will
advise you not to take therapy more and if needed they can book you again -

I saw Mark the Chiropodist recently and I found him to be very competent, thorough, and he cares about what he does. My appointments with him have been nothing but pleasant. Don Valley Clinic is lucky to have him.

So happy I found this place. So easy to schedule and appointment. They respond quick over email and its easy to get a hold of them over the phone. Some placed I was on hold for 5+ minutes, not here! Answered right away! I had a chiro appointment the other week. Staff are super friendly and the place is very clean. Highly recommend and going to book a massage there next!

I have been struggling to find a place that provide fitted orthotics. I know im a difficult client due to arthritic issues along with fybromyalga. They were fitted properly with ease & frankly i felt taken care of & more importantly heard. The manager also helped me out with organizing a financial plan that worked well for me & my insurance group plan. The priority for these folks at Don Valley Health based from my experience is that they really do care about patience & health care needs come 1st. Im looking forward to having the opportunity to try other para medical services because of this.

He took time to thoroughly assess my issue and made sure that I understand the issue/treatment to prevent further problems. He gave me exercises and guidelines to follow through the treatment. Feeling better after couple of months of pain in my left arm and wrist. Aside from Jonathan, the staff and other clinicians were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend that you get treatment at this clinic.

The staff at Don Valley Health and Wellness is fantastic.
Starting with the front desk, the friendly smiles which welcomes you. The facilities is always neat and clean and with virus, there are signs and sanitizers in place all over also you have to get your temperature checked and everyone must be wearing a mask before getting treatment so I feel very comfortable going there.
I have been going to Don Valley for eight years and have been seeing Johnathan and Angelo such beautiful men, they are amazing! They gave me hope when I thought there was none, as a matter of fact they gave me a body make over. I always look forward in going in for my physio, massages and more

I’m going to this clinic for almost 10 years and I’m very happy with the service from the front desk to the professional stuff that they have I will recommended to everyone.

I have been in for two chiro visits due to a shoulder injury. The office is well managed with temperature checks and questionnaire to be completed before seeing anyone. It was marked well for social distancing and the visits were handled very professionally.

I’ve been seeing both Diana and Dawn regularly and they are both amazing. I’ve been to a few chiropractors and Diana really takes her time with you and you leave feeling great-not just quick adjustments and then done which has been my experience at other places. Highly recommend!

I never leave reviews so you must know I was extremely satisfied! I have been to numerous chiropractors and physio therapists trying to find relief for neck/shoulder and lower back pain. Even with limited recourses during this pandemic I received outstanding care! Very welcoming staff and Diana took the time to really listen to my needs and treat my ailments not just hook me up to a machine and shove me out the door! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I went in a little skeptical that there was much to be done about my back pain and stiffness. I walked out with a spring in my step and no pain! They accomplished so much in one session, way above and beyond.

Very clean and efficient clinic. I highly recommend them! The staff are wonderful right from the receptionists to the practitioners. Plus they are right on the subway line which is an added bonus, but I would travel out of my way to get to them!

Our experience at Don Valley Health and Wellness has been outstanding. The compassion and professionalism shown by Dr. Melissa Lee while treating my mother is incredible. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and the health care team at Don Valley Health and Wellness.

I have been going to physio and massage theraphy over the years at various centers. It has helped me to managed my pain to a certain degree.

This year, I have been seeing Johnathan Tunley, the physio clinician and Gerry Chan, the massage clinician. They personalize my treatments and I can feel my pain and range of motion are improving.

The front office, especially Rose, is always warm, patient and helpful. She went beyond the call of duties a few times when I needed assistant. Rose is definitely an added asset to Don Valley Health and Wellness.
